The 4 stars on cleanliness was for the pool, the house was perfect. Workers that were suppose to come on the Friday before and repair a section of brick and tile on the pool, showed up Monday morning and cement dust was everywhere, the manager immediately sent someone to clean the pool Monday, then someone else came out later in the day to clean it with a more powerful vacuum, we thought we were going to be ok but it rained and the pool was never clear again, I assume that the dust that remained around the pool washed into the pool. So we unfortunately had very little use of the pool, I wouldn’t get in it and neither would my husband, the young adults did jump in and cool off. Our stay was nice, the beach was close, the house was comfortable for our family. The upstairs bedrooms were really nice. We had the downstairs bedroom, bed very comfortable, room small and not as updated as the rest. We would definitely rent from this rental company again, even after not having full use of the pool.

Proximity to the beach was fantastic! We had ample space for everyone. All beds were comfortable except the one on the main floor. Kitchen drawers need some TLC. On of the wicker chair arms need some attention. If you’re not careful you can scratch yourself. The photos in the VRBO listing needs updating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is literally a 3 min walk to the most beautiful public beach that was not busy. The home had beach chairs, toys and a wagon for us to enjoy the beach daily.
The home was very clean and really pretty. Great layout for a bigger family and lots of bathrooms. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and still had an extra bedroom we never used! The bathrooms were all large and had very nice showers. The beds were very comfortable too. We rented a golf cart for a portion of our stay and had a lot of fun exploring the island. Everything is about 5-10 minutes from the house so great location. Surrounded by beautiful homes and very quiet neighborhood.
Only a few downsides were that the palm trees were so beautiful but blocked most of the afternoon sun when we went in February. The pool and hot tub temps were cooler too as the heater wouldn’t stay on if temps got too low so that was a bummer. We made due and went to the beach most afternoons.
The garage had an extra fridge freezer which is rare and was very nice along with 3 working bikes and a ping pong table.
The home has several outdoor decks and a rooftop one that was so beautiful to overlook the island.
Would definitely stay there again if the pool and hot tub could be warmer and trees were trimmed back to allow for sun. We only had sun back there from about 10a-1pm. Highly recommend otherwise!!

We had a wonderful time and the home was great!! Pool and hot tub were a great temp. The video board with instructions, reminders, recommendations was great! Loved they had everything we needed for the beach… including a wagon. We cannot wait to come back, thank you for great memories!

We enjoyed the amount of space it had for 2 families. The children really enjoyed the fact that they had their own pool and the floaties that came with it. We enjoyed the convenience of how close it was to the beach also the commodities that came with it, including wagon, bikes, etc. The place was very clean and pretty.

We loved our stay. A block away from the beach, the pool is great and even has a jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay.
One of the beds was awful. we had 2 other bedrooms available, so we were able to switch.

Loved everything about the house .. only problem is the pool was not cleaned when we got there and only cleaned one time and was suppose to be twice .. need to leave a pool cleaner there so people can clean the bottom of the pool .. the nest is not long enough … but house and pool was great .

Great Location Family Friendly
Excellent property that is well managed. Less than two blocks from beautiful beach with all the beach toys you need. We were a family of ten and felt very comfortable in the home. So nice thst they have spare fridge/freezer in garage. Really need this for larger groups. Pool area was our own little oasis. Private with the shade we needed after too many beach hours. Pool was serviced twice while we were there. Very clean. Easy drive to all the island has to offer. Equipped with very cool interactive information board and their binder is chock full of great recommendations. We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation
The whole rental process was very easy. This property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, so 3 king bedrooms for 3 couples was perfect and we had 3 children. The bunk room was perfect for the littles (3 & 5) with an extra twin bed and a queen room for the teen. The pool in the back was great. And the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. And all the beach gear you need. I wish there was a picture of all the beach gear available to see prior to arrival so you know what to pack. (Or not to pack) There was literally everything you need. Chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach cart, shovels, sand toys, etc. There were 4 (3 working- 1 was broken) bikes to ride which was nice. Also rented a golf cart- that was clutch.
Our family of 9 loved this spot and the entire vacation. We would definitely stay at this property again and repeat this trip!!!

Super close to the beach, great space for our group.
We had a wonderful family vacation here. Eight adults and 4 kids fit very comfortably. The walk to the beach is not far at all, basically just across the street. We went to the beach every morning with ease and spent the afternoon at the lovely pool when there was enough shade. We contacted the host a few times with questions and they were super responsive. A+ communication. We would definitely go back! Maybe just a different time of year (soooo hot lol).

Beautiful property and great location.
House was perfect for a large group, pool was perfect and outside furniture was brand new. Location could not be better to the beach and on a quiet street. The only small detail was a couple of the bed sheets looked to be stained and could use replacing. Host was responsive however to any inquiries. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay. The location can’t be beat! The cleaners did not do great prior to arrival. Things were left under bags and tables and all of the bath towels were folded up wet inside the vanities. The lounge chairs and grill were broken and the kitchen smelled like mold near the table. We alerted management but nothing was resolved. Nothing so bad our trip was ruined, but given the expense we expected the accommodations to be just a bit better maintained.

Pool was great and a lot of shade. Roof top was super high and really high. Bedrooms had beds, it was great. Dat beach tho, 2-4 minute walk. If it was any closer it would be close. Area felt very safe. Trolles we’re ok.

The house was very nice and big for a family of nine. Two of the bedrooms had suites which was with baths attached. Pool area and hot tub perfect. Kitchen was great with all the extras. Walk to the beach was short.

Mom’s 80th birthday week with family!
Beautiful property, amazing location, and super spacious! All was according to the online pictures for the AMAZING pool oasis, hot tub and private patio! Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked! And high quality furniture throughout.
Only Downfalls: Bikes were broken which was very disappointing and one thing we looked forward to. (property manager addressed that two new bikes should have been there and were missing). A few things reported that were a bit to well worn out - vacuum broken, bikes broken, two kitchen chairs loose and breaking, broken door hinge, kitchen faucet broken on one setting, worn our cushions in living room chairs, well worn kitchen skillets, master bath slow drain and backing up. Ripped boogie board and a few additional minor things reported) Clare was very pleasant and documented our concerns. Overall I would stay here again, even with these items reported. Great for families!! Birds eye view deck, and lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach! And tons of good beach towels provided! My adult kids loved the ping pong table too! Fun place with access to water activities close by, and if you are looking for a chill time out of the commercial beach areas this is the place for you!

Excellent location
House was located really close to the beach and to a South bound trolley stop. House was very nice and had most of the supplies needed. Loved the Corelle dishes that could be used as storage with the special lids. Pool was not clean when we got there, guy came the next day to clean it and one of the features by the front door that we were trying to use to hang purses and toddler backpacks on was only held in by a tiny nail. It fell off the wall within seconds of us trying to use it, I contacted the property manager, they said someone would be out to fix it the next day. No one showed up the next day, so I contacted them again, they said since it wasn't an emergency the guy would be out when he had time. It still wasn't fixed by the time we left. There were other issues, but after that response we didn't bother trying to get stuff fixed while we were there. There were beach supplies, but a lot of stuff was broken, included 2 out of the 3 beach umbrellas. Finding a base for that working umbrella was a challenge, and there was no way to get it into the sand, we had to dig a hole.
LOTS of mosquitoes by the pool unfortunately, so make sure to bring bug spray and other big repellent.
Loved that there were 2 ensuite rooms. Overall excellent stay!

Oasis review
The location and property were great! We've been going to AMI for 10 years now and absolutely love our vacations there. This was the first time renting this specific property and it was one of the best we've stayed in. Well definitely be coming back to this one again.

Overall our experience was positive! We will definitely be back and the location couldn’t be any better and convenient to the beach and surrounding beach towns. Pool also great and our little ones loved it. It got very buggy though!

Very Happy With Oasis at the Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We loved the very short walk to the beach (4 mins tops) and all the included beach supplies (cart, toys, umbrella, and chairs). The pool and spa were heated perfectly - kids and adults very much enjoyed! We used the bikes and rented a golf cart to easily navigate this very nice island! Claire was great to work with whenever we had a question or need. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Thanksgiving
We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The location is absolutely perfect. The short walk to the beach made it so easy to run back for lunch or forgotten items. The pool was a bit chilly, but was so relaxing after dinner each night. We had two families with 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was perfect for us all to spread out or enjoy meals and games together. We will definitely return.

Oasis at the Beach
This was an amazing house! We had so much fun staying here. We had 7 adults and 43 kids, there was a lot room/bathrooms for everyone to spread out. The sun shelf in the pool was great for the kids and the hot tube amazing for night or just warming up. The BEST part of this house was how close it was to the beach. Great location!!! We loved a lot the extra things like the pin pong table, beach chair and toys, extra frig in garage and bikes. Would recommend to anyone and would rebook!

We enjoyed our time staying here. The property manager was quick to attend to the issues we had. Outside cushions were worn and really damp ( would suggest replacing with dry ones or cover with each new stay alternating weeks)which made for an unusable outside area as well as many mosquitoes. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and House. Minor details to improve
We had a great week at this location with our family. The house is very comfortable for a family of 10 and well equipped. The pictures we saw on VrBO made us believe the house was farther from the beach but it really was just a few steps away crossing the street. Check in and stay went smooth overall. We highlighted a few minor improvements to Claire which I am sure they will fix. Specifically:
1.- we could never figure out how to run the hot tub / spa. Only the pool cleaning guy was able to run it but the instructions to turn it on were not clear and we were unable to get it running again. Instructions or a signal that the spa was ON could help future guests.
2.- internet signal was very spotty (and most TVs only have Roku) . we called the cable company and they sent a technician. After that it was running OK.
3.- One of the bathroom doors was not closing and the shower glass door/ frame was also wobbling when opening and closing which was a bit scary.
Last - the house beach gear is very complete with chairs, a cooler, a sand cart to carry everything and even bikes. Just plan to buy or bring a tent with you since there is no shade at the beach.
We highly recommend this property.

Title says it all! My family and I loved this property and it’s location to both the beach and other amenities in the area. It’s easy to find something to complain about with any vacation location but even with all the disadvantages that the virus has brought on, our stay here was near perfect. Hope to return to this beautiful island again in the near future.

Perfect!
Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, I thought even better than the photos. The backyard was a tropical paradise. The location was awesome and we were just steps away from the beach, making it easy to go back and forth to the beach all day! They had everything we needed in the house, including a pack’n’play and high chair for the baby. We would definitely reccomend this place and would come back as well!

Wonderful 50th Birthday Getaway
Everyone in our group had a fantastic time. The house was perfect! It flows well and had everything we needed. The decorating is beautiful and the bedrooms were great! We loved everything about it!
It was a quick walk to the beach (although it was pretty chilly while we were there...but, we had a great time anyway:). We enjoyed all the restaurants and bars. We got around using the Monkey Bus...can't say enough good things about that! Free ride anywhere you need to go and they pick you up and drop you off at your doorstep. Don't forget to tip! That's how they survive...it was really awesome!
