Beautiful view. Clean well appointed unit in a big condo building. Nice pool and BBQ area.
10 min drive to town. Lovely grounds. Complex is a little older but fairly well maintained. I will stay in this unit again. Owner and local manager were very responsive and lovely. Mahalo.

We could not be more happier with our stay! Our condo was beautiful. It had all the amenities and the view was gorgeous! The resort was so nice. Location was perfect! Our host was attentive and able to answer all our questions. Check in and out was super easy! We highly recommend this condo and resort.

We spent 3 nights at Sugarbush on Maui. The location was great, central to so many other cool parts of the island. And the views were amazing. Staying at the beginning of the whale season was so much fun watching for their spouts out in the water. The management was great and made our stay very comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

Everything from the booking process to the day we left was perfect! I had questions prior to arrival and Theresa answered them all quickly. The condo was clean and exactly what we wanted. We will be joking through them again!

This property is just lovely. It is well decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved our daily walks on the beach (right in front of the apartment), swims in the calm water and sunning ourselves on the lanai. We left rested and rejuvenated.
We had one issue with the internet going down and were able to get help and resolution within a very short time.
We hope to be back over and over again.

My husband and I were visiting Hawaii for the first time. We chose this condo on Sugar Beach and were very happy with the location and the condo itself. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the condo, and the airport was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week with our teenage son. The space was perfect for us. Close to all of our activities. Unsurpassed views for morning coffee and evening drinks. We enjoyed our walks along Sugar Beach - the longest stretch of beach on Maui. Theresa was very attentive. Picked up an evening call to assist with electronics. Nice to have beach rentals and market just steps away. We’d return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with a great view of the ocean. The bakery, shave ice, and ABC store are walking distance. The beach is very shallow, but we aren't much for beaches anyways. The bed was very comfortable. My husbands only complaint was that the cookware was old and worn. He didn't feel comfortable cooking eggs on the pans that were there as the Teflon was coming off.

There needs to be more work done to the bathroom. The vent for the dryer is above the shower so it’s not as clean as you’d like.
For that price per night it should be pretty spiffy. Something makes noise 24/7 in the kitchen area so it’s hard to sleep on the couch.
We still enjoyed ourselves but thought it was overpriced. Lots of noise in the mornings very early between traffic and mowing.

It was a fantastic 6 weeks. The view was beautiful. The owners were awesome. Theresa was always available when we needed her. Would definitely come back when we have the funds.

The condo is a bit worn down and needs a refresh. Overall a good place to stay. You can’t get closer to the water great beach pool BBQ

Our second stay at the building. Beach access is tremendous. Sunsets are always stunning. Pool is a comfortable afternoon ritual.

Great apartment with direct oceanfront view that can't be beat. Property was well stocked and had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Quiet and well designed complex that feels private on Lanai. Although power was out the first night we arrived and into part of the next day from the storms, check in was still easy and we would not hesitate to book again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Quiet Beach with sunrise and sunset views. Our host Theresa was very available and responsive. Stop by the sandwich shop for a meal and drink, you will be glad you did.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s clean with gorgeous view and nice beach just few steps away. It’s a windy part of Maui but waves are not high even on a windy day, perfect for small kids.
The property manager was not responsive. The safe inside wasn’t working and we never got replies from the manager. There were some dishwasher pods and laundry detergents but not enough for our stay.

2nd floor condo, very nice. Good central location for anything you would want to do on island.
One suggestion to the owner: The extra boxes of flooring in the bedroom closet should be removed for more closet space.

We had the most incredible stay. The view is spectacular, the beach easily accessible, the condo is comfortable and the bed is especially lovely. One of our best vacations ever. What can I say except we were home about a week when we booked our stay again for next year. Mahalo!

My husband and I stayed at the condo for our first time in Maui. The space was perfect for two, or a small family as the living room space is small. The ocean view is beautiful and you can walk right out to the beach. The only thing missing was toiletries, there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

Condo has seen better days, wardrobe full of owners junk, bathroom needs good clean, resort very dated, needs decoration and remodel. Bathroom very tiny,

Lovely Beachfront Property as Pictured!
A beautiful space that is as pictured! Great location for accessing all points of the island, an excellent beach to walk down that never gets too crowded. Plus, it is within walking distance to some great food spots and Maui’s famous shaved ices! We had a wonderful time in this space and look forward to going back!

Enjoyed our stay at this clean property. Would have of liked better quality toilet paper since the beach restrooms had better product. May want to have cleaning staff clean entrance area and door since it's the first impression and it was very dirty.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in Kihei
Sugar Beach was the perfect end to our stay in Maui. The rental was exactly as shown in the photos. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the highlight! The check-in process was so easy, we arrived late at night, and it was easy to find our way to our place after a long day of travel. Thank you!

Maui 2022, finally a vacation
Check in was simple, the suite was just as described and the lanai was perfect! The building and complex is older but well maintained and clean. You can’t beat the views or the ability to be on the beach swimming in minutes. We loved our stay here. Some hand soap for the bathroom was the only suggestion I have. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Nice well appointed condo, responsive agent & owner, good location, but not the best beach. EXCELLENT whale watching from unit. We're tall, so the shower head & low vanity were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise pleased with unit

This condo is perfect for a quiet stay! The view is spectacular and we spent lots of time on the patio, walks in the beach and loved the snow cones within walking distance. We loved coconuts and enjoyed their coconut shrimp! So many day trips from here and we loved coming home to a comfy bed. The furniture in the living room is not that comfortable, it would be nice if there was another comfortable chair! So enjoyed our time! Thanks for your hospitality!
