The photos really don't do the place justice- the home is stunning! Such a beautiful place, clean and comfortable amenities, and the layout allows the perfect setup for lots of space, as well as the opportunity for gatherings. We loved the porch views, the private beach, roasting smores on the beach at night, and kayaking with porpoises. We hope to get the chance to return!

House was great! Updated and beautiful! Right on the beach! The house was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable and house was very clean! We loved having two refrigerators! The fishing was good! The water was pretty brackish when we were there but I’m told it’s not always like that. Beach was great! So peaceful and quiet! The water is shallow for a long ways out (nothing over 7 ft for as far out as our kayaks went) we enjoyed catching shrimp and crabs in our cast nets! And had a fire right on the beach! Definitely one of our best vacations full of memories!

This beach house was even better than pictured. Beds, furnishings, appliances, many other details that the host has included to make your stay wonderful and seamless.The hosts were easy to get a hold of when needed and very attentive. Beach biting flies were avoided when we realized they only came out when water was still and at certain times of day. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Spent 7 nights at this hidden gem…the home is beautiful and having the private beach as your backyard is AMAZING!! Some of the pros..because there are WAY too many to list them all! The charm of the home ♥️ !! The elevator is a big plus with loading and unloading. The covered back deck offers the most serene moments and amazing views! The home is well stocked..so many spices for cooking, dishwasher tabs, first aid kit, beach towels, condiments in the refrigerator, well stocked pots/pans, and the list could go on and on but there is a limit on the amount you can type😂. A few things to know before you go, but NOTHING that should deter you..The water in the home is well water and is soft water…so your skin will be soft 😊 BUT it feels like the soap doesn’t wash off. We aren’t use to that but again it isn’t anything that would stop us from returning. The dishwasher struggles to get the dishes clean but this also may result from the soft water…we just rinsed the dirty dishes well before running the dishwasher or washed them by hand…again not a big issue to us. The gulf water is not clear…We never spend a lot of time IN the water at any beach, I just like to put my chair where the water meets the sand, still got to do this..so again not a big issue for us. We had the best week and I HIGHLY recommend staying at Sandhill!! Thank you Clay and Irene for sharing your beautiful home with us and giving us the chance to spend this family time together ♥️ We will DEFINITELY be back!!

This house is beautiful and very comfortable. We absolutely loved being kind of secluded on our own little beach area. It’s about a 30 minute drive to go eat around Biloxi but it’s worth it for sure! Beds are comfy too that’s a big plus! Wear shoes outside they have stickers in the yard! lol the only thing is they need to kind of clean their side of the beach as there were sticks and wood but other than that it was totally perfect.

The property was beautiful. House equipped with everything we needed. The lift was amazing for luggage and groceries, also for taking trash down. The things that were not in favor… thorns in the yard, don’t go barefoot. The private beach was great not having to go down to the beach early to put up everyone chair out. Does need blankets for pull out couch and roll away. Make sure you get downtown, with all the quaint shops and restaurants. Hope your stay is as wonderful as ours.

Beautiful, well appointed home right on the beach! Incredible view! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch or in the gazebo! Firepit on the beach. House is very clean! Comfortable beds! Lots of games for family fun around the large table! Quiet location but close to lots of activities! Elevator really convenient for loading and unloading! An amazing place to relax and unwind with family! We would definitely return!

This is an amazing property. The house is clean with every detail well thought of. The beach is very private. Lots of places to explore nearby during the day. I've rented many vrbos and this one definitely ranks among the best of them. Thank you for a great stay!

For a cleaning fee of $250.00 one would expect the house to be clean upon entering. There was literally dust and dirt so thick you could see it on the wood flooring. A couple pieces of trash were in the floor as well as a hair clip and under the bed were a pair of pants. I’m not sure what the cleaning fee was actually for as we had to wash all dishes, do all laundry and take the trash to the road before leaving and the house was not clean when we arrived. It’s a beautiful home in a great spot but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and the leaky roof in three different spots and due to the leaky roof our dinner was interrupted as it started raining on my husband inside the home. This was our second visit to this home in 3 years. We love the house and the location and we had planned to vacation here every two years but due to our last and very disappointing experience I doubt we will rent this home in the future, approx. $2600.00 for the week to get rained on, ugh.

Third trip to ocean springs and staying in Sandhill Beachhouse. It is absolutely perfect. Picture’s don’t do it justice. The entire neighborhood is a hidden jewel. Hosts think of everything and are easily accessible if you have any questions. Will be returning next fall.

This home and location is the perfect getaway. There is an in home elevator that we used for our elderly family members. Every detail was well thought out in this home. There was even a fire pit and chairs for us to use at the beach. Could not have asked for anything more.

The beach house was beautiful and clean. Perfect access to a private beach. The back porch was my favorite place for morning coffee. I would highly recommend this area to anyone who wants to have a lovely family beach getaway for making beautiful memories. The hosts were available when needed.
I just wish the water was a little more clearer, but other than that it was perfect and we had an awesome time.

Overall a good experience. Property was generally clean and well maintained. Very private beach area. The only complaint is that two mornings we had the smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night. Finally determined it was the humidity and temp changes causing.

I could have spent my whole week sitting on the huge back porch looking at the ocean and reading. The built in gas grill was awesome and the gazebo always had a great ocean breeze. Close to Ocean Springs where we caught the Walter Anderson Museum, yoga, food and Biloxi for some sailing. Great find.

Lovely home, great hosts, close(20 minutes to downtown Ocean Springs) yet set in a unique neighborhood that is right on the water.

This property was beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The dining room table was amazing- we ate at one end and did puzzles at the other end. Everything we needed and more was provided. (I was concerned with a less than stellar rating but I 100% disagree with that assessment of the property.)

Great location fir us with easy beach access. Kitchen was very well equipped. 2 large refrigerators was great for us. We grilled almost every night. Our grandson enjoyed all the beach toys. The beachy feel of the house, the decor was welcoming. Would recommend a light on the roadside of the property to see the driveway at night. We went to the USS Alabama .. Great family time to see a big ship and submarine. The Biloxi Visitors Center is a must. The family used Rauces? Sp grocery store in Ocean Springs. Overall a 4-5 we would recommend it.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Extremely spacious and charming but also comfortable, everything works and is well maintained. Stocked kitchen with seasonings, condiments, and a few fridge items. The extra fridge was a nice bonus! Water gets very hot and lasts for a long long time, even with both showers going! Interior, exterior, and gazebo were just painted and landscaping is well kept. It's awesome having your own private path to your own private beach where you can leave your stuff all day. Take daily beach walks to see what washes up each day! The beach is very sandy and has almost no shells, but there's always something cool to see. The water is very brown so we didn't swim but great for paddle boarding and fishing!
It was one of our most memorable vacations thanks to this beach house!

The view and the beach are lovely, but the pictures depicting the rental need to be updated for accuracy. There is no pier. The gazebo is in sad shape. The rental property needs a thorough deep clean and some care. The linens are lacking and dated, and the queen sized bed needs to be replaced.

This property has a beautiful view of the gulf. We celebrated our family Christmas here with our adult children and grandchildren,, and the only thing missing were Christmas decorations, but we knew up front there would not be any. This home was beautiful and there is nothing negative I can say about our stay. We enjoyed every minute of this property.

The property is everything that was described. I stayed with my family and my sister’s family. The house had plenty of room and a huge table for all of us to sit at. They even had a coffee/tea bar. The view and sunsets were outstanding!!

It was a relaxing experience. For the most part we had everything we needed to relax. We would suggest a toaster or small toaster tabletop toaster oven. We would definitely rent it again. Thanks

This house was amazing. Everything very nice and clean. The master is listed as a queen bed but it is actually a king. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to on the beach but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.

Who knew hanging out at the beach could be so much fun?! We loved the beach, walking the shoreline, watching the pelicans, seeing the dolphins play, and splashing in the waves. The house has many amenities but you'll want to bring toilet paper as that wasn't one of them. Our family cooked meals on site, and had most of the utensils to cover our menu range. Sitting on the back porch was so relaxing. We'd go back, and are in fact, working on a plan to do so. Yes, the property could use some maintenance but aside from the mattresses, in the grand scheme of things, it really is a pleasure to stay.
