Ari’s place is a little Alice of heaven! I could sit on the patio all day and listen to the beach across the street. The unit is on the 2nd floor so you can see the waves and any surfers. It’s been thoughtfully renovated and has everything you need. Definitely planning to come back!

The condo was very comfortable and had an amazing view; the beach was just across the street, and the town a 15-minute walk. It was perfect for my family of 3. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay in Montauk was very nice. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean from deck and my favorite stretch of beach across the road. The only thing lacking was bedding for the pull out sofa bed (it had a fitted sheet but no extra blankets available). Luckily I’d brought an extra blanket with me, so I didn’t contact the owner (plus it was off season and late at night when we discovered this), but just something for guests to confirm ahead of time in the future if they intend to make use of the sofa bed.

Thanks to Ari for letting us stay at this modernised apartment. It was cozy, well equipped. The view was wonderful, and only a few steps from the beach. Two minute drive to the town of Montauk. Would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Only negative was TV as it was Roku and as seniors it was difficult to navigate

Ari’s place was very clean and updated. Great location, 1 mile walk to town and a beautiful view of the ocean! We loved the storage in the property too. We would definitely go back!

The condo was perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets. Can hear the waves crashing from the bedroom. Walking distance from downtown Montauk. Would highly recommend for a romantic couples weekend!

This is a wonderful property. Clean, very nicely decorated and thoughtfully designed to make maximum use of the space. Location is terrific with excellent access to the beach and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Without a doubt would stay here again.

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and everything was nearby. We checked out the lighthouse, Camp Hero, and the village center. Also had some great meals and may have gained a few pounds over the week. Falling asleep to the sound of the surf pounding the beach across the street was a perfect way to end each day!

The unit was beautiful and the views of the ocean could not be beat. Location was great and access to the beach is right across the street. I have unit 4 stars only because it did not come equipped with soap for the bathroom or paper towels for the kitchen. Otherwise amazing weekend

I cannot recommend Ari's condo enough. We booked on a whim to spend a weekend in Montauk and we fell in love with the place. It had everything we needed and Ari was very accommodating and communicative. The condo was beautifully remodeled and the Sonos system throughout was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Montauk and the Hamptons. The renting condo was nice and clean, plus its location right across the street from a private beach. We’ll definitely coming back here again.

Ari's condo was perfect for my family of 3! The unit is directly across the street from the beach with access to an awesome, well-maintained pool. Having coin operated laundry in the basement was helpful, as was being able to walk to and from town. Aside from confusion about check-in time, our stay was 100% perfect. Looking forward to more summers in Montauk!

Brand new apartment with great views
Located in a well maintained community, this unit is completely new and has an amazing direct view to the sea. Nice walk to town as well for those without a car.

Beautiful Montauk beach getaway
The photos don’t do this VRBO justice! It’s a 2 min walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend for in season and off season!

Perfect stay in Montauk
We stayed at this property Sept 3-15 and enjoyed it very much. Space is small but big enough for 2-3 people as listed. We did not have a car and were able to walk to grocery store and town center. We used kitchen everyday and it has full stock of different pots and pans. Fridge with filtered water was very nice addition. Owner Ari was easy to contact although we really did not have any issues. We would stay there again next year. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation
My wife, infant son and I just spent a week at Ari’s condo for our first family vacation and couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay there. The location is perfect, as it’s an easy walk into town and an even easier walk to what feels like a private beach across the street. The unit itself is renovated and everything feels new and fresh - the bathroom, kitchen and hardwired sonos music system in particular were nice touches. You also can’t beat the view, which is slightly elevated from the ocean and allows you to see the water for miles.
I ran into Ari and his family as we were checking in and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Definitely the type of people you want to rent from and we will most certainly being doing so again in the future.

In addition to the construction, the pool was closed. We immediately addressed both issues to Ari. He tried to resolve the pool closure as quickly as possible. After conflicting statements from Ari and the managers of the complex, the pool finally opened and we were able to use it on several occasions. This was our first trip to Montauk and we enjoyed being steps from the beach and the view from the deck is spectacular. Also, the unit is within walking distance to town. However, we should have been made aware of the ongoing construction. We had a great time and plan to visit again especially to see the completion of the “work in progress!”

Sweet spot in Montauk
Recently traveled from SF to Montauk. Lovely redone space w nice views of the ocean and super clean! There was a small problem when we arrived that Ari addressed absolutely immediately. I’d definitely recommend this place. I give it 3 out of five stars for these reasons. There was construction on the property that was going on that we were not made aware of until a few hrs before we arrived that put a slight damper on the experience. Still, Ari was apologetic and indicated he was told the work should have been completed prior to our arrival. Another miss was no coffee or soap for the shower! Providing these are small touches that go along way for 5 star hospitality! These issues are easily remedied and with that, this property could easily be more highly rated.
