easy self check in & check out process. homestay is so spacious & cosy. nice view from balcony. about 2-5 mins drive to tanah rata town. wish can stay longer than one night, definitely will come again.
maybe can provide more comfortable pillow

I like the apartment was very spacy, parking lot was very convenient, with security guard control of every car in and out. Viewing from balcony was outstanding.
Cleanliness of kitchen area need to improve, got small 🪳 nearby the stove area. The wok inner non stick layer was all run out, and the rice cooker non stick layer was badly scratched, it's not safe to use it for cooking etc...

The room is comfortable because it is spacious
The house smell bad.
Four smell from the toilet.
The cool floor is difficult to walk around in the house because there is no carpet.
The toilet is not clean and smell like a public toilet but the homestay charges rm60 for cleaning work

The Living room is spacious and clean. The security is good and guard is helpful and there is restaurant and shops nearby.
There's only queen size beds. It's too tight for two big size adult men to squeeze into a queen size bed. FYI, we are group of retired men travelling to Cameron for golf games, we prefer single beds. Alternatively, King size bed.

dirty and smelly
the toilet dirty and so smelly, unpleasant to sleep in room with toilet.. carpet dirty, sofa dirty, and the rules are so wrong, u need to pay rm80 for cleaning service, but if you didn't clean the pantry u can get penalty for rm100.. then rm80 for what..? u still get dirty sofa, dirty carpet..

Location was great, hosts were helpful and kind, especially when I had to courier one of the access keys back to them. Apartments would be ok if some work was done to fix and improve them.
We rented 2 apartments. In apt 2: the bathroom door was moldy, the toilet was leaking, the curtains were glued to the wall so couldn't be opened, there were cockroaches, the window in one room couldn't be closed (a complete safety hazard for kids as on 7th floor). In apt 3A: the bathroom door was permanently locked and could only be accessed through one of the bedrooms, there was no light, about the half the electricity sockets were not working, there were cockroaches. Very disappointing overall.

Confusing pricing. Guest must alert rm100 others charge before payment. Rm75 it's show will be charge to rm175. I'm only realized after got sms deduction from bank:(.
