We had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals and was conveniently located in walking distance to the beach and shops. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was a highlight!

Wonderful, except getting the back slider open! Also, was surprised by no shampoo, conditioner or body wash! First time that has occurred.

Had a great time at this condo. Easy access to the beach, great views and really enjoyed having the hot tub there. The only downfall was the gym hours which don't start until 7:30 - tougher for the early bird crowd.

We grew up at the ocean but have been sassy for quite awhile, so we were absolutely thrilled with the proximity of the property and it’s beautiful view of the ocean. The sound of the eaves was so soothing. The unit was set up very nicely, although a little outdated. We only had one tiny problem, and that was opening the door out to the patio, but we called and someone came out to help us in a very timely manner. We’d definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends.

We all had a great time. The condo was great . I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again.

The location was great for a quick weekend getaway for us. The amenities were in good working condition and the condo was very clean. The hot tub was a nice benefit.

Love this condo,its huge, quiet can barely hear anyone walking above you and they have another hot tube in the pool area if u have more guests with you

Beautiful location

My husband and I spent two nights and even though the weather was not the best, we had an amazing time at this beautiful property!

The view from the room was wonderful, however the condo upkeep could be improved. When we arrived, the king mattress had a large piece of metal sticking out of the side. I notified the management about metal and the safety concerns. Hoping they replace the mattress before someone gets hurt. Some light bulbs were burned out and the kitchen sink had a very strong oder coming from the drain. We were pleased with the location of the condo complex with easy access to the beach and downtown areas. The private hottub on the patio was an added bonus.

Everything was great, clean, and worked like it was supposed too. The only complaint was part of the wire frame of the matress was sticking out.

Rented the condo for weekend getaway with another couple. Condo was nice, hot tub was hot! Due to weather of an unexpected ice storm we hung out inside playing games and enjoying the hottub. Overall a good experience!

Great location amazing view

The property was just as advertised. The condo was clean, comfortable and the perfect place to spend our holiday weekend. The views can’t be beat! We would love to stay here again.

The property was perfect. It was just the two of us, but had room for more. We spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace enjoying the view and the hot tub. We barely left the place. The weekend was too short. Thanks for the great place!

We have stayed in this property before and enjoyed it again. The beds have been upgraded and were very comfortable. We also liked the new dining room chairs and the sofas. We only had a issue with the door out to the hot tub. It is very difficult to lock after opening it. There is some damage on the handle. We had the same issue in 2021 when we stayed there in May. PLEASE replace that awful door. Otherwise the condo is very enjoyable as a place to stay in Lincoln City. It would be helpful for the notebook of info including restaurants to be updated.

Beautiful view of the ocean, quiet at night and clean.

We were fortunate to have such nice weather this fall. The property was acceptable. It is outdated, clean, price is good. I wish I had known there wasnt direct beach access. We had to walk just down the street so it wasnt too bad. Thank you.

Great location overlooking the beach. Close to shops and lots of nice restaurants.

The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach with view of beautiful sunsets. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Unit could use some minor upgrades. Patio door hard to open/close and lock. Carpet had some spots. Both bathroom outlets failed to work the final morning. I left message with property mgmt. We were advised to bring own personal toiletries (shampoo, soap) which was fine but unusual. Kitchen has dishes, pans and utensils but NO food items including condiments like salt, pepper, oil, etc. if you plan on cooking, you’ll have to bring everything. We’ve stayed at several other units in this building which were all great. This one was fine but not great.

This condo was great. We had beautiful views whether we were in the master bedroom, living room, kitchen or while sitting in the hot tub/patio. There was a basket of towels for the hot tub (nice) so we didn't have to use the bathroom ones. The only concerns where the coffee table was very wobbly (didn’t want to spill anything), there was some black in the shower corners and the chlorine tablets in hot tub were almost gone. We would definitely book this condo again.

Condo was mostly clean (some food under couch that was missed and sand built up in the edges of one shower). No laundry detergent available in unit. Patio door tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s functional. Turf off patio provided nice place for kids to play. Hot tub was nice. Parking is underground; tall vehicles or long vehicle may find it tight. Some on street parking available. Pool on parking garage level and is small but accommodated 4-5 kids. Overall would recommend.

Very pleased witg the accmomodations

Location of place was perfect close to beach and shops. The check in process was quit easy and pleasant. Dislikes- 1. Rugs very dirty needed to be professionally cleaned. 2. No sponge to wash dishes or dish soap 3. Back door needs to fixed for the price of place you would think they would fix the back door. Very hard to open latch got stuck an was very hard to open. 4. No Grill 5. Manager was VERY DRUNK on 8/26 asked my husband WERE HIS WHITE BOY SHIRT WAS ??? No clue to what he was talking about but we were a Hispanic family as this could have cause a VERY serious fight !!! DONT BELIEVE US CHECK CAMERAS IN UNDERGROUND PARKING WE HAD THE 1963 IMPALA 6. cleaning company was 10 min late past 11am as we had everything out the room wanted to take family photo out back, but cleaning man made a 5 second pic a big deal and told us we had to leave. This was the cherry on top for us to never return as this is family tradition going to the beach every yr. 7. DISH washer didn't work either so had t wash all dishes by hand and lay out t dry.
