The location of the property was amazing. We enjoyed our stay despite being there when almost everything was closed (early May is not the time to go for just a visit- we were there for ski racing)
The condo is well set up for a family of 6, albeit a little tight.
The laundry in coin operated around the corner. It wasn’t a huge deal once we were able to get quarters, but imagine could get tied up during busier times of the year.
There were tons of hooks all around the condo which was great. The bunk beds were suitable for small children but were very unstable. And would not be suitable for even a small adult. While the dining table was nice to have we actually had to move furniture around to be able to comfortably navigate the space (we are not large people- 4 kids and 2 average to small adults)
Overall it was a great location and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. With some added stabilization of the bunk bed and bidding goodbye to the Christmas tree (we were there in May… seemed out of place) I feel this would be a condo we would consider again for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, super convenient to the hot tubs, ski locker and slopes. Condo was cozy and comfy for family of 5. Great communication from host, very responsive and accommodating.

An absolutely perfect accommodation with all the amenties included! The condo was in excellent condition and the host was very communicative. They delivered on everything promised!

We enjoyed a perfect week with our adult kids. Staying at zephyr was a treat- so easy to get in for lunches and get first tracks in the morning! The house had everything we needed. Loved the queen bunk beds! Thanks again. We’ll be back!

Dan's place was great. Check in process was quick and easy, and place was clean and as advertised. Location was obviously excellent in relation to the slopes (about 100 yards from your door to Corridor), but also near the lockers for quick gear access and the hot tubs. Dan was quick with communication and helpful with any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a rocky start, including a very late arrival due to snowstorm. The power went out , internet was out, or spotty, and no hot water for the first 2 days. After all these things came back we had a great time. Our 2 adult sons made a lot of use of the hot tub just down the hall. Dan was very responsive to the unusual issues and sent a handyman to get the fridge on emergency power. Thanks so much for that. Great location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. We'd love to stay again sometime.

Spent 4 nights and loved every minute. If anything the stay exceeded our expectations. The unit was on the same floor as the ski lockers and hot tubs. A very short walk for each. If you are looking for an easy stay, able to ski in and out easily, and a nice, comfortable stay for a group of 4-6 people this is it.

Not host fault. Good resturants near by. In to Town was not a bad drive and more resturant too.

The condo fit our family of five very comfortably: great beds, soft towels, fully functional kitchen, shared hot tub, and immediate access to the bike park and resort summer activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was very clean and close to everything! Dan was very proactive in providing us with all the information we needed ahead of time and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is all about convenience. You're on the same floor as the very large and accommodating ski locker, the hot tubs and the walk-out to ski-in/ski-out access. The condo itself is clean and very nicely kept. The extra beds made it very comfortable for our family of five, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was really accessible for questions and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Really great experience and really great vacation!

Zephyr is the BEST location to stay! Hot tub next to slopes, ski in/out, cook your own meals or eat at local restaurants. Dan was great with communication. We had a wonderful time and will rent again for future annual trips.

This condo has and excellent location with easy access to gondola, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Dan is very thorough with communication and quick to reply. We would definitely love to return!

We had the unfortunate circumstance of traveling during the airline crisis in December 2022. I cannot say enough about how gracious the property manager was to accommodate the changes, and how amazing the property itself was. Could not have been happier with the entire experience, and this is said with great stressors notwithstanding. This location is perfect for families and know you will enjoy it!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! This place was absolutely beautiful! So warm and welcoming. It was very cold and they had so many blankets and a wonderful fireplace to keep us cozy every night. It was the perfect place to come home to everyday after skiing and snowboarding . When we got there, I was able to reach out and talk directly to Dan the owner directly. He guided me on getting the keys and gave me any information that I needed immediately. They were very approachable people. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a cozy, wonderful, comfortable place to Stay in Winter Park. Slope side and beautiful. Thank you so much for such a great stay. Hope we can come back again very very soon!

Convenience plus!
My family of 3 plus one family friend stayed at this property during opening weekend for biking. It was super clean, tidy and well stocked with towels, extra bedding and blankets. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and very well set up. We'd come back to this unit in a heart beat. Very well cared for and super convenient to everything the base at Winter Park offers.

This is a great location right at the base of the mountain. The condo was clean and the lockers were handy. Checking in was easy and we had a great time.

Absolutely loved our stay
The place was even better than expected. Dan was extremely helpful during our stay. Winterpark was closed for the season when we came, but MaryJane was still open and a very conveniently located to us still. The place was full of amenities and right down the hall of the jacuzzi. The place was very clean, cozy, and beds were comfortable! We are already discussing when we can book again to return! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Great place
We loved our stay. It's very nice to be right in the Village with a short walk to the gondola. This place does sleep 10 people, but it is very compact. They have set up what should be the master bedroom with attached bathroom as the guest room that sleeps up to six if you don't mind being very cramped in. The other bedroom is set up as the master with one king bed, but does not have an attached bathroom. The living room sleeps 2 more on the hide away bed. Overall the place is great, but more ideal for a small group, or a very close knit big group. It is much smaller than it looks and sounds like it is. Perfect for 2 maybe 3 couples, or a single family with lots of kids. Otherwise you will not find much privacy here, almost zero floor space, no storage if using all the beds, and no true master bedroom. We are a hardy group, and made it work just fine, but I know a lot of people that would be very disappointed in the layout, and overall lack of space. Not trying to dis on this place at all. It is awesome. Just warning for F.Y.I. purpose. If you think it might be to small for your group, it definitely will be.

We stayed over a long weekend and had a blast! The condo was perfect for our family of four. The locker storage was great. Will be back!!

Great Location
Location of this property can't be beat. A true ski in ski out. Parking is right underneath the condo and you're able to take an elevator right up. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tubs were right outside. There were five adults in our party and the condo was a bit on the cozy side but great - would have been a squeeze with more folks.

Super Stay !
We had a wonderful stay at Dan and Tracy’s place . The condo was very clean and the location can’t be beat ! Beds were comfy and Dan and Tracy were extremely responsive … even on a holiday weekend .
