Beautiful Private Home W/ Lots of Parking & Close to Trails
Bellissimo stucco quattro camere da letto, due bagni situato su oltre un acro di proprietà. Un sacco di parcheggio per tutte le tue jeep, rimorchi, dirt bike e veicoli. Splendide viste sui Monti La Sal dai finestrini anteriori e le scogliere rosse di Moab Rim sul retro. Questo non è il tuo noleggio Moab standard - che sono principalmente condomini - avrai spazio per stenderti qui! C'è anche una grande area recintata per la vita all'aperto.
Situato nella splendida zona della Valle Spagnola di Moab, sarai in grado di guidare direttamente ai sentieri, ma sono solo 7. 5 miglia dal centro di Moab. I percorsi più vicini si trovano vicino al lago Ken's, tra cui Flat Pass - percorso per mountain bike - e Steel Bender - Jeep trail. Sei anche vicino a La Sal Mountain Loop Road per alcune fantastiche escursioni in mountain bike e su strada a La Sals durante i caldi mesi estivi. Per le attività acquatiche a soli 3 miglia di distanza, c'è Faux Falls (cascata con piscina) che conduce al lago di Ken e alla spiaggia per nuotare, paddle boarding e kayak. Tutti i pavimenti sono in cemento colorato splendidamente rifinito con tappeti accentati.
La master suite ha un letto king size con vasca adiacente che include una vasca con i piedi ad artiglio e una fantastica cabina doccia in ardesia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto contiene 2 set di letti a castello con letti gemelli nella parte superiore e doppie nella parte inferiore (può ospitare fino a 6 in questa stanza). e la quarta camera da letto ha una regina. Ogni camera è dotata di TV satellitare. Il secondo bagno è grande e completamente piastrellato con vasca e doccia.

This property was exactly what I hoped for! It was clean, and provided all amenities needed for a family stay. The only recommendation I could offer is maybe provide a couple of lounge chairs and/or rocking chairs but otherwise the patios offered awesome views for sunrise and sunsets! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great guys weekend in Moab. While we tried to make the most of the natural wonders, this was our home base to cool off and relax. We used all aspects of the property from the giant living room/kitchen, the 3 outdoor/covered patios and the fireplace. It was great!

Plenty of trailer parking was our favorite part! House is clean and well maintained. We go to Moab a couple times each years and we'll definitely try to book this home our next trip.

This property was amazing! The house was modern and super clean with fabulous appliances and lots of amenities. The location was quiet and beautiful and just a few miles from all our favorite trails. The house had a fun little dirt bike trail behind it, a great yard, and lots of room. The property owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed in this house back in 2015. They have made some nice improvements. We had a group of 8 and the house was very comfortable for all of us. We would definitely stay again.

This house was just as described-quiet location close to town, roomy, comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. There is a nice yard with a play set that our 3 year old enjoyed. Beautiful views of the mountains! So close to Ken’s lake where we spent quite a bit of time swimming. All around a great stay and would highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking to enjoy Moab! Owners also extremely responsive to all my questions!

No matter what side of the house you are on, the view is amazing. House was clean & had above average kitchen amenities. There were lot of games (cards/board games) provided in the house that were fun to play. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the monrings & evenings. It was nice to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap all provided for our entire stay. My whole family agreed that this is one of our favorite houses ever to have stayed in. You will love this house too!

It’s so hard to find places to stay with bigger groups. This property was perfect! Having room to park all of our trailers and Jeeps made a huge difference as well. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!

It had plenty of room for 6 adults & 3 children & grandkids loved the bunk beds, playground & the dirt bike jumps out back. We would recommend this property & rent again just wished it had a hot tub for relaxing after hike & razor riding,

Spacious, beautiful views of the mountains, with a nice kitchen and bathrooms. In a quiet part of Moab but still close to downtown. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

We had an incredible trip to Moab (our first time!), and it was thanks in large part to this property. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, and far enough away from the city center that we felt like we had space to enjoy the incredible views. There was ample space for everyone, the rooms were clean and had dressers/closets for our clothing... and the kids loved playing outside on the playset! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when you're visiting Moab!

Such a beautiful home
Beautiful home just outside Moab. Very quiet and just what we needed. We would love to stay again and hosts were very prompt messaging back with any questions. I honestly wish this home was my own. So contemporary and just beautiful! The whole family enjoyed all the design and “little touches” it had to offer. Thank you again for everything this property and you had to offer!!!! ❤️

This was our first time in Moab and this property was perfect for our group. It was in a great location, cleanliness was 5-stars, and it fit the needs of everyone in our group. Would highly recommend!!

Nice House
Overall nice house, far from Moab city center, was not cleaned prior to our arrival, so check in was very late (after 8pm with a baby...) and then we got a note that we did not have the lights off by 10pm, go figure, but otherwise it is a nice house and fun yard and pretty views. Love going to Moab.

Wow!
We very much enjoyed our time at Lisa and Darrin's home in the desert. The property has such a nice yard and playground for the kiddos - plenty of space to play. Open floor plan in the center of the house make all feel welcome. One of our first family trips with other kids - I'm sure we left crumbs behind on the floor and very much appreciate the cleaning crew! We hope to be back again and again during our yearly fall trips to the desert. Just wonderful and welcoming accomodations with all the amenities and kitchen tools you need to have a successful vacation and feel at home.

Great new property in Moab with a large yard
The house was well furnished, had lots of outdoor space and was about 10 minutes or so from "downtown" Moab. Served as a great base for our recent mountain biking trip.

Great place to stay with off-road vehicles
Owner was very responsive. Location in Moab was perfect for off roading. Plenty of space for your truck and trailer parking. All amenities were as described and perfect for our group! We will be back!

We easily made several trips into town and tried several activities.The beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, and there were other thoughtful necessities provided. Family trip
We loved this house! It was so spacious inside and out. We had plenty of room for our group of seven, and there were more than enough towels and dishes to accommodate a large group. The kids loved playing on the play set in the yard. The location was great being in the Spanish Valley away from the bustle of Moab. We would absolutely stay here again!
