property very clean and extremely well stocked. we explored all of the big island from this location.

Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!

We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Well stocked kitchen, beach and pool gear - wagon was handy especially for Hāpuna beach one of our favourite spots! We used the BBQ’s, just across the parking lot very convenient and the the Tropics pub is pretty much on site and caters to NFL fans on game day if you are so inclined:) Mahalo Martin… we’ll be back soon… so much to see, do and just to relax!

This place is beautiful, decor is upscale, furniture is comfortable, clean, high end cook ware, bath towels extra fluffy and soft. Great place and location. We would defininitely recommend this condo to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

The interior of this property was impeccably furnished. The bathroom and shower was very large. It's a one bedroom unit on the ground floor. Perfect for a single traveler.

My wife and I spent the last 3 days of our honeymoon in this wonderfully kept and thoughtfully stocked vacation home! The neighborhood is peaceful and properly managed with just a short ride to beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. Martin and Rachelle were exceptionally accommodating. Mahalo!

Communication was incredible and the owner was beyond helpful!! He gave us multiple recommendations for the island and we loved everything! The restaurants and activities were all great! This has by far been the best home we have stayed it. They made sure everything was perfect!

This was the most fully stocked B and B we've ever stayed in, you won't need for anything. In addition to the kitchen having everything we needed, there was also beach chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. You really will be very happy here. Wish we'd had a couple more days.

This was our first time to the big island, and we loved where we stayed. It’s a great location. Lots of things to do nearby a great starting point to see the island, very clean and well-stocked.

The condo is beautifully appointed. The king size bed is very comfortable. We needed an additional bed so the sofa bed had to do. I traveled with my two grown sons. The condo is most ideal for a couple maybe with small children. The kitchen had everything needed to cook the Mahi Mahi we caught! The beach gear is very welcome and even sunblock is available if forgotten. Martin responded quickly to all my questions and the accommodations were beautiful.

This condo lives up to what is shown and more. Great access to a close beach too, walk or drive and no fee to park at beach. Unit comes with everything you need for beach fun—chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, noodles, etc. Unit is well equipped kitchen and bath and Island Gourmet Grocery is close as well as several restaurants. We also enjoyed golf at Mauni Lani only 10 min away. Owner is very responsive to any questions.

Large property, fully furnished. Huge, comfy bed, big shower with great water pressure, comfy couch, very large lanai. We didn't spend a ton of time in the unit as we were there for wedding activities, but it was more than suitable for us. The place was really clean except that the rugs had a lot of free fuzz on them. That may just be the rugs themselves though. They were super plush and soft to stand on. We got good coffee and some snacks at check in. I wish we'd had a chance to cook, the kitchen was fully stocked for it. Overall we had a great stay, and Martin was a wonderful host.

The condo is as wonderful as the photos depict! Wonderfully decorated, organized with everything that you may need while on vacation, and close to the swimming pool/hot tub, ocean, and shopping. We took several trips to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear that was in the outdoor closet. I would definitely recommend to others. Mahalo!

We had a fantastic time at Martin‘s condo and will definitely miss it. It is very spacious, super clean, has a comfortable king bed, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The area of The Shores is beautiful, very well maintained and has a relaxing vibe. The shops are close by, also some beautiful beaches and good restaurants. We were amazed at the provided detailed information on places to eat and possible activities. A thoughtful gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival. The communication with Martin was very easygoing and accommodating even before booking the condo. Very grateful for this beautiful place and the hospitality we received.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was really close to a lot of great beaches. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental unit. It was well stocked and the items in the kitchen are nice quality. We were really lucky and got to check in two hours early! Thanks again for everything!

Owner is amazing! Excellent communication prior and called us after arrival to be sure everything was OK and answer any questions. Provided suggestions for all kinds of activity and meal options. A thoughtful gift basket was a nice surprise! Ground floor condo is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need (kitchen, bath, laundry, entertainment) including all manner of beach stuff. We especially enjoyed the shaded private patio for breakfast and afternoon wine/dinner and just sitting there to read a book. A large community pool was great for a daily swim (also gym and tennis) and the complex is very clean, well landscaped, the HOA is on top of things. We will definitely rent this unit again---no need to look anywhere else!!

I read many reviews and had a tough time picking a favourite spot, but after reading the reviews for Martin’s condo I was sold. Once we arrived everything was as easy as it was described as well as accurate. The location was clean and if we needed anything, Martin was very responsive. Thank you for an amazing get away!

Our host Marty has been phenomenal. He gave so much information about the resort. Resturants and things to do. He thought of anything you might need while staying in his home. One little touch that hardly anyone thinks about are night lights. Lovely home and beautiful resort.

We stayed at the condo over the Xmas break. Great location, condo is very well equipped with all the necesities. Wish we had more time to explore the property grounds but we were too busy sighseeing and exploring beaches. Nearby A-beach was awesome, allbof us enjoyed swimming in its calm water, and seeing turtles was a huge bonus and unforgettible experience. The condo has beach towels, chars, boogie boards, tent, snorklening stuff - all was very helpful for all our beach and water activities. Thank you!

The property was perfect! We enjoyed having our own space and it had everything we needed. It is so great to have well stocked kitchen and the IPA beer was a surprising and refreshing treat! Martin was so easy to communicate with and accommodated all of our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year and just loved it. The unit is perfect for a couple that likes to cook; everything needed is there including lots of spices and olive oil and extra goodies left by previous guests (soy sauce, mayo, etc.). The unit we’re in now on Maui has a disposable salt shaker. That’s it. The Waikoloa unit is close to everything you’ll need and the nearby Island Gourmet has tons of freshly prepared stuff including sushi for heading to the beach. We were once again very content with this unit and it’s large lanai. We will be back!

My family arrived 4 days early for our annual timeshare stay, and we usually select a different vacation rental to get a feel for the different condos in the resort. We had the wonderful fortune of selecting this property this year, and I don't think we will continue to select different condos again. The unit was very clean, well-appointed, and little touches made us feel like we were well taken care of! We've stayed in countless units over the years, and especially in Hawaii we often feel like owners "hodge-podge" things together, using left-over items to try to meet needs for guests. That is NOT the case here. Everything feels intentionally selected to create a feel of welcome and comfort. From the linens to the dishes and cooking pans, everything was comfortable. I cannot thank the hosts enough for this little gem - we will definitely be back!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Martin’s place. His home was comfortable, clean and centrally located. He provided beach supplies that we were able to use for great trips to the beach. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring Hawaii’s West Coast.

What a great condo. My husband and I rented this condo for 3 nights, and I wish we had done more! Everything was as advertised, and better! The area was very quiet, we really enjoyed the private lanai and ground floor access. I would highly recommend this for anyone!
