We had a wonderful stay in Inverness. The house was wonderful--clean, comfortable to live in, and with an amazing view of Tomales Bay. Everyone in our group raved about how much they loved the house and the area. The view from the living room is gorgeous and the house has everything you need! Justin was very easy and helpful to communicate with. Overall a great stay!

This place was perfect for my family (including 2 kids) and parents in their 70s. Super convenient to have a bedroom on the first floor. Beautiful views, walkable to the beach, had everything!

We had a wonderful few days at the house. Everyone had a comfortable space for themselves. The living spaces were inviting and relaxing, plus the view was beyond beautiful. The location is very close to a lot of amenities - restaurants, beaches, and other activities. . We wish we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable and charming home. Terrific view of Tomales Bay. Peaceful and quiet location across the street from Chicken Ranch Beach. Kitchen was very well equipped. The home is well located for exploring Pt Reyes National Seashore and it's many beaches and hiking trails. Some great restaurants nearby including spots for local oysters. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the region!

Lovely location across from Tomales Bay, central location for various hikes around the area. Perfect home with everything we needed.

House is perfect--even better than the pictures: super comfortable, great views, well-equipped kitchen. Location is great for nature walks along the coast and not too far for an easy day trip to Napa. Our family of 5, including 3 college-age kids, loved every minute. Thank you!!

A well stocked home, in a perfect location! With a gorgeous view from the deck and walking distance to the beach, this was by far the best vacation we’ve had in Inverness. The outdoor shower made coming home from the beach easy, and it was stocked with everything from good books and plastic kid plates to big coffee mugs and local art. Well maintained and clean, it’s obvious this house is loved.

Lovely home with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and view of tomales bay. Location is amazing - right across from chicken ranch beach and kayak rental. Very short drive to beautiful trails and beaches in point Reyes. Also short drive to yummy food at Inverness park, point Reyes station, and Marshall. Hope to be back soon.

Nice home with comfortable furniture and plenty of space for people to relax. Amazing views and great deck. Well organized large kitchen. Beautiful location across the street from the beach. Couldn’t have been better.

We loved staying at this amazing and beautiful house. It has incredible views and is wonderfully spacious and comfortable for our family. It is a two minute walk to the beach, and the beach is perfect for a family. At night we could hear seals on the beach. Also really close to Point Reyes Lighthouse and Point Reyes Station, it's a really good jumping off point for local exploration.

Beautiful as soon as we walked in. Stellar views. Across from beach and kayaking. Great bedrooms. Really well-equipped kitchen. A great time for all of is.

Wonderful Inverness home. We have stayed in a lot of properties in the area and this one is our favorite. It is large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay but the best part is being able to walk to the beach. Many properties in the area are nice but you have to get in the car to get to the beach or to get out and walk. With this house you have everything. A wonderful place to gather and you can walk out your door and be walking on the beach in two minutes. You’re also a walk or very short drive to some lovely and easy hikes to beautiful beaches. Shell Beach is one of our favorites. We watched the seals and the birds and the moon rise from the deck. The moon rises on the other side of the bay and it’s breathtaking. The house is fantastic for friends gathering together. We were two couples and a two-year-old. There’s a fun assortment of reggae records to listen to. There’s a huge smart TV which was fun to watch movies on in the evening. There are a ton of fun toys for a little one. A fantastic kitchen with absolutely everything you could need for cooking home cooked meals. Best kitted kitchen we’ve found in a rental. WiFi was great. Five minutes to a great store for anything you might need. Book it - this area is divine and this place is situated perfectly. We will be back for sure.

Very spacious, nicely decorated, exceptional view and meticulously clean. It was just the accommodation we were looking for close to the wedding ceremony.

Great house and location for hiking etc in the area. Very comfortable- more than enough room for our family of 4. We had breakfast in the house (kitchen has all the amenities), nice dining area, spent the days out and about. We were happy to return to this warm home in the eve.
