Overall our experience was positive. There were a couple of minor issues which I'll list below. Location: Great location for summer. Since we had no need to be near any of the lifts, this location allowed easy access to shops/restaurants and generally driving all around town. Bedrooms: We had 6 people which comfortably fit in the cabin. Kids took the loft, and adults took the bedrooms. Plenty of room for all of us. Amenities: The place had everything we needed for cooking and eating together. Outdoor grill came in very handy too. Issues: We were in mammoth during a record heat weekend. Most places in mammoth don't have AC (just this like cabin), but have ceiling fans to create airflow. The ceiling fan in the loft was non-functional, so all the heat trapped upstairs turning it into a sauce and not usable. We contacted management both via phone and on VRBO messaging and did not hear back for 24 hours until after we checked out.

We enjoyed this property. There is a river in the back that makes for a scenic location. Parking is open and we had no problems finding a spot. Location is out of the way noise-wise but a quick drive to restaurants and the ski area.

Clean and nice unit

Clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen. Loft is best suited for kids because it's open to sounds and light from the kitchen as well as the living area, and it has no closet or dresser.

Clean and accessible

The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for cooking family meals. Could use some new non-stick pans since the coating was coming off of most of them but there were some stainless steel pans that worked well. The door lock only worked with the code provided—customizing it didn't seem to work and we followed their instructions to a "T". Minor stuff. The only downside to staying here during the off-season was that there is MAJOR construction going one right behind the complex and they were jack hammering at 7am every day but Sunday. That's what you get for staying in the off-season! The green space around the area was great for the dog and we all enjoyed the quiet neighbors. We will certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect! Everything we needed for our break from the city! Creek behind condo and ponds with ducks( lovely area to walk dog). Beds very comfortable, washer and dryer came in handy! Fun for the whole family!

The grounds were lush and beautiful and having the creek behind the unit to listen to the frogs at night was wonderful. Quiet and very clean location. The unit had all the amenities and was well thought out. The fans were a huge plus in an area where AC is not a thing especially in the summer! There were three adults and one dog and plenty of space. The only item lacking was WiFi - the information provided was not available; though it gave us a great excuse to unplug.

Had some every nice amenities. A wonderful fireplace!

The condo was in a great location we lucked out and got a ton of snow. The complex was on top of it and kept the parking and roads clear all day. We had a slight issue with the heater but they were quick to come out and fix it and leave space heaters invade but the fireplace kept the front room pretty warm. I would highly recommend not just for winter but summer stays as well, we will be back!

Nice unit in a nice neighbourhood. Really well decorated and the kitchen had everything you could need. Cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. It is on the second floor and the steps up are pretty noisy so if your neighbours leave at 5am they will likely wake you up ;0) The arcade game was really fun and everyone enjoyed that. My only gripe are the extortionate owner fees. If you are looking at the day rate then expect to double it ... obviously you expect cleaning and pet fees but $400 owner fees? I think they should’ve been included in the day rate to be more transparent.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is well kept and in a wonderful location with the creek running behind the unit. We plan to stay here again! Only issues were that the checkout instruction link (on the fridge) did not work and we could not reset the door unlock to our own code. Other than that I highly recommend this unit!

Everything would of been wonderful if it wasn’t for the smoke that was in Mammoth due to the fire. Looking forward to going back at a different time.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of this unit. This was especially important to us during this pandemic. Appliances all nicely updated. We appreciated the access to filtered water and ice in the refrigerator door. We also noticed how quiet it was despite the complex being full of visitors.

Wonderful property close to Lake Mary and town

This unit is located in a very quiet complex. Parking was very convenient which allowed easy unloading of luggage and food. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek and the leaves gently moving in the breeze. Most importantly, the kitchen, family room, bedrooms and bathrooms were located on one floor. This was important to us.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Comfortable beds downstairs and a fun arcade game for all to enjoy. We did have some issues with the loft as it was really hot upstairs (we went in summer). There is a ceiling fan but the management team couldn't tell us how to get it to work. We also wanted to use the oven and it started smoking up in the house. So that was a bummer. But the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, just not an oven to use. The condo is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Condo is on the second floor so keep that in mind when renting. Overall it was clean and comfortable except up in the loft.

This property looked nice in the pictures, but I am always skeptical of dog friendly places. No need for skepticism, this place is just as pictured, nicer even. It was very clean, had new floors and furniture and a nicely stocked kitchen (even some cooking oils and spices). It was also right next to the complex jacuzzi and just a short walk to the bus stop. Around the property there are a lot of open areas by ponds and streams that I enjoyed walking through with my dog. My only complaint is that the light in the upstairs closet was out and the upstairs twin mattresses were just okay comfort wise (I would recommend putting young kids up there). My only helpful comment to prospective stayers is that if you plan on sleeping in the loft, understand that you won’t be able to sleep until the rest of the house goes to sleep. This is because the loft is right above the common area.

Enjoyed our time here. Unit was comfortable for our family. Kids loved the arcade game. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great property. The location is beautiful close to the creek. You can hear the creek from the bedroom windows. The views are incredible. Close to town. Made our family vacation that much better. Cannot wait to go back next year

The condo was comfy and cozy and a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves since the stormy weather minimized mountain access during our stay. It allowed us to be together and cook our own meals instead of trying to brave the restaurant scene which I am sure was madness. Also, we had a last minute addition of a dog and the owner was extremely quick to respond and was very accomodating of our needs. Top it off, the location was perfect... centrally located near Mammoth Village, Eagle Lodge and Old Mammoth but just off the beaten path and away from heavy traffic. Would recommend and stay again

The condo was very clean and comfortable we had our 4 adult children with us and had plenty of space. We created some amazing memories

Thank you for letting us use your condo. The only drawback was no board games for the kids or videos. It says it sleeps 6 but has beds for 7. It didn't have some kitchen items we have found in other condos such as cooking oil, plastic wrap, zip top bags, etc.

Second year we have stayed here and, again, a winner. Everything was as it should be: comfy living area and dining area, kitchen had what we needed and the bedrooms were great. Plus great management company on this unit - super responsive and nice when I needed some info/help. Highly recommend!

Several challenges with this unit prompt us to write a less than glowing review. 1) No Air Conditioning - the A/C does not work at all. There are no ceiling fans and the "box" fans they've placed in each room are too loud to use when trying to sleep; 2) The sink plug in master bath is not connected to the "pull". Therefore, the sink plug had to be propped up with a toothbrush so the sink would not fill with water and could drain; 3) The knobs for the bathroom cabinet in hall bath were missing. Because of this, our mother was unable to use the cabinet to store her toiletries during our stay; 4) One small lamp in master bedroom worked. The lamp and clock on the other nite stand were unplugged due to the box spring smashing the outlet behind the bed...perhaps those items could be plugged into a power strip so the bed wouldn't cause this problem? 5) Drawer stops in kitchen drawers are not present, so the drawers pull all the way out of the cabinet and could potentially fall on the floor, if you're not careful (or a child pulls on them); 6) This is a no-smoking unit, but the building is not. The neighbor that lives below this unit smokes frequently on the patio and the smoke bellows up into this unit; 7) The automatic lock on the front door switched from our custom setting prior to checkout time of 10am. Thankfully, our mother was still in the unit and was able to let us back in. A 10am checkout and the subsequent locks change should be 10am and not a moment before; 8) The cleaning fee is excessive, yet we are expected to start the dishwasher, put all linens in the tub and take out the trash. It was obvious the cleaning crew doesn't do windows, or keep cobwebs inside and out (on the porch) in check; 9) The rental info states this unit sleeps 9...that's stretching it. Seven in beds, two more on the sectional couch (that is not a sofa sleeper). The Snow Creek location is great, this neighborhood is nice, but you can find much better maintained units in this price point. We will look for something different next time we come to Mammoth.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 2 adults, 2 teenage boys and 1 preteen girl. The layout of the condo was great and it had enough space to comfortable fit all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs in each room were great. Parking and access to the condo was very convenient. It was a super easy drive to the grocery store and easy access to town and ski lodges. The lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom really needs to be increased. Our only real complaint was the hot tub in the complex smelled bad. Loved the condo and if the hot tub was improved, we'd definitely rent there again.

Every year I come to Mammoth for some fresh powder, this place was very clean and warm. Will look forward staying here again...

great place to stay, be aware though the address is difficult to find and if you come at night as we did almost impossible. Thank God for good neighbors. other than that, loved it

We really enjoyed the condo for our ski trip. It was comfortable for 4 adults & 3 children. The kids especially loved the old school video game machine with all the classics such as Ms. Pacman, Burger Time, Donkey Kong & Galaga. We'd definitely stay again!
