My family loved it - 'old Pinehurst' vibe very near castle park for the grandson. Very clean and ALL the equipment (kitchen, bathrooms) and plenty of towels for all. Great location near everything with easy access to highways. The front entrance key pad is a little slow/funky but we mastered it. Host very friendly and responsive to questions and special request.

The cottage was clean, well appointed and comfortable on a quiet street near Pinehurst Village. The owner was welcoming and a great communicator throughout our stay. We hope to someday return to Pinehurst and wouldn't hesitate to return to Cozy Cottage.

House was well stocked in the kitchen with pots and pans. Comfortable AC, comfortable beds. There may be a plumbing slowness upstairs - sink drains slowly and toilet was a bit easy to clog. Water pressure is good except when both showers running at same time. Lovely neighborhood, very comfortable and with darling lit outside area with Adirondack chairs. Amazing frog chorus on the other side of the street by the school after the crazy rains the other night. We didn’t need to reach our host at all during our stay. We had a lovely time. Thank you. Would stay here again.

What a lovely cottage! Great location! Clean, comfy and so nicely appointed. We loved the easy walk into the village and it was such a bonus to be able to relax outside the cottage around the firepit at the end of the day.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage to visit our daughter who lives nearby. We enjoyed seeing different neighborhoods and real estate listings for future reference.The cottage was very clean and everything was in place and met our needs.

We had a great time at this cute, ultra clean home. The quiet neighborhood location across from the school was great, and it was easy to get to the village and we enjoyed the basketball courts and playground across the street. Beds were comfortable; nice walk-in showers made it easy for the older family member who'd just had knee surgery! Thank you for a great stay!

The size of the house and location are perfect for a golf trip with 4-6 people. Location is walkable to restaurants/bars, and a quick drive to many of the golf courses. The place is clean and well kept.

Our family stayed at The Cozy Cottage while attending a wedding in Pinehurst. The house was a much better option than 3 hotel rooms. It was a great stay!

Superb Cozy Cottage!
Our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage, this place is outstanding. Perfect location, wonderful and responsive owners, and attention to every detail both great and small. Supremely comfortable. Lovely decor. Walking distance to the little Village of Pinehurst as well as an excellent playground. 5 minute drive to major grocery stores, coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. Everything you could hope for in a home away from home!

Perfect
We were a group of five lady golfers who came to watch the US Women’s Open at Pine Needles. The location was perfect for us. A 10
minute drive to the course, walking distance to Pinehurst Village. The cottage was perfectly appointed…fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio with gas grill and seating around a fire pit. Big screen TV, two full baths and 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. We couldn’t have asked for more. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Another great stay at the cottage!
Perfect location for a golf vacation stay. House has everything you need and owner is very easy to communicate with. I would recommend trimming the hedges to the patio to open up the walk way a little bit. We will book this property again!

Everything was great about this rental and our host Cindy was super easy to work with. She responded to our questions immediately and the whole process was very simple. House was perfect for us: very clean, great location, well appointed, comfortable beds and furniture…everything was perfect for our golf trip.

Cozy Cottage Stay
The property is conveniently located to great restaurant in the town of Pinehurst that are within walking distance. The home is in a quiet area with traffic only increasing in the morning before 8 AM as there is a public school across the street. No noise from the school once the kids have been dropped off as all activity from the school cannot be seen from the house. The house is older but well kept. No issues with cleanliness. Only issue is kitchen could have used a regular toaster. I would not heistate to stay at this property again.

The accommodations couldn't have been any better for our family. Location superb, the property is in great shape, very clean, adequately equipped and the host Cindy is a pleasure to work with. We won't stay anywhere else upon our next visit!

Girl's birthday get away!
5 of us gathered in Pinehurst for a 50th birthday. The property is extremely well kept, well stocked and lovely. The owner had Christmas decorations throughout that were delightful. It is comfortable and spacious. We would definitely return to this property.
The owner was very responsive - emailed back within hours. We highly recommend both the owners and the property!

Cute Cottage
It is definitely a cottage that has the old time feel with all the modern conveniences. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a very nice brewery. My family rented several houses in the area, which gave us time together, and the cottage gave me some down time. There is a school across the street, great for letting kids run around.

Charming cottage in great location
We made our reservation at the last minute due to our existing accommodations being untenable. Cindy was able to get us in, and we were very grateful. The cottage has lots of charm and was very comfortable. We really wanted to use the fire pit but could not figure it out. It would have been nice to have had instructions. Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely return in the future.
