I rented this with another adult friend. I was familiar with the area since I had owned house a couple of streets over. It is an updated cottage with a renovated kitchen and bath that are very nice with adequate storage and nice hot water although there is not an unlimited water supply but adequate if used carefully. The living room is spacious with cable TV so we could watch the Olympics and a wonderful porch that you can eat on. There are two bedrooms that are small with no closets but racks to hang your clothes. Since I knew the house I expected to see the spectacular view of the cove and Long Island Sound but was disappointed that it was partially blocked by a huge holly tree. I'm not sure why they haven't removed it or trimmed it but hope they do as I'd love to come back again. Also there were no mirrors in the bedrooms which I found strange and hope that they would be provided. The neighborhood and beaches are superb for walking and swimming but there is a walk to the best beach. Overall loved our week there.

Everything about the cottage and its location near the sea was amazing! The hosts were kind and helpful throughout. We loved the patio and BBQ, and the view was beautiful. My wife and i found it to be a 10/10 on all holiday parameters.

Clean and so welcoming. A perfect week in a super location for quiet enjoyment and yet close to so many activities. The hostess replied to every request very quickly. A definite A plus for this charming cottage

Comfortable and very nice community

This property was a true pleasure to stay in. It was spotlessly clean and surprisingly open with plenty of space for our family of three. But the best part is the location! It has a gorgeous water view and two beaches within quick walking distance. We spent time just staring out the windows, watching people launch boats, dig for clams, and walk dogs. There is an AC window unit in the living room that cools the whole house but we loved opening all the windows and letting the breeze blow though. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our week in June Cottage. It was clean and comfortable, light and airy, with a charming view to the little cove. The hosts were very pleasant and cooperative, and we look forward to a return visit some time soon.
