Friendly staff, full equiped kitchen, clean toilets. Very reasonable price for what you get.

The staff was kind and welcoming

The bathroom was out of the room and it was quite uncomfortable to take off your clothes and go into the shower just with the bathrobe. The room was not so clean and had too many beds comparing to the space. Moreover, wi-fi didn't work neither with cellphone nor with PC (the staff helped me but the issue was not fixed).

It is truly a very relaxed, clean, friendly environment. I feel the lounge/kitchen area was like being at home. Alot of access to all that you need for cooking. The staff are extremely friendly and likeable! Great quality of cleanliness of all areas. I felt like the location was very good too! The bed I stayed in was very comfortable too and the room had a very beautiful energy. Actually it was my second time staying at the hostel. First time, with friends.. then the second time was alone.. I feel as a lone, young travelling female, I felt safe enough to return to the hostel and be there. I recommend!!!

Beds and sleeping was super comfy. It's a pity I couldn't have stayed longer as it was great accommodation in a lovely area, but if I could I would. Hopefully next time.

Well located hostel about 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 20 min walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the other guests. The hostel is well equipped and had everything I needed, and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hostel to others who want a cheap, comfortable and well located place to stay whilst exploring Aachen.

Near to train line. Couldn't sleep at night. Train passes in every hour. Too small room for 6 people.
