Great location, just across road from quiet end of Lamai beach. Really friendly staff and Viktoria took great care of us throughout stay and even arranged motorbikes and transport for us. Felt safe at all times especially with lovely security guard at night. Had cafe right outside of the villas which could provide breakfast and all sorts of food /drinks. We really loved our stay and private pool and room was always kept clean by the attentive and amazing cleaners. Upon arrival we were given complimentary drinks and fruit. Would really recommend to ANYONE staying in Lamai.

Maybe could have changed sheets more often but that is just a nit-pick and I'm sure if we vocalised this it would have been attended to as the staff were lovely. We really didn't see it as a big issue and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day! :)

Good breakfast, 3 options to choose, you wont leave the table hungry. We really enjoyed it. Small, but wonderful and clean pool. The appartment was perfect. Almost felt like home. You got everything you need, the personel is very friendly and helpful. 7-Eleven is around the corner. We highly recommend it.

Room is very spacious, clean and quiet, bed was super comfortable. We loved the fresh prepared breakfast with lot of options. Staff was very nice. As most of the beach area in Koh Samui are filled with hug hotels, so we were really glad to stay at this little paradise with more privacy. We have extended our stay and would definitely recommend CHUZ villa.

Paradise. we have been backpacking for the last 6 weeks and needed a relaxing night. this was perfect. the room was amazing and had a private plunge pool. room is huge and worth every penny. Victoria the host consistently went out her way to accommodate us and her English is incredible. Could not recommend this place enough.

The staff was always super friendly. It was easy to ask for anything. They were super nice to our baby. And they arranged transfer and tours for us. It is a perfect place to go with a baby! Even the breakfast was super delicious. Everything was just perfect, nothing to do except for relaxing at the pool and explore Samui.

The staff was wonderful. Warm and friendly, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The villa was clean and super functional. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was an absolute joy to wake up to the birds chirping in the morning. A walk away from the beach and some good restaurant options near by, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa with a private pool. It really felt like we were seeing how the other half live for a short time, such a treat! The villa has everything you could need and the pool is just fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and air con and wifi were great. Breakfast was really nice, prepared to order and there’s enough to put you on for the rest of the day! The location is just off the main road into Lamai. It’s a bit of a walk, especially in the heat so we tended to catch a cab or a red truck on the main road into lamai, which was easy and cheap to do. Chuz villas would be ideal if you rent a moped but we weren’t brave enough. Staff are very helpful, especially Nan. She gave us some recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I would certainly recommend the accommodation, but would perhaps rent a moped next time to get around.

I am stretching for something bad to say, there really weren’t any faults with the villa! All I would say is that due to the heavy rain during our stay, the gravel road that Chuz is on flooded and became completely waterlogged, even well after the rain had stopped. This made it difficult (without wellies) to get to the main road to catch a cab or walk into town in the evening. We had to walk bare foot through the water and take a towel with us to dry off. The road is not the Chuz’s responsibility at all, but if it is in their power to add some kind of platform or walkway I think it would really benefit those guests who don’t have a vehicle.

To start with, the staff at CHUZ Villas Samui SHA Plus are amazing. We stayed in June so forgive me if I get the ladies name wrong but I believe it was Kay who looked after us. She was so sweet and friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. She very very kindly arranged for a surprise birthday treat for my husband when they found out it was his birthday. We unfortunately were rushing off after check in but it was waiting for us in the villa when we got back. Thank you again Kay for everything!! The Villa itself is huge!! So it's definitely one of the best value for money places that we stayed in over the course of our whole trip. The bed was comfortable, great kitchen facilities, a comfortable living space. The villas themselves have a security gate at the entrance. The pool is fabulous and the location is super close to Lamai main area. Kay helped us to organise a motorbike for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was perfect. Overall I would find it incredibly difficult to fault these villas in any way. We had a gorgeous stay, the only problem is that we couldn't stay longer!!

It is almost perfect and probably one of the nicest places to stay in Samui. Within a 3-5 minute scooter ride you will arrive at all the fancy restaurants or be directly at the Lamai Beach. The rooms are absolutely perfect with lots of space, useful interior such as a comfortable couch and working/dining table as well as a bathroom that is accessible through 2 entrances (bedroom and living room) The pool is lovely but will obviously attract kids so it is not the most quiet place to be.

And that's pretty much my only complain, there is a car repair facility right behind the apartment which can be reeeally noise throughout the whole day. Not perfect if you're seeking for relaxation or want to get some work done.

WiFi had some issues

Chuz villa is not in the middle of Lamai which is good. It's a it hidden, and away from major streets. So it's very quiet and relaxing. Place has 2 aircons which are very powerful. Excellent WiFi (between 50-100MBit download and 50 Mbit upload!!) , and great 42" TV with Mi Smart TV Box so you can watch all your TV channels abroad. Lovely pool and beach towels.

Our favourite place that we have stayed in all of Thailand! Having had got married only a few days before it was perfect for a honeymoon. Everything was great - room, staff, breakfast, swimming pool, their English was very good as well. Very good WiFi. A big thank you to all the staff from Paul & Sommai

The only two things that I can think of are very minor and hardly worth mentioning and they are - the TV's in both the 'lounge' and the bedroom are the same so that when the blind is open which ours always was sometimes the other TV would switch on instead of the intended one which meant going into the other room and switching it off. The second was that the water in the shower tray didn't drain away very quick. As I said two very minor points but I thought that I'd mention them all the same.
