Great location. Really well stocked kitchen and house had everything you could need. Fantastic house and views.

Not much, we thought it was great. It was clean, but the furnishings are definitely well loved.

The location was within an easy drive to all the Pt. Reyes destinations by being central to the peninsula's nature-lovers paradise. Grocery/deli places were close enough to stock up the kitchen or pack up for a picnic lunch. Hiking trails for a day's adventure all within an easy drive. We did not use public transit so I can't speak to that option. There was a good variety of restaurants in the nearby towns but since we came mid-week we didn't seem to catch the timing of some places being open. Air purifiers and heaters were in the bedrooms. We had a very responsive contact person who addressed any questions very quickly.

Given the lush natural setting of this house, it was a little musty in the downstairs bedroom with some cobwebs in the rafters of the high ceilings. They would be hard to clean out in anyone's place. Screens on all the windows were helpful to allow for fresh air. It isn't good for one who can't take steps or stairs but easy to walk around on the main floor. Not wheelchair accessible but we didn't need it to be.
