My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

This property was great had everything we needed. And the space necessary also. This was just a quick trip for us and loved that we were right off the deck from the pool. Bathrooms at the beach were a nice convenience also!

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive.
We would definitely stay here again.

The cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. They finished up in 15 minutes and apologized for the delay. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being so close to the pool, having the grill. and the nice deck. Everything was as it was discribed. We had a great time.

The Condo was very comfortable and we had several guests come and go with us. We even had some teenagers that fit into the space.
Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen is small but very user friendly.
The only down side was that the pool is not heated so we were never able to use it. To cold in March.

Very nice property with a great view of the pool, it was just too cold to enjoy it. Will return during warmer climate. The condo was very quaint and cleaned, a great place that’s near the beach and other eateries. The Host was fab!

The unit's location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach. The rooms are all of good size and the king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Renters should be aware that both bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bath's sink should be updated and the blue mats in both bathrooms need to be replaced. However the water pressure was wonderful. The kitchen had a musty smell and the blinds, as well as the wall decorations had a significant layer of dust. We rented for two weeks...there was only a used dish sponge, one roll of paper towels, and one washer detergent. The outside deck was a great size and the grill worked perfectly. These are all minor adjustments and can be easily corrected.

The cleanliness of the property was not great. It is hard to locate property in the dark upon arriving due to a lack of lighting. The property location was quiet. The walk to the beach was ok, but finding the trail at first was hard. Other than the pool, there are not a lot of activities on site. Overall, it was sufficient for our stay.

What a great experience and it started with superior communication with Sandy. She made sure everything was perfect for out stay. The unit was exactly as listed and we had a great time. This was our first visit to HHI and it will not be our last. If this unit is available we would not hesitate to book again! Enjoy

This was our first trip to Hilton Head , SC. We had an absolutely great week. The condo was a perfect addition to our fun! It’s in a nice location. You do have to take a short walk through the parking lots to the front entrance to get to the private walkway to the beach. But it’s really quick and just a short walk. Plus, it’s a beautiful place for a walk or bike ride. It’s just around the corner from the Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants, which is a great little place to visit, eat, and shop. Everything on the island is fairly close. This condo is in a perfect location to visit all the fun places. The condo is older but very comfortable. I loved everything about it!! It is very well stocked! And a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool! It’s beautiful! Sandy was awesome with any questions I had and very welcoming! I will look for her again next year for our vacay! Thanks Sandy and VRBO for making this an easy booking and helping us make our trip wonderful!

We enjoyed the unit. Everything was clean, plenty of space for 4 people and TV with cable! Beautiful outside area with a large deck and steps from the pool. A/C was cold and there was an ice maker in the fridge-plus! Sandy was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is that the walk to the beach was further than we expected with our little ones. Otherwise the pool and home was nice!

Location was great, my only complaint would be the unit was not that clean. My husband and I took about 45 minutes to wipe down the kitchen cabinets which were sticky and very dusty. Through out the house, stairway, base boards extremely dusty, could use a fresh paint job. We would stay again but hopefully next time it would be a little more kept up with the cleanliness!

My group of friends and I truly enjoyed this property. It is in a great location with an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza and easy beach access. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with a beach theme and the sofa is ample and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it is nice to have ceiling fans in the BR as well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying breakfast and an afternoon tipple outdoors. I would definitely stay here again!

Although it took a bit for me to find this condo ( due to my error)I would certainly recommend it to others. The owners of Tropicalfish, were extremely helpful and understanding. We were 2 adult couples, this condo certainly worked out well for us.

Seascape Villas is not the newest or most glitzy property on HHI, but it was more than adequate for our group. Location is great. The bike path is right in front of the property and this gives great access to the island. We loved the comfy furniture and the view out to the pool area. Sandy did a great job communicating though the reservation and check in process. Would have loved the weather to be a bit warmer, but it was way better than Snow!

For the most part the listing was accurate, not of fan of both bathrooms being upstairs, a little upset about the cleanliness as I was told the property was just cleaned. There was sugar and coffee all over the countertop by the sink, dust on all the nightstands, mold and bugs in all the window seals. Other than that everything was nice and the property has an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our favorite place was sitting by the beach at the Marriott.

The overall experience was just ok I think the owner needs to takes some clean and get her place deep cleaned. The furniture was dirty and not a very clean place. The place was dated and too much furniture in the rooms. Outdoor deck filthy utensils dirty rust on whisk couldn't use it. Disappointed by the place.

The property was as described. Sandy was very easy to work with. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We utilized the kitchen, it was very well stocked. Though it was too cold, the deck and pool area are very nice. We renewed and refreshed before the crazy of the holidays. Love the bike trails and being off season biking on the beach as well.

Description of property was accurate. However, furniture was filthy, bathrooms were filthy (total soap scum on shower handle), towel bars either off the wall or falling off the wall, other bath fixtures entirely filthy (never been wiped), closet door at entry off the track, back screen door with hole in screen and would not slide open or close easily. Entire property very dated. Would never recommend.

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and teenage daughter. She loved having her own room and bathroom. Place was very clean and great location! We rented bikes and rode everywhere we went. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Also loved sitting on the patio and eating breakfast overlooking the pool. Owner was very quick to respond. We had an amazing time!

My family and I spontaneously arranged to meet as we needed to gather in support of each other after grieving some losses. It was the perfect retreat and lifted our spirits with the cheerful seaside decor, delightful view onto the pool area and superb cleanliness. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we loaded up their beach buggy with their beach chairs to enjoy the sunshine on the lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut within walking distance for live music and dancing outside on sand and ate delicious dinners at Hudson’s, Salty Dog and Reilly’s. It was the perfect long weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it was as pictured on site. The large outdoor space with grill was a nice bonus to our stay. It was nice to have a wagon to carry items to beach. The owner was very responsive when contacted. I only gave a 3 on cleanliness.

Off season rental for Hilton Head Lantern Parade
We enjoyed the rental at this time of year as the lesser traffic and crowds on the island made things noticeably better. Enjoyed biking on the bike trails and the beach. This property was nicely positioned for participating in or being a spectator for the Hilton Head Lantern Parade.

Nice getaway!
Loved the unit! Plenty of room for two adults and two teens. I’ve never been to Hilton Head before but loved the location. The girls rented bikes right down the street and rode all over. We walked to dinner every night which was great. It was about a 15-20 min walk each way. Loved the patio facing the pool. It was very peaceful and surprisingly private. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes with all the gear but the owner provided chairs and a rolling cart. Would definitely stay again!

We really loved the place! It was pretty clean and the community was really nice. Great location; pool in backyard, close to bike path and Coligny Park and walkable to the beach. A small communication mishap in the beginning but it was quickly fixed. We would love to stay again!
