great location for old town area and friendly staff

No “morning coffee “, no coffee maker and no general access to microwave to warm things up.

The location was great -in a small street just a few blocks from the main walking street /also a very quiet and safe area with easy access to the historic center Monuments -amazingly good value for the location No breakfast included in rental

The plumbing could use an upgrade -improving the toilet and/or the shower

Great location! Reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and good to rest after a hectic day, in spite of a busy street nightlife at the front of the property.

The toilet pan kept on blocking and became an issue - but the staff tried to sort that out. An extra bedside table, another socket, and a luggage stand would have been helpful.

I didn’t feel secure because the cleaners didn’t lock my door half the time. It was also noisy when trying to sleep.

Half of the time after cleaning, the maid didn’t lock the door. I verbally asked her, plus left a note and a tip and still it happened. I told reception and they said don’t worry because there was no one else there. They saw no problem in leaving it unlocked and there was no apology. Sleep quality was also very poor most nights.

Everything is ok, friendly staff, helped with a taxi at night, location is perfect, clean room, I would recommend it with no doubts.

The hotel-staff was super nice and welcoming.

On a private pedestrian street, the value is amazing given it is in the centro. Staff are good and all was clean with good hot water.
