Studio grazioso, carino, affascinante - OTTIMO uso dello spazio - al 1 ° piano dell'emblematico, molto ben tenuto, pittoresco, tranquillo Beach Terrace Resort. Cortile con affacci, letto matrimoniale, divano, angolo cottura con frigorifero full size, grande lavello in acciaio inossidabile, 2 fuochi e forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, stoviglie, pentole. Bagno di buone dimensioni con asciugacapelli a parete, vasca, mani, teli mare, lenzuola, ferro e asse da stiro forniti. Mini split ac, ventilatore a soffitto, ottima scrivania per il laptop e sedia molto confortevole, tavolo a ribalta a parete e sgabelli per pranzo, WiFi gratuito e TV via cavo, sedie a sdraio / ombrellone forniti.
Situato letteralmente a 80 passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Hollywood e dalla passerella. Vi è una grande piscina riscaldata durante i mesi invernali, PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO all'interno del complesso condominiale, lavanderia, terrazza. Il comfort della tua casa lontano da casa tutto racchiuso in un layout intelligente e rilassante. Lo chiamo amorevolmente ... la mia gemma sul bellissimo mare.
Il nostro studio è molto accogliente e decorato con attenzione ai dettagli e offre tutti i comfort di casa. Hai un soggiorno e una camera da letto tutto in uno. L'angolo cottura è in uno spazio separato come il bagno. Ottimo uso dello spazio, un sacco di spazio. Tavolo e sgabelli a ribalta per sala da pranzo, ottima scrivania con sedia molto comoda. Asciugamani, biancheria. argenteria, stoviglie fornite. Ha anche sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni.
L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, di fronte a un cortile, di un edificio molto bello, ben tenuto e caratteristico. Avrai accesso alla piscina riscaldata, al ponte, alla lavanderia e al parcheggio. Ma soprattutto sarai a 30 secondi a piedi dalle più belle acque oceaniche che abbia mai visto e dalla sua deliziosa passerella.
Hollywood Beach è davvero una città balneare vintage della Florida. Sei trasportato in un altro luogo e tempo con l'architettura dei suoi edifici così ben conservati! È davvero una gemma nascosta ... abbracciata dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca, acqua dell'oceano color acqua ... una benedizione. La passerella di 2. 5 miglia è tra le passerelle più votate negli Stati Uniti.

We didn't stay due to the building being renovated. The owner was kind enough to cancel and refund our stay when we contacted her. The apartment itself is exactly as described, small but cozy and the location is perfect for beach access. But we didn't want to spend our short vacation listening to drilling and hammering. Pool wasn't available either and parking spot had a construction van blocking the access. Evidently the owner had been informed that only painting is still going on. Had we known about this in advance, we would have done other plans. Once the construction is finished, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. I just think we should have been informed what to expect.

The apartment was nice with all amenities and close to beach. . However, the bed was not comfortable and there was construction going on every morning at 8 a.m. right outside our window.
Once construction is finished and with an upgraded mattress, this will be a perfect vacation getaway.

The location is great. It’s only 2 minutes walk to the beach, the place has beach umbrellas and chairs which made our stay at the beach better!
The place is cozy and the bed is comfortable, we did not stay at the place too much since we were out all the time, but is perfect for a short and long stay!
We had some issues understanding the location of the place but we found it quick.
The host is great and flexible with check in/ out times.
I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved it was so close to beach. I have problems walking and it was close enough for me to see 8 beautiful sunrises. Loved my stay. Also has beach chairs and umbrella for beach. Would recommend

We are south Florida regulars and have stayed and numerous quarters during our visits, and this little gem was a pleasent surprise. If you are familiar with the area, it is steps from the beach and at the quiet north end of the broadwalk. You can walk to the park to the north, or down to the south end for all the nightlife. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. While the interior is "cozy" it's very comfortable and plenty of room for two. We needed nothing and enjoyed every minute of the stay. Combined with the friendly responsiveness of the owner, I would definitely stay here again. (I've certainly paid more for worse lol)

This place is amazing. It is small, but has everything you might need. It was very clean and the perfect place to rest after exploring. Many things are walking distance and the beach is so close and beautiful. It was very quiet and laid back, much different than Miami. Sonia is also quick to respond and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
