This house was amazing! We travel a lot and often stay in rental houses and this had to be one of the best. The home itself was very comfortable and spacious for 5 people. But the view was breathtaking. My favorite thing was watching the hot air balloons take off every morning. We would definitely stay here again!!

Pictures cannot do justice to the views from this house. The interior was so well appointed, we had everything we needed to prep meals, to watch some evening movies & to just sit back and enjoys the views. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were close to tons of outdoor activities & the hosts were responsive to communications. This is definitely a must-stay in Sedona.

This place is incredible! It looked nice in the pictures but was even more impressive in person. We had everything we needed and had a great time. The owner was more than helpful with getting us set up and answering all questions. Great people to work with. If I ever make it back to Sedona again, I will most definitely look for this property as it was perfect.

What a great place to stay! Was not disappointed in the least. Actually better than expected and from the pictures was already expecting a lot. Wonderful location to see anything you want to in the state of Arizona and plenty of hiking near. Delicious restaurants, beautiful vistas and sunsets every night.

Home was beyond our expectations! So spacious, very clean, efficient, and the view must be the best in all of Sedona. Absolutely breath-taking!

Another perfect trip with my husband, daughter and her husband and 2 kids. The house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. So spacious! No problems at all. The best part of this house is, of course, the View!! Totally the best!! Will be back!

House was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. and in an excellent location. Large balcony with beautiful views. All amenities were available. Easy access to downtown and short distance from hiking trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to any one.

Very relaxing

We stayed in this 3 br 2 ba home. The views were over the top outstanding and incredible, and possibly the nicest views you could find all over in Sedona!! Floor to ceiling AMAZING!! Above the Red Rocks and looking down at the city also. OMG!! This is close to the Sedona airport and close to Hwy 89A, where you can find just about anything nearby. I did not hear any planes surprisingly. There are plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. When the clouds lift then you can watch a beautiful sunset from your balcony and also from the Sedona airport outlook spot, which is quite popular. The house has all sorts of creature comforts to make your stay just like home. The beds were comfortable, with extra blankets, ceiling fans, lots of towels, soap products, etc. The owners included great hiking information. There is Los Abrigados Spa & Resort to purchase a swim and spa pass for the day at $60 for a couple. During the summer there is a Sedona community pool closeby. I have no hesitation in recommending this home to anyone, such as couples or families.

We enjoyed staying here and the view was breathtaking!! Small hiccup with the a/c one day but the owner was quick to respond and repair was quick. The location was close to our various planned activities!!

We arrived late in the night so was a little apprehensive about the property matching up to the descriptions on Vrbo but as day broke the next day, the views emerged with great elegance and my family and I were in awe of the beauty and knew we would have a wonderful holiday! This property provided just what we needed to relax and recharge our batteries. The majestic views aside, the property was very comfortable and had all the amenities required for a family of 6 with 2 teenagers to switch off. Although the fixtures are slightly dated and there was nothing to bluetooth connect to, which meant we had to tech detox as well, it all worked out in the end as we spent the time bonding without any technology interruptions. The host were helpful and very responsive to questions. Information and guidance provided were very clear and easy to follow. Fantastic property and very beautiful location to holiday. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Sedona! The house was just as expected. Fully furnished with everyone you need, and the view was even better than the pictures. We are already planning our next trip.

This house was so comfortable, we were very relaxed. Loved the view from the deck facing the Sedona Red Rocks. The location was in a quiet neighborhood away from the main road, near enough to every store and restaurant.

This property was amazing, great location near town, and the hosts were fantastic. The house itself was a little dirty (some bugs / ants indoors) and had a small problem with the dryer / stove but ended up working itself out. Had the basics and was very spacious. The view was absolutely incredible - probably the best view I’ve ever had at a rental property. Would highly recommend!

The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The living ,dinning area is wide open with huge views of the best of the Red rock. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Great hiking close by, Soldiers pass and Airport loop. The house is a great place to have a coffee and watch the sun hit the red rocks. Then after a busy day of hiking with a glass of wine watch the sun go down.

The highlight was the view of the Sedona mountains and rock formations. The house was clean, welcoming, and well laid out for a family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts provided great information about where to shop, eat and hike. We loved our week here!

This was by far one of the best vacations we have had ! The property was perfect and the views AMAZING! I am so glad we had the opportunity to stay here . The owners made the experience seamless . We were located close to everything we wanted to do - and the access to the trails near the house was an added bonus ! I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Sedona .

We stayed at this lovely home for a family destination wedding. Having rented several VRBOs for the wedding party and families, we were so pleased that we ended up a the best one! While the others were great, ours had the views that were unbelievable! When we hosted the others for an evening meal at sunset, they dubbed our house the "happy house". The view, the view, the view. The place was incredible and you can not beat he view. I am so thankful that we found this place to stay during our visit to Sedona. The view was amazing – I wish I had more time to spend on the porch looking at the rocks. The house itself was great. There were five adults – two couples and a single. The master bedroom was down the hall on the right and has it’s own bathroom. The other two bedrooms were to the left of the living space, and share a full bathroom (room with twin beds has a door into the bathroom). This made us feel a bit separated at the end of the night (a positive). There was another half bath as well – so no one ever felt rushed getting ready for the day. Access to the property was super easy and the location was great for us – just up the road from a Safeway and a few minutes into town. I will absolutely stay here again if I get the opportunity to visit Sedona in the future.

We were delighted with this vacation rental. Just as advertised, fantastic view facing Thunder Mountain and other formations to the north, so the sun never shines directly into the house, but you can watch both sunrise and sunset. A one minute drive to 89A, with all shopping needs. Everything supplied inside the house: nice linens, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Owners were communicative and helpful. We highly recommend.

I would stay here again and again. The view alone is worth it. And the location is awesome.

We reserved this place for the view and the view did not disappoint! Took several pictures of the sunsets and there are some great hiking trails right by the house. The place is very spacious and well stocked. Would love to stay here again.

The views really make this a great house!

Very pleasant stay in this Sedona house five adults and our 8 yr old grandson. Great location for hiking, jeep rental and great restaurants. Highly enjoyed the location and the balcony. My artist daughter also painted a picture of the Thunder Moutain view from the balcony. Owner was very attentive to our needs

Lovely quiet home with breathtaking views and comfortable living area where we could dine, visit and plan our next day trip. Great location; close to stores and easy access to downtown Sedona.
