I don’t like to post negative reviews BUT….The AC fan was super loud, the TV was small & had 3 remotes that made it complicated, no tv in bedroom cuz the sofa was the most uncomfortable sofa ever, the bed was not comfortable & there was a cockroach on it! The toilet was made for little people, condo faces a very loud hotel ( so could not enjoy sitting on the balcony , the place is a rip off for the price!

I enjoyed the beach access. The area/facilities are well kept up and quiet. The pool is really nice and you don’t find deep enough pools anymore.

I did not like that the bedroom did not have a ceiling fan and the unit did not really get as cold as I would like. Also the AC unit in the bathroom is obnoxiously loud. Another complaint I have is the shower rod in the bathroom is just cheap and has fallen multiple times when attempting to pull the curtain back to get in or out. With the price of the room for 3 nights I would expect to not have to worry about a shower rod falling.

The condo was very clean, the location including the grounds and beach were excellent

The breakfast was crowded, hard to find parking, and very few selections on food, could be a lot better

Price—they charge $85 cleaning fee for one night or a month—and then they have the nerve to tell you when leaving to take the trash out and make sure used towels are all in one place And tile floors didn’t feel clean and after walking on them for 2 hours in bare feet, my feet were black from dirty floors! I took a photo of my foot which HAD been clean and have posted below under room! 17%tax—don’t know if this is standard or padded Breakfast—either at hotel 4 miles away Or hotel 4 properties away Pick up key 4 miles away and return there and then you have to go to condo office to get a parking permit or get towed! Inconvenient!!! We used to own a unit here but I will NEVER stay here again!😡
