Sandy Toes Beach House è bellissimo dentro e fuori. I mobili e i letti sono di alta qualità con Smart TV in ogni camera. Divano letto matrimoniale per 2 persone, cucina aperta / soggiorno per godersi. Spaziosa cucina completamente attrezzata e barbecue. La nostra casa ha un cortile privato recintato, con una grande piscina di acqua salata riscaldata da aggiungere alla tua giornata tropicale! Abbiamo 4 biciclette da crociera, 2 scooter con caschi, giocattoli da spiaggia, sedie da spiaggia, ombrelloni, carro da spiaggia, refrigeratore e altro! La casa si trova a 1/4 di miglio dalla spiaggia con l'ingresso alla fine della nostra strada. Siamo situati a 2 miglia da Port Canaveral, 1 miglio dal molo di Cocoa Beach e Ron Jon's e la posizione rende le gite di un giorno alle attrazioni di Orlando come il mondo Disney, gli Universal Studios o il Kennedy Space Center. Le attrazioni locali includono, minigolf, ottimo cibo e musica e altro ancora. Cucciolo amichevole.

First of all, if you are like me and reviews are a deciding factor in your decision to pick a place, well, then please read!
Secondly, this is a bit of a longer and detailed review, so please settle in😉 because there is SO MUCH good to share!
The owner was amazing from the start! We were going to be earlier than expected with our arrrival. I reached out to see if by chance we could check in a bit early. She made it happen! We were able to check in a few hours early! She was very responsive to messages and very helpful! She checked in periodically and was so easy to work with. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and we have never had such a good experience as this when it comes to communication.
The home itself was IMMACULATE! Clean, fully loaded with appliances, towels, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen supplies, beach towels, and ALL the things you could ask for in a home to LIVE in at the beach!)
The location was perfect! Close to everything you would want or need!
The pool was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! The grounds were kept just as neat and tidy as the home!
The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly as we walked to the beach each day.
The public beach access was just down the street and the area of the beach was clean and quiet.
We are already figuring out when we can go back!

Me and my family went with 8 people, 6 being kids we absolutely loved the house the second we walked in until the second we didn’t want to leave! The pool is out of this world the house is so easy to maneuver through and we had an absolute blast! 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone

We loved the property. Clean and comfortable. Great yard and pool. Quick walk to the beach. Lots of shells. Good location. We went to Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and a dolphin cruise. We also saw rwo rocket launches. We also made use of the bikes. We had a wonderful time! Hopefully we can return soon.

This is our second multi-generational family getaway at this home including our dog. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy a short walk to the beach or the fabulous heated pool. The host was quickly responsive to any requests or questions and provided easy to follow instructions regarding our responsibilities as renters. Her suggestions for things to do and restaurants to check out in the area were much appreciated. We look forward to another stay in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. It is the perfect place for a kid friendly and dog friendly gathering.

Our family loved this home! We spent so much time in the pool with all the toys and the ocean is just a short walk away (easily made with a bunch of kiddos under 8 as well 😊). It’s close to lots of fun restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking but the kitchen has everything you could need in case you want to stay in. Loved it and we can’t wait to come back!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! Perfect location, very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was used every day. The lighting outside at night was great. Do yourself a favor and rent this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice as always. Has all extras you may need for beach and cooking. Pool is great, outdoors landscaping is great. Great location to the beach and if you are lucky you can see a NASA launch, the night one we saw from the pool was exciting.

This is our 2nd year staying here and we already booked Sandy Toes Beach House for next year too. The house is the perfect place; pristine pool, brief walk to the beach with all beach amenities included. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and the outdoor grill and tools included. I highly recommend this host and house!

Everything about this home is great! It’s obvious that the owners have put a lot of time and love into making this place something special! It is even more beautiful in person than the photos show. The beach is just a short walk away and the storage shed is stocked with everything you need, including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, and a wagon. Sondra was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

After our sister's graduation from her Master's Degree in Melbourne, we wanted to stay close by to celebrate her day. Hotels were expensive, especially needing 2-3 rooms. This was the perfect place! Everyone was able to stay together, privately. The place was very close to the beach, my granddaughter went to twice! The communication with Sondra was amazing! Immediate responses! The house is amazingly stocked with everything you need! "Move-in ready" The grill is gas, we we not sure until we got there. Beautiful place located in the perfect area! Will visit again for our Sisters retreat... if there's availability!

The location was excellent; a short walk to the beach and a very easy drive to and from Orlando for the airport or fun activities. Sondra is a very lovable person who was always at our side. She has a beautiful poolhouse, which is wellequipped - in the kitchen you will find everything and more - to prepare delicious meals. There are great bikes and lots of games and beach things. The Beach can be reached in 5 minutes and is beautiful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. We were on the road for 3 weeks in Florida and you were our number 1!

The house is cute and comfortable. My girls said it was like staying at nanas house. The kids pretty much lived in the pool the entire time, it was a very short walk to the beach, comfortable beds. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as presented online. Instructions for use of the house were clear. The house is fully appointed and so thoughtful equipped with everything a family with children of any age would need. We loved preparing meals and enjoying them in a variety of locations from the tiki bar, to the outdoor poolside dining table. There are comfortable lounge chairs for the entire group and even an umbrella stand in the shallow end of the pool for very hot sunny days. The pool was warm, clean and beautifully landscaped.
The beach is just down the street and grocery shopping is close by. So many other attractions are nearby including Merritt Island National Wildlife park, Cape Canavarel, and the historic town of Cocoa.

This property was perfect for our family that included3 grandchildren and two dogs. The only constructive feedback I would give Is that the pool was very warm, it was not as refreshing as we thought it would be . As well, I had imagined more inflatable loungers for the pool. Overall amazing place, location , geat fenced in yard perfect for our pups , we would highly recommend this property and plan on returning next year!

Sondra's property was an amazing and awesome location for just about everything our vacation needed. The space was absolutely what was promised. The Tikki bar in the backyard was our absolute favorite! Sondra was delightful to speak with and very nice, to say the least. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time!

Amazing stay!
We stayed here for 5 nights with 3 kids 4 and under. Location was fantastic. Short walk to beach with wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys. House has everything you will need. Backyard and pool were phenomenal! Spent lots of time out there. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone! Sondra was great to work with!
