First things first, the location. It couldn't have been better. About a block and a half from the gondola, breweries on both sides, a liquor/beer store below, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We didnt get in a vehicle one time the entire week and we ate sushi/thai/steak/pizza/bar food. The place was clean and had ample space for 4 friends on a guys trip, and could have even added a 5th because the couch was comfortable. Check in and out process was seamless. Telluride was the best overall ski vacation experience I ever had. When I go back, I won't even shop around for another place, I'll rebook this condo.

Views from the living room couldn't be beat, the condo was clean and the location was superb. The condo was also well stocked. If you want to do laundry, you'll need to use the condo's community laundry that uses coins. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Everything was perfect from communication pre-arrival and throughout the stay. Home is even better than the pictures! Such a cozy spot and the views from the living room are breathtaking. We prefer being close to all the downtown amenities but it’s just a block from the gondola to head over to the village. I’d highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

This property was better than advertised! Great location, 2 blocks from Main Street and 1 block from the Gondola. Extremely close to the park, with multiple hikes right out the front door. Will definitely stay again!

This rental was seamless , clean, plenty amenities and a great location walking distance to anything you’d need.

We had a great stay in Telluride, could walk two minutes to Baked in Telluride then off to the gondola and ski for the day right down to a one minute walk back. Close to great restaurants, the vibrant downtown and lots of things to do with our 5 year old. The management group took care of everything, made all the details super clear and were easy to each if needed. We would stay with them again!

Great location, clean and comfy. Beautiful view. Some noise from stomping upstairs neighbors that woke us up each morning but otherwise enjoyable stay.

We loved this condo located right in the heart of Telluride. The location was perfect, only minutes away from the main street, gondolas and the most beautiful walking path on the San Miguel River. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well stocked for our small family and dog. There were beautiful views of the mountains out of the living room & one of the guest room's windows. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We definitely will stay at one of their properties again.

The location was great and we enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was poorly handled so make sure to confirm BEFORE you get to the property. We had issues contacting the owner to check-in because the Verizon towers were down and I had to borrow a land line phone from a store nearby. I was told an email was sent to me with check-in instructions but I never received it. Once the check-in issue was resolved we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location to restaurants and Gondola. Well stocked with towels and every imaginable kitchen item. However the laundry is in the courtyard and we never found a key or code, sink was leaking, had to clean trap in dishwasher with foul smell and lots of dust under the beds.

When planning our first trip to Telluride, this property had everything we were looking for: Space for the family, 3 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and came fully equipped. I did give it five stars, but there were a few things that were a bit tricky to figure out; Getting the TV to work (struggled with the instructions), The thermostats...didn't really seem to do anything, no matter what temp they were set to, it was always warm...we regulated with open windows and adult beverages. Also, not the property owner's fault, but they were doing construction right outside on the street and alley for 1/2 the time that we were there, so the jackhammering and yelling were pretty disruptive during the week. It's all done now and shouldn't be an issue, but it is worth noting that street noise (and drunk people leaving the tavern next door) impacts the family room area, but not really the bedrooms at all. All in all, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the amenities. The location can't be beat and the property is very well cared for. OH, as an FYI, there are more than a few restaurants that shut down from Oct 17-Dec 2 (normally only through Thanksgiving, but one week longer this year), so if you are looking for a complete dining experience during that time, choices may be limited.
