The location

When we arrived we were booked into a room that had not been clean. The beds were slept in and there was trash everywhere. My second room was better but one of the towels had stains on it.

The property is in a very convenient location. It is well situated, clean and easy to find.

There was very little by way of active staff around the place. Fortunately, apart from a delayed check in, it didn't really matter.

No ice machine

Location good and late checkin easy. Overall room was clean.

Rooms clean but need updating. Blankets and dust ruffle stained, toilet seat disgusting falling apart. My booking said separate bedroom and it was not. Please advise extra pillows in bureau - found too late and used the tiny ones on bed.

Clean, convenient large room

More soap and conditioner for shower. Shower caps.

Friendly staff and price

A bit of a musty smell in the room, but not a problem considering price!

large room, 2 kings, kitchenette, a/c, direct tv channels.

no housewares, yet has a kitchenette. housekeeping failed to clean our room daily. room smelled, pillows are second hand from local jail. no ice machine access, have to request the front desk (which is often unstaffed) to fill your bucket as 1 staff member is running back and forth between the comfort inn, adjacent managed property.

The staff was not helpful when our laptop couldn't access the Tower internet. They said it was our computer. But, we just checked into a Best Western, and the laptop accessed the internet with no difficulty.
