The surroundings and convenience of the apartment.
Some socket cannot be used. Some light were not functioning well. Lost of paint in living room. Heating shower works sometimes.

the house is comfortable and spacious. easy self check-in
the common bathroom's drain was clogged. i dont like the security guard system. they dont allow drop off luggage/ items near lobby/lift. so troublesome if you come with your family with 2 cars. next time if i go to CH with big family i wont choose this place.

Both toilets smelly and around 2 am someone at the upper floor doing hammering and our family was unable to sleep and very annoyed.

The location is strategic centre of Tanah Rata. Parking is available for one slot. There is so many steamboat shop and laudry around the area. The view is depends on your stay, I stayed here for the second time, one with parking view only, one with forest view.
The access card is too slow to detect while in use, please improve. The surrounding is so noisy, especially when there is another holiday family around. I choose for quiet area, but it still the same. The iron provided with RM10, but not satisfied with it, just like cheap iron, not functioning so well.

I don't like the home at all
Heater not working properly, no dustbin in bathroom, no water filter and not very clean, I don't like the home at all

Location is quite strategic, near to many amenities like griceries stores, lots of restaurants etc. Others i like the bedroom, two double beds in the two bedroom was really awesome.
1- The house is not sound proofing. My stay was really bad because our 'jiran' was too noisy, teens between 13-17 years (around 10-14 people living in a house), how bad for us. 👎
2- No microwave. Too bad for a house with a good kitchen but no microwave to heat up the food.👎
3- No iron and towel. Must pay (iron) if you wanna use it. I can tolerate if no towel is provided since i always bring my own towel everywhere I travel. But when there is no iron, it's quite tough and spoils it.👎
4- The floor is too cold. Should provide more carpet to reduce its coolness.👎
5- No heater in the master bedroom. 👎

Induction cooker and rice cooker need to change the new one. rice cooker need 1 ½ hour and induction cooker a little difficult to handle

Private parking just nice. Easy to self check in and check out from property.
Need to improvise your cleanliness of your bathroom 6/10.

The size of the rooms are big and the bed provided are big too.

no mineral water ...at least put 1 or 2 bottle...coffe 3in1 ....im sure many customer repeat rent again if they come again to cameron highlands
