Casita Carino è stato progettato per essere la tua oasi di tranquillità! La casita è decorata con i colori del sole, della sabbia e del mare. Tutto è pulito, moderno e curato e in condizioni impeccabili. Gli armadi e i mobili sono stati realizzati localmente, dando alla casa un'autentica atmosfera messicana. Questa casita è perfetta per una o due coppie o una piccola famiglia.
Casita Carino è tranquilla, calma, serena e letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Sarai trattato con splendide viste sull'oceano dalla grande sala, dalla camera da letto anteriore e dalle tue due terrazze private. Le terrazze di Casita Carino sono tra le più vicine all'acqua e alla spiaggia di tutte le Concha. Quando le finestre sono aperte nella Casita, i suoni rilassanti dell'oceano riempiono la casa.
Le maree nella sezione 9 di Las Conchas variano molto a seconda del ciclo lunare e del periodo dell'anno. Durante la più alta marea, l'acqua arriva fino al muro del mare e per un paio d'ore, ti senti come se fossi sul retro di una nave che guarda il mare. Durante una bassa marea, puoi camminare per diverse centinaia di metri per esplorare le barriere coralline. Nella maggior parte dei giorni, le maree cadono da qualche parte nel mezzo di quei due estremi.
Casita Carino si trova nella comunità residenziale di pattuglia di Las Conchas e ha 24 servizi di sicurezza. Si trova nella sezione 9, vicino alla fine della comunità, dove le spiagge sono tranquille e non c'è molto traffico di strada o di venditori. Ha anche spiagge incontaminate e sabbiose invece delle spiagge rocciose per cui Rocky Point è noto. Casita Carino si trova anche molto vicino all'estuario che è un ottimo posto per osservare gli uccelli, cercare conchiglie, andare a pescare ed esplorare.
Casita Carino dispone di 2 camere da letto. Ognuno ha un materasso memory foam queen size, biancheria da letto di alta qualità, ventilatore a soffitto, luci di lettura e una coperta extra. Una camera da letto si trova nella parte anteriore della casita e offre una vista sull'oceano con porte scorrevoli in vetro sulla terrazza superiore. La camera da letto del lucernario è sul retro della casa e ha un grande lucernario (con un'ombra oscura in modo da poter regolare la quantità di luce che entra) e alcuni piccoli lucernari nel bagno. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato con doccia, WC separato e armadio. Inoltre, vengono forniti asciugamani, asciugacapelli, shampoo da viaggio, balsamo, crema e saponi.
La grande sala ha diversi lucernari e ha una sensazione molto ariosa e aperta. L'area salotto ha un comodo divano componibile e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 "con DirecTV e canali di film premium. C'è un bellissimo tavolo da pranzo in legno con quattro posti a sedere. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario tra cui lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchine da caffè (tipo di filtro tradizionale e tazza K), frullatore, tostapane e brocca di filtrazione dell'acqua Brita.
Ci sono due livelli di terrazza privata sulla spiaggia che offrono splendide viste sul Mare di Cortez. Le terrazze si trovano in alto sul livello della spiaggia per una maggiore privacy. La terrazza superiore ha una grande ombra, un barbecue a propano, 3 chaise longue, 2 sedie e un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con panche. C'è anche una terrazza inferiore che ha una spiaggia privata dove è possibile rilassarsi nella sabbia e i vostri bambini possono giocare in sicurezza mentre sono ancora sulla proprietà. La terrazza inferiore ha una buca per il fuoco, 4 sedie adirondack e una doccia esterna. Mentre sei fuori sulle terrazze, godrai della vista degli spettacolari tramonti di Rocky Point! Di notte, lo spettacolo di stelle nel cielo è assolutamente mozzafiato!

Our stay at Casa Carino was perfect! Alana was wonderful to communicate with, and the place is even more beautiful in person.
The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe.
Alana arranged an hour-long beach massage for us, which I highly recommend!
The best part was having Alana’s support throughout our stay. We truly appreciate it and know exactly where we’ll be staying next time!

The location was absolutely perfect, upon entering the home there was a nice gift and birthday decorations and that was so nice and I really appreciated it. Communication was on point with lots of information about restaurants and locations near the home. The home was immaculate and the decor and everything was well put together. Will definitely be returning to Casita Carino.

The property was stunning. This was our first time to Rocky Point ever and although we were not entirely fans of that part of Mexico (partial to the Yucatán) but we will absolutely be returning to stay at this stunning property or another one of Alana and Rick's properties again. When they say the waves hit the wall to the house it is no joke!! We had so much fun admiring the low/high tides and everyday was fascinated with the changing environment. We were able to collect a ton of seashells, and thoroughly enjoyed every feature to the house. Also, I highly highly recommend the massage services they facilitate. We also looked into the boat excursions and YiYi was fabulous informing us that she would not just take our money if the experience was not worth it (e.g. choppy water). Ale the cleaner made us great burritos and is an absolute saint if she has to clean up after the ocean does a number to the patio! Overall, such an amazing experience topped off with a gift from the host! Thank you again Alana and Rick!

Have you ever looked at pictures of your prospective stay and just hoped the property is at least half as good as the pictures..well let me tell you..we were pleasantly surprised that it was everything plus more.the accommodations were 1st class with attention to minute details to making our stay comfortable.we will definitely return!!

This condo should be rated a 5+++! It was everything the website stated and more! To begin with, the view of the Sea of Cortez as you descend to stairs sets the tone! Perfect turquoise!
The place was spotless and well stocked. For a nice change there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils, dishwasher soap, shower soap, hand wash soap. The bbq was pristine (we used copper mats we brought to make an easy clean up).
The owner left very good information about the area and she was spot on! Take advantage of the breakfast burritos, enchiladas, salsa made by locals!
We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and she left a few celebration treats! WOW!
But, most of all, we loved watching the tides come in. The water comes right up to the patio and it is amazing!!! In fact, we planned our days around the tide schedule!
It was nice to be in an expat community with security 24/7. Signs were in English.
My advice….stay here and keep coming back!!!! I

Had to get out of town to decompress and Soak in the beautiful ocean. Well we got much more than we bargained for. The house was beautiful, clean, and Had everything we needed and even more to make our stay comfortable. The constant easy access to the home owner was impressive. They offered extras we have never received before and walking into our home for the week With a fully stopped fridge and yummy treats all over the place was a huge bonus. Thank you again, and can't wait to come stay at your beautiful properties again very soon.

We had a pleasant stay with our two kids (6 and 8 years old). The home was perfect four our family of four. We found it clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It was great being able to walk down the back steps to the beach, and the home provided everything we needed as far as beach gear. We were there during the full moon, so there was no beach to speak of for portions of each day and it was a little tricky getting into the water with young kids, but we still had a great time.

This home has it all! The privacy however was the best. When the tide comes around noon, no one can walk on the beach in front of the house for at least 2 hours. just enough time for some afternoon privacy. And the walls on each side are high enough that no one next to you can see on to the patio. Not that the beach is crowded anyway, you feel like its completely yours the whole time! The home is clean and comfortable, no complaints. We highly recommend it.

This property was just BEAUTIFUL!!! So cozy and lots of room to roam. We snowmobiled and the trails were somewhat close, and were they groomed beautifully. Troy & Mike were GREAT hosts. Very commutative!!! Mike even saw us off on our first trip down the trail. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Thank you

The casita was so charming. It was decorated with an impeccable eye for detail. Views were amazing. Owners were easily accessible & great to deal with. The only downside is I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be staying here again!

This home is as gorgeous as the pictures presented. We took advantage of yummy breakfast burritos delivered warm to us by Ale and massages from Lucy. They only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

Where to start?!
I don’t want to be selfish here… so I’m writing this review to let others know this is the BEST place you can stay in Rocky Point. I’ve been going to Rp for the last 14 years at least twice a year and I’ve never had such amazing service. Alana set us up with massages, food to come to the house, and overall was just a wonderful person to speak with. The place was so clean and beautiful.. the beach is calm unlike near the resorts where you can literally get taken out by a wave.
Ally- the cook is AMAZING, be sure to get breakfast burritos with chorizo!!
I will be returning as soon as possible! Thanks Alana and Rick!

Property exceeded all expectations - super clean, well equipped, finely finished inside. The beach in front of the house is sandy and delightful. Being as far back as it is in Las Conchas, the feeling is secluded and private. So glad to have been able to spend time in this house!

We did find that it was a longer drive into town than we anticipated (15-20 minutes), but felt it was worth it for the private beach and views that we had here. We were able to reach home owners quickly and easily and they assisted us with several needs that came up (laundry, step-ladder, etc.). Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beach extras were available and easy to use (umbrella, chairs, toys). It was the dead of summer heat in July, but we were able to enjoy our time with the comfort of this home. Thank you, Alana! I knew from the moment I booked this property that I would have a wonderful stay. A week or so before my arrival Alana emailed me important information about the property and location. Within that email was information about local vendors they recommend, like Lucy the masseuse. We used her services during our stay (it was a great value) and would recommend her to make your stay be even more relaxing. The property is located in Las Conchas which is east of the city of Puerto Peñasco. The drive from the entrance of Las Conchas to the property is a little far but not busy. The stairs down to Casita Carino brings you to the beach and sea views that will have you relaxing just from seeing it. (Side note: the stairs are a little steep. If you have knee problems it may be a little difficult, but worth it.) After you take your eyes off the view you will see the beautiful property. When you think of a casita you think it would be small but it was the perfect size for me and my 3 guests with room to spare. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. I was impressed by how well taken care of the place is and very well decorated. A little surprise was waiting with a nice card welcoming us to the casita. The bed, sheets, and towels are of good quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The AC worked great and the WiFi was good. When we arrived the tide was heading back out and we had a short, enjoyable walk to reach the water, which was so warm. I spent most of my stay sitting outside on the lounge chair listening to the waves or inside enjoying the AC on the comfy sofa. Two things I would warn future guests about is the parking and lack of laundry facilities. You park in back of the property but it is just off the dirt road. So after a few days my vehicle had a thick layer of dirt. A washer and dryer would have been nice but not completely necessary, just make sure to bring extra beach towels and a couple of swimsuits (clothes pins may be helpful if you want to leave things out to dry outside. It is breezy and things can fly away). Casita Carino is the best vacation rental I ever stayed at and worth every penny.
This review was both easy and hard for me to write, because I absolutely loved this place and I don’t want too many people to know about it. However, I can’t deprive others of the pleasure of staying here.

Casita Carino - Beautiful views, beautiful place
Thank you, Alana! I knew from the moment I booked this property that I would have a wonderful stay. A week or so before my arrival Alana emailed me important information about the property and location. Within that email was information about local vendors they recommend, like Lucy the masseuse. We used her services during our stay (it was a great value) and would recommend her to make your stay be even more relaxing. The property is located in Las Conchas which is east of the city of Puerto Peñasco. The drive from the entrance of Las Conchas to the property is a little far but not busy. The stairs down to Casita Carino brings you to the beach and sea views that will have you relaxing just from seeing it. (Side note: the stairs are a little steep. If you have knee problems it may be a little difficult, but worth it.) After you take your eyes off the view you will see the beautiful property. When you think of a casita you think it would be small but it was the perfect size for me and my 3 guests with room to spare. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. I was impressed by how well taken care of the place is and very well decorated. A little surprise was waiting with a nice card welcoming us to the casita. The bed, sheets, and towels are of good quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The AC worked great and the WiFi was good. When we arrived the tide was heading back out and we had a short, enjoyable walk to reach the water, which was so warm. I spent most of my stay sitting outside on the lounge chair listening to the waves or inside enjoying the AC on the comfy sofa. Two things I would warn future guests about is the parking and lack of laundry facilities. You park in back of the property but it is just off the dirt road. So after a few days my vehicle had a thick layer of dirt. A washer and dryer would have been nice but not completely necessary, just make sure to bring extra beach towels and a couple of swimsuits (clothes pins may be helpful if you want to leave things out to dry outside. It is breezy and things can fly away). Casita Carino is the best vacation rental I ever stayed at and worth every penny.
This review was both easy and hard for me to write, because I absolutely loved this place and I don’t want too many people to know about it. However, I can’t deprive others of the pleasure of staying here.

Puerto Penasco Perfection!
Alana’s home is the best property I’ve stayed at in Rocky Point. It is clean, updated, and comes with all the kitchen and beach essentials! The beach at that part of Las Conchas is also the best, with all sand for playing, relaxing, and long Beach walks. We had a great time at a great house!

A piece of paradise
Casita Cariño is as perfect as it appears in photos. The house has breath taking views of the Sea of Cortez. The outdoor patios are perfect for lounging, reading, grilling, and sitting by the fire pit. The house was adorably decorated, clean, and well supplied. But the best part is the access to the beach. During low tide a hug expanse of sandy beach awaits you. During high tide the water comes up to the sea wall making an impressive display of waves. We will return!

They were so helpful with directions, booking tours and great spots to eat! I will have to say this was the cleanest home I have stayed at in Mexico! So nice! What a great welcome we had from the owners!

This property is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Owners were very thorough with instructions and availability of amenities. The best vacation stay so far in Rocky Point! Love love love!
