Benvenuto a Kennebunkport! La nostra casa confortevole attende i tuoi sogni di vacanza. Questa casa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni si trova a breve distanza dal centro di Kennebunkport e da tutte le sue offerte. La nostra casa si trova a metà strada tra Kennebunkport e Cape Porpoise. Uno spazio aperto soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo consente di grande intrattenimento. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for our whole family! Kathy was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is located on a quiet street close to downtown Kennebunkport. We felt right at home!

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! You do an exceptional job all the way around.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Kennebunkport. Kathy and Buzzy were amazing hosts and we so enjoyed meeting them. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to Dock Square but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We can't wait to get back there again!

Simply stated: a quintessential Maine getaway. From the moment we drove up, the home had an inviting New England cottage feel. This home far exceeds expectations, from the location ( short walk into town), to the condition ( excellent), to the hosts (welcoming ). We can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay!
We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.

Perfection!
Kathy and Buzzy are wonderful hosts- they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family felt instantly at home. The location is on a tree-lined, private and fantastically QUIET private road, yet still within walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. The cozy and immaculate home was more than big enough for our party of six, with a great layout for family to gather- and beautifully appointed with plenty of local flavor. We've been visiting the Maine coast every summer for over a decade, and this was our favorite stay yet. Thank you, Kathy and Buzzy! We'll be back for sure.

Our three generation family had a wonderful week in this fabulous home. It’s beautifully decorated, stocked and furnished with absolutely everything we needed to be very comfortable! Our first time booking on VRBO turned out so perfect! The home is a short walk to town, and a short drive to a most beautiful beach! Our host greeted us upon arrival, had lots of local info, and left a special treat for us - so sweet! The home was clean, with all up-to-date decor, every item thoughtfully taken care of. Bright, spacious open floor plan, perfect for our group. The area is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch with the sound of birds chirping. This is definitely my home away from home - we love this host and home!!

We had an incredible time staying at this charming home! Kathy was so welcoming and attentive. The house had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail was amazing. It is Immaculate, well-appointed, spacious enough for my husband and I, and another couple...with room to spare! Did I mention that it's beautifully decorated? Wonderful getaway
We had a wonderful week in a wonderful house. It is well appointed, very clean and tidy and has a perfect layout for our needs. The bedrooms are perfect and 2 rooms offer desk for those working “from home” ;). The proximity to town is fabulous and allows for a nice walk to and from for coffee, ice cream, or just a lovely shop. We are already looking forward to the next time we can head back. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house in Kennebunkport.. The house was immaculately clean, which was greatly reassuring during the pandemic. Kathy and Buzzy are very nice people, were great hosts, and were very responsive and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, surrounded by large, lush trees on this quiet, relaxing street. The house, while not huge, felt spacious to our family of three. There are ample, comfortable beds. The house is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, linens and cookware. It is well situated near the heart of town, close to a grocery, and close to several beautiful beaches. We had such a good time and felt so comfortable in the house that we eagerly await returning.

Lovely clean relaxing stay
We had a great time at Kathy’s! The house was very near and clean, well-supplied, and cheery. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and worked really well with two small children. Kathy was exceptionally responsive to any questions and went way beyond to help and make us comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect vacation stay
We were in town for a weekend weeding and absolutely loved this house. The location was far enough from town to have a peaceful family down time between the events and close enough for us to walk to town if we chose to. The house had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again if we come back which we very well might!

I would highly recommend a stay at Kathy’s for anyone who is looking to escape to a very peaceful location, but be close enough / walking distance to Town so as to avoid parking challenges of downtown.
