Questa proprietà è perfetta per la famiglia e gli amici a venire e pescare o semplicemente godersi la vista e rilassarsi. Ha uno scivolo per la barca e un molo separato con una stazione di pulizia. Siamo situati a 5 minuti dalla rampa della barca a Huxley Bay Marina. La cabina può ospitare comodamente sei persone con letti a castello e divano letto nella zona salotto anteriore, letto full size nella camera da letto e un altro letto full size nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo. Ha un bagno e mezzo e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La cucina è fornita di stoviglie e ha un piccolo tavolo per la colazione e la sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo per sei persone. C'è un negozio di famiglia nelle vicinanze per comodità con un ristorante che offre cucina casalinga e ottima pizza. Hanno anche pesciolini e vermi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was everything we thought it would be. The kids enjoyed fishing off the piers a few different times. There was plenty for the kids and adults to do.

Very nice little cabin. Felt like home. Everything we needed was there. Small but comfortable. Comfy beds and neat back yard. Rhonda was quick to answer any questions I had and very helpful. Wish we could have spent more time at the lake.

We had a wonderful time on the cove and recommend this if you just want some peaceful time away from it all. I hear the fishing isn't bad either.
The host was available and friendly
While you are in the area I highly recommend the fried fish at the marina about 1/2 mile away. If you are not catching and eating your own fish.

We had a great time at the cabin. Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake and watching the birds, squirrels and turtles and the occasional fishermen pass by. This cabin has everything you need for cooking a good meal to kayaks to enjoy the water.

This is my second time at The Cabin. I first came to it two years ago seeking peace & clarity from life. I left there with peace. This second time around I needed a break from life. The three day weekend at this beautiful property just what I needed. I left refreshed and relaxed. The cabin has everything you need. The only thing you need to bring is your food & drinks. The owners have the cabin stocked with all the essentials and then some. I spent my time on the wharf (deck) it was so peaceful there. Beautiful weather and wildlife to look at. Dan & Rhonda are the sweetest people. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I plan on visiting the cabin often. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!!

If your looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. Host was amazing.
I would definitely return for a second trip, couple real good places to it, close by. Nice views of nature, big wharf to fish. Just a great, quiet getaway.

WHAT A FIND
The Cabin was great. Labels to help locating needed items. A friendly welcome on arrival. Very clean, well stocked. A fire pit outside with wood & kindling prepared. Had our fire and went fishing the next AM. On our return to the cabin the pit was prepared for another fire. Rhonda & Dan are great hosts.

It had everything you need for a quick last minute "mini vacay" just to unwind in a quiet little town. It was in a quiet area with a convenient store nearby and even close enough to cross states into Louisiana for dinner if you'd like! Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Heaven on Earth
The cabin and property were above expectation. The cabin was stocked with everything you needed plus more. Property is amazing so beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There is wildlife all around the property and I enjoyed watching them as I ate breakfast outside each morning. Such a beautiful view and great way to start a morning. I spent most of my time at the wharf listening to nature & the water. The owner Mrs Rhonda is such a beautiful soul. She spent some time with me on the back patio and we discussed life and my situation. When I left she gave me a beautiful saying to remind me of my strength. I’m from Louisiana but the Texas side of Toledo Bend has captured my heart. I found peace that I’ve been searching for...for a very long time. I will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed with this cabin.

Cozy Cabin
Really enjoyed the water front cozy cabin . Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate for our outside activities. We loved that the owners had every little detail covered inside the cabin . Very nice place and will definitely be coming back .

Reunion with sister
Living in west TX & sister in FL, we chose this area as halfway point for both. Wanted relaxation and this place gave it to us. No "outside world" & nature galore! Well equipped place to enjoy the water and nature. Seeing 3 bald eagles was the cherry on top!

A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth
This cabin was more than we expected it to be. It was like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful lakeview, extremely nice owners and neighbors. The cabin had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring our clothes and food. The place was beautiful, clean, and a little piece of heaven on Earth. The dock was great to spend some quiet time fishing off of. Definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful and peaceful.
Better then expected. We met Mr. and Mrs. Hodge and they were incredibly kind. We had to purchase one of Mrs. Hodge’s beautiful bottles. Simply cool! Unfortunately business called me away less then halfway thru the trip. We will go again.

We had a great time getting away from it all! Our Stay at this cabin was so relaxing and fun! They had everything we could need or want. Loved being on the water, the view was amazing and tranquil. Would certainly recommend staying here.

The Cabin is located in the perfect place for fishing and getting away from it all. It was very clean and beautiful.

Perfect Getaway
We couldn't have been happier with the cabin. It is perfect for getting away and just being somewhere to fish and enjoy nature. We had bad weather the first two days, but I was still able to get some fishing in on the pier. There is no television at the cabin, and I think that was one of the things I enjoyed the most. The hosts have stocked the cabin with all the essentials, and we actually brought more stuff (chairs/charcoal/firewood) than we needed. They had already thought of everything. This is a great spot for quick getaway for a couple, a weekend fishing trip with the guys, or a family trip as well. We loved it and will be back.

Great location on the water.
The cabin was very clean. The Host was friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area and even gave us some fresh fish they caught. I would strongly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties this one by far has been our favorite the property is absolutely beautiful it is a place to make memories the owners are fantastic very helpful and friendly will recommend anyone to stay this "the cabin"
