Condo not as clean as expected. Vertical blinds on the floor upon arrival, need curtains. Couches are stained and both bath tubs don’t plug with only 1 plug available.
Way too many chairs. Condo sleeps 8 and there were 15 chairs in the condo not including couches. Also too many on balcony, not much room to move around.
Kitchen is stocked wonderfully and master bath is great! TV’s in all rooms with Roku stick big plus! Towels were cheaper than hotel towels, need to upgrade.
Overall would stay again!

Overall a great stay for us. I would stay here again. Be aware that the pool requires wrist bands - we had to wait a couple days to get ours when they were not included in the arrival packet.

Loved our stay at this condo. The windows have a great view everywhere you looked, we loved all the windows and being able to view the ocean from the deck and the sunsets were a perfect way to relax and enjoy some family time.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was just as the photos showed. We were a little concerned about noise since there were units above us, but this is a very solid building and was very quiet. The views of the beach and the pool are fantastic, and with the big windows, the unit didn’t feel like a condo at all.
The furniture is comfortable and well maintained. We cooked, and had pretty much everything we needed for simple meals. It was great to have a few dishwasher pods available. We had plenty of towels, and the small shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were perfect. Best of all, everything worked and looked pretty new.
The location is pretty amazing as well. An easy walk to the beach and food and shopping.
Vacasa delivered on service. Their communication was spot-on and I never once had any questions about the what and how of the rental.
Overall, none of us wanted to leave, and we look forward to another stay.

Spacious unit with lots of light.
Proximity to beach great, view of beach and pool from porch and living room were fantastic. All the kitchen utensils you need with good quality pots and pans.
Unfortunately, no TV in the room with twin beds - a problem with kids with video game set up.

The condo views were amazing! The condo has everything you nedd from wagn for the beach to cookware. The floor plan is wonderful and would suit a family well. We traveled with another couple and we both had kingsize beds and onsuites. It was clean. The only thing that would be great is if the condo had a few essentials for the kitchen like spices, coffee, condiments but otherwise it was perfect.

Who doesn't love watching the ocean? The view is great, the beach is close, you can walk to Coligny Park and access plenty of shops and restaurants which would be a plus in the busy season. Off season in November was not crowded which was a plus.

We love the Shorewood location! Vacasa was very easy to work with. It is a nice condo for the money. The new kitchen is very nice and it has a new washer and dryer. Most bathrooms have been updated. After what I imagine was a busy rental season the condo could use a deep clean (carpets and air vents). Overall a nice stay. I would rent again.

We were happy with everything however the refrigerator icemaker did not work. We turned it in on Saturday when we got there and when we left on the following Saturday it still had not been fixed. However, the agents were very nice and offered to bring us ice but we had already bought some. They said they were having difficulty because the refrigerator was under warranty.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the kitchen remodel mentioned previously had happened. Outstanding views and excellent location. A few notes/changes to suggest... 1. Carpet, really dirty and stained, just no way to keep it nice at the beach. 2. Ice Maker doesn't work. 3. Air flow, hard to keep the back bedrooms cool. 4 Pots, only had 3. Hard to make a family meal and in a 3 bd / 3 bth place.

Old unit that needs a thorough cleaning.
Old, sticky kitchen cupboards, leaking dishwasher, broken ceiling light, washing machine is missing a knob, broken toilet in master, areas of filthy carpet, and absolutely filthy floors. Not enough seats on the balcony, mattresses and bedding that look about 20 years old, and a couple of holes in the walls make this unit very disappointing. It is in a great location and does have new couches, but that's about it. Thankfully, the weather was good so we were always outside.

Ocean view great-Condo needs to be updated
Really enjoy HH Shorewood ocean views and Convenient walk to Coligny. 301 Shorewood is in desperate need of updates. Kitchen, furniture and all appliances, down to matching glasses. Luckily we spent most of our day at the beach.

Great oceanfront view and pool view since it’s a corner unit. Updated floors and bathrooms Kitchen and furniture needs updating but when you’re on the beach most of the time it wasn’t a big deal Great pool for little kids. Keyless entry made it easy for everyone

We had 6 ladies for a 4 day weekend. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. The only weird thing is there were not any ceiling lights except for in the kitchen so it seemed dark at night with just lamps. Even at the table when we were trying to play games. It was a great trip. We walked to Coligny for dinner and spent all day on the beach.

The washer and dryer were very welcomed, however I think the dryer vent needs cleaned out as we had to run the dryer 2xs regardless of the amount of clothing. The queen mattress may need to be replaced or flipped at a minimum. A few bumps/nicks in the drywall. The couches could use a good shampooing. There were only 2 chairs and a longe chair on the balcony and for a condo that sleeps 8, we expected more seating. And the floors could use a good cleaning...both the carpet and laminate.Most of those items are expected with a rental,, but its our job as renters to point out some things that would make it better. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked, the ice maker made plenty of ice for our small cooler every day, the bath rooms were nice. Plenty of storage and cabinet space. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Girls Trip

Great complex but unit needs some work
I would give the complex 5 stars but the unit 3 stars. The location & outside amenities at Shorewood were great! We loved the floor plan of 301 but the condition was not great for the price. The dishwasher leaked, the washer was missing a knob, and the vertical blinds would not stay up. I’m sure the unit was vacuumed but I don’t think it was mopped. Anything that touched the floor turned black. The owners need to do some updates or reduce the price to reflect the condition of the unit.

Vacation
The location was perfect and had easy gated access to/from the beach! The Check-in process was fairly easy. The property's layout was nice and spacious and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. However, the furniture was very outdated, and the overall cleanliness of the guest space could have been better - especially with all the new policies for COVID-19. For instance, we found items/trash from previous occupant that was not properly cleaned/removed prior to our arrival.

Great space, needs updating
3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers- 2 separate living areas if you wanted. Right next to the pool and path to the beach. Amazing access. Little loud with the pool at night, 3ed floor so there is a floor above you- definitely some noise bleed through but not horrible (You hear chairs, running, screams from kids). There is an elevator! Nothing “extra” really (ie NO wagon, bikes, sand gear/chairs). Basics are there- towels, coffee maker, can opener, 3 packets each of dishwasher/laundry packets.
Clean but not deeply.
Over all- beds were comfortable and suited our needs!
