Newly redecorated!!3BR/2BA Walk in Level, Free WIFI...Parkview Bay. Great View!
Il nostro condominio recentemente ristrutturato con tre camere da letto e due bagni si trova allo stesso livello del parcheggio, quindi non dovrai trasportare i tuoi oggetti su e giù per le scale. ** C'è WIFI ad alta velocità GRATUITO su WIFI ** Il segnale WIFI raggiunge facilmente la piscina e oltre! Tutto sembra nuovo nel condominio. C'è una TV in ogni camera. In totale ci sono 4 TV, 4 lettori DVD e 3 videoregistratori. C'è un grande schermo TV da 55 pollici nel soggiorno.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, la terza camera ha un letto a castello con un letto full size sul fondo e un letto singolo in cima. C'è anche un letto singolo aggiuntivo in questa stanza.
Il soggiorno ha molti film e diversi libri e riviste (nell'armadio della cucina). Inoltre, ci sono molti più film in altre camere da letto. Enorme collezione di film, oltre 600 film !! La camera matrimoniale e il soggiorno si aprono su un ampio balcone. Il balcone offre una vista fantastica e molte sedie.
Il balcone si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina centrale e sul molo per la pesca sul lago. Questo rende il divertimento sul balcone ancora più divertente! C'è un armadio nella zona del balcone dove troverai altre piccole cose (giochi da piscina, sala per saltare, ecc.) Per aiutarti a trascorrere una fantastica vacanza.
Il complesso dispone di tre piscine. Buon divertimento a tutti! Inoltre, c'è una passerella molto bella e panoramica, proprio sul lago che attraversa l'intero complesso. Prenditi il tempo per camminarlo per caso, rilassarti e divertirti! C'è uno scivolo in barca disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo, chiamare per i dettagli.
La posizione è fantastica! Lo shopping in un grande outlet è a soli cinque minuti!

Waterfront with pools and boat dock to rent! It was a nice stay! Would go back and stay longer if we had the chance, Host was very detailed and friendly, also provided excellent service and guidance to attractions, boat rentals, restaurants, horseback trails, etc! Quiet and nice place, everyone was respectful!

The condo was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and close to the pool. Easy access to the condo from the parking lot. Personally saw the property staff cleaning and maintaining pool daily. Really close to restaurants and shopping as well.Definitely would stay again.

This was our 4th trip to Osage Beach and our 1st time staying in this condo. We brought my mother, who's in her 70's, and our adult children. The fact that there were no stairs from the parking lot to the condo was a plus!. Check-in was seamless. The stairs from the condo down to the pool and boat dock were manageable. The condo had enough room for all six of us the be comfortable for a week. The condo is perfectly located. Easy access to town to get groceries, gas, dining and day trips. Short distance to the state park for boat launching. Blake was very helpful in securing a boat slip for us and was very responsive to the needs of the condo. We would definitely stay in this condo again. And recommend it to our friends. We also would recommend Pappos Pizza and Woobly Boots for good food! And Stark Caverns and the castle ruins hike at Ha Ha Tonka State Park for things to do outside of fantastic boating!

This was an absolutely awesome place to stay. Everything was as described and so clean!! All the amenities were also as described and had everything we needed!! The location on the water is fantastic... We stayed during the week and it was so quiet and peaceful! Loved having coffee in the mornings on the patio and watching the hummingbird come visit. Definitely would stay here again... And the location was also close to downtown so not far from any of the attractions!! The owner was great to communicate with and got back to me with any of my questions very quickly!! Check in and check out was super simple... We had a fantastic time here!! They also had plenty of board games and an amazing selection of movies to watch on those down time hours! Would definitely suggest staying here to our friends!!

Property was in a great location. Close to downtown Ozark restaurants, shopping, attractions and grocery stores. Many options for boating from this location with choices of quiet coves, restaurants on the water, or running the channel sight seeing. The property had everything you would need. Blake was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed down to the boat slip. Very flexible and easy to work with. Will stay again!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it!! It is a wonderful location on the lake and close to LOTS of things by boat or by vehicle!!! Blake was so easy to work with and very helpful!! We will definitely be returning here for another trip!!

Spent 5 nights with my wife and 2 adult children. This 3 bedroom unit had everything that we would need. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for the times that you stay in for movie night. Even found some seasoning to use on our burgers that we grilled on the very nice gas grille. Plenty of linens in the bathrooms. The unit is mostly remodeled and is very clean and access is great. No stairs to this unit as it is parking level. The condo complex is well maintained. Lots of grass along the lakeside sidewalk that goes from one end to the other. Some sitting benches if you just want to relax. The 3 swimming pools were clean but the water has started cooling. Cool but not cold.
Had a question for Blake and he responded within a couple minutes. Only had the one question as everything else was simple.
Overall, I would return in a heartbeat. Good unit in a good complex that is close to everything ( 15 minutes ) and is very accessible.

Great comfy place with a view
This place was perfect for our family of 6. We love the privacy of the deck and the view. We were able to unload our car easily because it was level with the parking lot. Lots of comfortable seating in the family room, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was super nice and replied quickly when contacting him.

Blake answered all our questions. The condo was nice and clean. Nice being so close to everything and ease of getting anywhere you wanted to go. We spent alot of our time in the pool so it was nice that the pool was close.

The condo was well stocked with anything we needed. We used the grill a couple of times, and it was great to have. There were also plenty of extra towels and extra sheets if people should need them. And there were SO MANY movies! We enjoyed a few while we were there, but it was always hard to decide since there were so many to choose from. Thank you, Blake for the great getaway. We hope to be back soon!

Property was just as described, found pretty much everything we looked for in the kitchen as well. Unit is stocked with more than enough movie choices, as well as some games to keep group entertained in the event of bad weather. The deck has enough seating for like (10) people to enjoy - with plenty of hummingbirds to watch at the feeder. No complaints here.

Great Ozark Vacation
This is our second stay at this condo, third time in this building. The owners of this condo do a great job at keeping the place in repair and free of wasp nests. The condo easily held 2 parents and 5 adult children. No complaints of running out of hot water with back to back showers. Bathrooms very clean. Grill worked. Overlook of pool can be noisy, but does not bother us. Keypad lock is the best! Swim area is fun, but must have access to a boat to fully experience the lake. Channel is great for tubing/skiing late Sunday thru Thursday, Friday & Saturday the lake is crowded, recommend party cove. Gran Rally go carts are a must along with Sugar Creek and Pirates Cove mini golf. For real golf, Osage National is a favorite when we visit.

We rented condo for our annual 4th of July at the lake trip with family. Condo was clean, spacious had so many movies and games. We loved the location compared to shopping and restaurants. Blake was very responsive and accommodating. Fully stocked too. We enjoyed swimming in lake and pool. Thank you!
