Family of 12 stayed for a 50th anniversary celebration and the property is great! Well maintained, clean and perfectly arranged near everything, especially the beach, which is situated right off the end of their clean grass back yard. Outdoor showers and a well stocked kitchen with several fridges for all the food and provisions for a group that size. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay the week after Christmas 2023. We appreciated the thoughtfulness with which the host had anticipated many of the needs which made our stay pleasant. The house was very clean and had an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with plenty of quality pots and pans, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses, and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was attractive and of high quality. Parking was more than adequate for our 3 cars. Unfortunately, heavy rains and flooding made it difficult to get to the beach while we were there but the views and sounds of the nearby ocean were terrific. This is an exceptional property and we highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators were so appreciated. The adults had their bedrooms on the main level and our teens were upstairs with their bedrooms and gathering area with sofas, TV, and small kitchen. Being on the beach and having a large backyard for games were added bonuses.

We spent Wednesday through Sunday at this property for my college reunion weekend. We had our son and his family and my daughter and her family. Included a 3.5 year old grandson and an 8 month old granddaughter. The house was a great size for our crowd and could have easily accommodated more. Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. All appliances and utilities worked well and were up to date. Cooking utensils, silverware, plates, serving pieces, glassware and cocktail glasses and wine glasses were all very nice. It felt like we were at home. Stanley was very easy to work with via email and attended to a couple of special requests very quickly. I recommend this property highly.

This was the perfect house for our group to celebrate our milestone 50th birthdays. The 6 of us ladies have been friends for over 30 years, and this house was set up beautifully for us to relax, visit, and chat. We enjoyed the screened in porch so much, with the gorgeous views of the ocean. We all had our own space, but could gather together in the common areas to visit, reminisce, and laugh! We made memories to last a lifetime. This house was so clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and was in a great location. We could easily drive into Charleston for the day, but enjoyed coming home to this relaxing home by the sea. Thank you so much Stanley for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return one day.

The house has great energy and space. The house is exactly as described and clean. We had everything we needed.The beach was fantastic along with location. The beds were comfortable and showers were great too.
There are two outdoor showers which was convenient coming from the beach. The host Stanley was very responsive.

We had some of our wedding party stay at 3002 Palm Blvd. during our wedding weekend. Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was.
Some things we particularly loved were:
- Having 2 fridges
- The electric car / plug-in hybrid charger
- The outdoor showers and how by the stairs to rinse your feet.
- The massive screened in porch
- The giant sun-deck on the top floor
- Large number of parking spaces
- Cleanliness and thoughtful decor
- Utensil availability
- Storage space
The only thing I could think of that would make this house better would be stairs that lead from the screened porch to the backyard. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here again.

My recent stay at your rental property in Isle of Palms was an absolute delight. The home was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and meticulously clean. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house.
The only negative was the house next door was doing some construction and it was noisy on the back patio two days. I hope they finish soon!
Other than that, the location of the property is simply perfect. Just a short walk to the beautiful, clean, soft sandy beach. We loved exploring the local area, with its charming shops, excellent restaurants, and friendly locals. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation destination.

I highly recommend this property for any larger, or multi-family group. We had grandparents, parents, kids and child-less adults in our group and there was enough room for everyone. We loved having the small kitchenette on the top floor so the kids could have breakfast at 6 am when everyone else was sleeping. We loved the convenience the beach right in the backyard, we found it to be a wonderful spot that wasn't very busy even on the weekend. We ate almost every meal on the large screened in patio. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful week!
This house was a great fit for our 3 families. We had 6 adults and 8 kids sleep very comfortably. The location is perfect, and the view from the two back porches is gorgeous. Plus, the picnic tables and outdoor showers under the house made it so easy to serve lunch, keep the house free of sand and return right away to the beach. Our kids cried this morning when we left. Such great memories here - we hope to return!

We had a great rental experience! Stanley, the owner, was responsive, friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly regarding the renting process, house information and city information. The location was good for our needs, right on the beach, private enough yet close to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and spacious. My parents and family members including adults, teenagers and children, all felt very much at home. Just a wonderful beach house; wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful rental in a fantastic location
We came down for a golf/bachelor party and stayed in this beautiful home, which backs right up to the Atlantic. Stanley and her team were very accommodating and responsive. The home is absolutely beautiful right in a quiet neighborhood and close to local restaurants and shops. The entire group loved the space. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Home
We loved staying at this beautiful property and hope to stay here again. The only problem we had was the sheets in the master bed room were a little sandy. We had to shake them out on our first night prior to going to bed. Other than that everything was perfect.

Terrific Family Home On The Beach
Thanks for the overall excellent experience! Our Host had a very easy/open line of communication with us and was very attentive and eager to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and carefree. The house was exactly as advertised. It was in fact even better than advertised as a beautiful new en suite master bath had been added since booking our visit.
It is the perfect home for a multi-generational family get away. The kitchen was well furnished and made for a great gathering spot. The downstairs family room with its ample and comfortable seating was ideal for watching football games and having movie nights.
There were numerous areas for board games and puzzles.
The upstairs living area with its additional family room and kitchen were ideal for those that wanted their own space/privacy.
The outdoor screened porch was large with lots of additional tables and chairs. The upstairs roof top deck was fabulous by day with its expansive ocean view and perfect for star gazing at night. There were additional seating areas and access to the well designed outdoor showers beneath the house.
The 3 downstairs bedrooms and 3 upstairs bedrooms provided ample room and closet space. The beds were very comfortable.
We frequent Isle of Palms and selected this property for its wonderful location on the beach along with its easy access to the local grocery store that is just minutes up the road. It's also just a quick trip across the bridge to all of the shopping and restaurants available in Mount Pleasant.
We highly recommend this house for making wonderful family memories!

We had a wonderful time at the house and enjoyed every minute. The house was as expected and the quick access to the beach as well as local attractions made for an easy vacation. The communication with the owner was always very thorough, kind, helpful, and informative. Any and all would truly enjoy their time at the house. Pictures don’t do it justice
Our stay at Stanley’s place set the stage for a magical weekend of writing and respite for our annual writers retreat. The house is ridiculously amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and well appointed. The house is stocked fully and had everything we needed and more. Stanley accommodated our extra requests and sent out of her way to ensure we had a beautiful weekend getaway. Five stars is not enough.

Family Getaway
We have been coming to Isle of Palms for 30 years and this property is one of our favorites. The house is so spacious and well equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The huge back yard going to the beach was great for the kids to play. Stanley was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was just as described, spacious, clean and comfortable. The two-level design gives some nice separation. We were nine people and had plenty of room. We gravitated to the deck on the upper level, with its amazing views overlooking the ocean. The beach is right there. Even in mid-October, the ocean is fine for swimming and the beach is a great walk in either direction. Another plus is the proximity of the grocery store and restaurants, a few minutes away--walkable, in fact, if you're so inclined. The property manager offered timely and accurate communication, and instructions for the stay were complete and clear. Some previous reviews mentioned construction on the property next door. As of mid-October, this seemed to be largely complete.
