Location was great thought the view was over a parking garage not direct to the ocean

Windows leaked in a storm. Property was old. Poor workmanship in the unit.

The pool and the beach access was really good.

I was assigned to a different unit with less beds. The a/c in this unit was broken and the staff in charge of the guests from online booking said they had nothing to with it.

The location is near to everything you might need - eateries and stores. Driving to those locations would probably be safer. It’s a very busy intersection to cross. The staff were friendly and accommodating

The condo was cleaned but there were areas that needed more cleaning. The condo main bathroom needs updating and the kitchen had old dirty appliances that should had been removed.

Maybe there are bedbugs. We wrote to the owner about it but did not get an answer, although we wrote three times about the subject. He ignored the subject.

Close to the beach It was clean Big spaces Beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas are useful

Some appliances were not working Missing some electrical plugs or were inaccessible so it was hard to charge devices (many that currently we all have)

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and had everything needed to stay a few days by the beach. The pool was very nice and the beach was at our doorstep. It had everything we were seeking. The apartment building management service was very helpful in guiding us and answering our questions. They helped us on many occasions.

The directions to be able to get into the apartment were not clear or helpful. The apartment owner should communicate promptly and clearly regarding how to get into the apartment before arrival. Also, the communication should be handled via Booking or text as opposed to email which can lead to delay and confusion. We had requested and paid for early check-in and not being able to get into the apartment for about 2 hours was not good.

Everything was good and comfortable will definitely do it again

valet was on the phone to family during parking. our condo was NOT what we booked. no internet. lights in kitchen wouldn’t turn on half the time.

My plane got in early { 11:00am}.. It would have been nice if they had a room to hold my luggage { like Hotels do} so I could go use the pool. I felt like my whole first day of vacation was wasted..
