This is an excellent property. The location is perfect for Notre Dame. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and the house does all the things right that you want (and so many other houses get wrong) ... lots of towels, toilet paper, dishes, pots and pans (and all organized!), coffee filters, etc etc, and it was super clean. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay for graduation weekend. Four bedrooms and full bath upstairs, full bath on main level. Kitchen and baths are fully updated - very nice. The layout is great to have a group of people gather. When we had a question, the property manager responded right away and was great to work with. We walked to the stadium and the Joyce Center. Thank you for helping to make graduation weekend memorable!

4 couples rented the home to see Garth Brooks. Easy walk to the campus and being so close to Eddy street was great. Home was very well supplied, better than any VRBO I've stayed in - down to shampoo/conditioner and shower gel! I would stay here again. Owner and house manager were very easy to talk to and quick to respond.

We stayed there for a roommate reunion and the location was perfect. The house was well equipped, spacious, and clean. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area and wanting to be close to Notre Dame. Smooth check-in process, host was attentive, and we had no problems at all. Very enjoyable.

Great house with incredible location. A block from Eddy Commons and 2 blocks from campus. Clean and spacious, with all the basic needs (towels,bedding,toiletries, breakfast items, cooking pots/pans.) My family really enjoyed the house and plan on coming back next year

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the Notre Dame house. The house was comfortably big for two people, but could easily handle far more. The home was very clean and well appointed. Diana, the property manager, was awesome. She answered any questions we had quickly and clearly. Response times were excellent and we never had any glitches during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone for their trips to Notre Dame.

We loved this cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street! We walked to Eddy street for coffee and lunch and enjoyed the warm, welcoming living room where we watched many bowl games and movies! The house was clean, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, kitchen supplies were perfect we were provided with everything needed for a successful family stay in the Notre Dame area! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!! It felt like home away from home, which was perfect for Christmas!

We stayed here for a few days to see our ND son. The home feels brand new and is decorated wonderfully. Even the sheets blankets and pillows were pretty and nice. There is no en-suite bathroom but the full bath is fairly close to the main floor bedroom. The two upstairs bedrooms require guests to use downstairs baths. ThereIs a half bath off the laundry room. The kitchen was Missing some minor items (since we were cooking every day) but I let the owner know and assume she will make it a more cook friendly kitchen. My one negative was there is no garbage disposal which is a pain in the neck when you are accustomed to having one. It would be a welcome And inexpensive upgrade for future guests. TV was new and big and nice. Washer dryer are brand new and performed well. Wi-Fi worked great. Home is 2 blocks from ND gates — a little over 1/2 mile to ND circle. Overall a very good stay — my suggestions are minor and they didn’t impact our time at this very charming home! Many thanks
