Great location for visiting Notre Dame; clean facilities; welcoming staff (and they had cookies :)

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The pool area had so much chlorine it was a bit suffocating being in there.

The girl at the front desk was great we were looking for a starbucks and she gave us directions to the one not to far from the hotel. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was great !!!

Fine, busy street , plenty of restaurants in area.

Breakfast was not kept up for last hour of the alloted time, No Eggs empty dishes.

The staff was exceptional

Booked a room with a pull out couch for our daughter unfortunately the mechanism of the couch broken so it couldn't be. The key card machine wasn't working so the staff had to let us into our room they were nice enough to upgrade us into a nicer room at no charge

The breakfast was decent but there was a miscommunication about the timing. I was luckily in time for it, but a number of guests missed out as they were told it would be served till a later time. It closed earlier and so a number of people were disappointed at eh weekend. Mainly families.

Half the staff were pleasant and half were miserable for no apparent reason(reception). The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchen staff were angry.

hot tub down. was disclosed on website. walk in and paper posted on door that pool heater was down. pool was main reason we selected this hotel for kids. 20 degrees outside. pool was about 45-50

we attended the Norte dame football game. it was close in proximity. we even walked back after the late football game.

just cosmetic. the bathrooms had cracks in the drywall.
