We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable, it was close to everything but very peaceful. The host was very helpful with anything we needed, we will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We rented this for a family vacation with my in laws. It was great, each immediate family had their own floor and my inlaws stayed on the main floor so there was privacy but everyone could be together too! The property could not have been cleaner and we loved the big connect four and the pool table. We ate almost every dinner of the week at the house and the kitchen had everything we could need, the bathrooms were fully stocked with more than enough towels and starter ameneties too. The location is perfect too, just a few minutes from the Parkway and Gatlinburg and the Smokies are just a little bit south. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very nice place, very clean and plenty of room. Owner communicated very fast when asked a question and overall, I'd stay there again. Had llenty of room and my grandson and I enjoyed the pool table. Him and I practically lived in the basement. Had fridge for our water and pop, just very nice. Each level had its own bathroom and shower. Just a great place to stay

Excellent home. Beautiful. Plenty of space and privacy. Full size fridge in kitchen and gameroom. Extra clean. Extra special touches - towel art. Pool practically next door. Close to the main strip but also in the woods.

Loved it was close by everything but yet away from everything. Was in town for Dance Nationals so it made it convenient to get to each dance as needed thruout our stay but also get away from the hectic of life on vacation.

Our cottage was very clean. We were in the perfect place to go and see everything like Dollywood, Soaky Mountain, Shopping, and Restaurants with just a short ride. Had a nice size pool where the kids could go. Was in walking distance, just up a small hill. I only would like to say parking is tight at the cottage so make sure you read everything. We managed to get a big truck and 2 SUV's but it was tight. The place was great!

Location is the best! No traffic, yet very close to everything. The solitude you feel on the deck is incredible. Staying here helped us to have a wonderful family vacation

Nice place had some appliances that did not work. Every was clean and had enough sheets to use the beds listed. The pool was not open when we went.

Property was as described. Short distance from parkway. Driveway was flat, which was so nice. Loved sitting on the porch swing and reading a book at night. The area was free from heavy traffic. Host was very sweet and checked in on us via vrbo messages during our stay.

We come to the Smokies often, but we have not dtayed in a chalet there. The listing is 100% accurate and some of the pictures don't even do it justice. This chalet was perfect for 2 families with plenty of room and privacy. It's in a great location just minutes from the strip, yet far enough up in the mountains to feel away. The community pool wasn't open, but it was a nice area. The covered decks are great and the pool table was a hit! The only amenity we wished we had was a hot tub, but we had a great time without it. The chalet is equipped with everything you need. We did bring extra trashbags and paper products. The checkin process was super easy. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We have no complaints and would book again. There is some construction going on, but it did not bother us and there's plenty of trees to help camouflage it. Overall, both of our families really enjoyed the chalet and would highly recommend!

Plenty of room for the family to spread out, but still enjoy one another :)
Honestly, the only thing that would’ve made it better is if they had a hot tub ;)

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of space for our family and our 2 shih tzu fur babies. Loved the pool table and the location is very convenient to Pigeon Forge restaurants and shopping. Cicely is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

W love this property. This is our 2nd time staying here and it’s perfect for our family. We love the floor plan, each couple has their own space. Being able to bring our dogs is wonderful. Beautifully furnished, plenty of towels, clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. Cicely is a great hostess. Can’t wait to return!

It had a plenty of room for 3 family groups, 11 people. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cooking equipment. Comfortable beds & clean house. Parking spots accommodated 2 midsized SUV & 1 larger sized. It fit but had to be careful parking! Definitely would need 4W drive if snow possible. We saw a midsized bear across the drive from the house! Kids loved that!

This was our first time visiting tennessee. we spent turkey day at this location and felt right at home. First time in Tennessee and with all the support the owners gave for ideas of things to do and the location that was so convenient this was definitely a trip to be remembered. We cant wait to visit next time (kids want this to be our trip next year lol) and hoping we can stay in the same location. What a joy and just plain great vacation and amazing views,location, and communication!

Spacious cabin with ample parking. It was decorated super cute for fall. Very clean and plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, etc. They even had space heaters and a baby gate which was great. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and 2 dogs to spread out. We didnt have a chance to use but the cabin had a pool table and Nintendo as well. Location is perfect and close to everywhere we wanted to go in Pigeon Forge. Communication with owner was excellent, very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The house was very convenient and well stocked. The owners were great to work with. Minor technical issue occurred the day of check in which was quickly handled. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. This is the perfect cabin for a family to relax and enjoy the mountains but still be close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. Everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The inside of cabin was just what our family of 11 needed….plenty of space, clean, and comfy beds. The outside area was so packed with cabins so close together, it just felt crowded and claustrophobic to me.The distance from town was good, just almost needed GPS every time we came in or left because it was like a maze with so many cabins and cul de sac roads…..not what I expected.

This was a nice place for a getaway to Pigeon Forge. It’s spacious, well-stocked and clean. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy . It’s very convenient to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Sevierville Tanger Outlets, and activities and Gatlinburg is nearby. All the entertainment systems worked well too. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool table. It has a very family friendly cozy feeling!

Our family enjoyed the Smoky’s very much, the house was close to all kinds of amenities and activities, pool was steps away from cabin in a very quiet area. We do recommend this awesome place for your stay. A+++++

Some work on the property is needed. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal were clogged up. The master suite bathroom has extremely low water pressure and the drains are very slow running. The toilet also runs. Some of the towel bars in the other bathrooms were loose, the one in the basement bathroom came off the wall. These weren't horrible things, just basic stuff that needs addressed. We had a nice stay at any rate.
