Beautiful Luxury Condo, Best Location at Va Beach Oceanfront
Benvenuti a Playa Rana, sede delle migliori proprietà proprio qui nel cuore di Virginia Beach. Questo bellissimo condominio di lusso si trova in uno dei luoghi più desiderabili e sicuri sulla spiaggia. È un condominio completamente arredato con due camere da letto che può ospitare comodamente 6 persone, con due bagni, balcone, cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera, lavatrice e asciugatrice.

C'è anche una bella piscina e una griglia a carbone sul ponte della piscina per il vostro divertimento. Edificio offre parcheggio fuori strada e accesso codificato.
Il condominio è situato a breve distanza da 1,5 a 5 isolati dall'oceano e dal lungomare e offre un ottimo accesso a ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti. Goditi l'intrattenimento dal vivo all'aperto ogni sera durante le fasi del lungomare della 31a e 24a strada durante l'estate. I pescatori possono godersi il molo della 14a strada o Rudee Inlet che offre la pesca costiera / offshore e una varietà di tour diversi (osservazione dei delfini / balene, motoscafo, nave pirata e moto d'acqua). I golfisti possono godere dei numerosi campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Parasailing, kayak, vela, noleggio Jet Ski sono disponibili alle due estremità della spiaggia. There are some great things about the property, including
1) Location is amazing! You will be a couple of short blocks from the beach, across the street from the grocery store, and short, walkable distances to shops, restaurants & bars. Couldn't be beat!
2) Condo buildling is clean and in working order, including the pool. That is not a small thing!
3) Plus all the amenities listed like a washer and dryer....
Areas that led to a 4/5 instead of 5/5:
1) Kitchen is understocked on some functional essentials, like a couple of decent knives, peeler, rubber spatula, dishtowels, among other items. Probably 10+ regular knives, for example, but we had to use the steak knives with serrated edges to cut because none of the others were sharp enough to, say, cut a zucchini or cheese. Lots of certain other items, like multiple colanders. So, a hodge podge. Not the end of the world. If we were to rent again, we would just bring a box of kitchen items.
2) No food storage space in the kitchen. Every cabinet is full (but, as stated in #1, with a lot of odds and ends).
3) So many knicknacks that we had to move them to use spaces, like countertops. If it was a bigger place, not a big deal, but space is limited.

The location of this condo is perfect. Close to the beach with a nice pool. Everyone staying there was friendly. The condo had everything we needed inside. It was clean and nice. There

We stayed here for a family vacation here in Virginia Beach. We had the best time. The place was fantastic. The pool was key! My kids went swimming everyday! We even used the grill during a pool day! I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean, and fit my family just nicely! The rooms were big and laundry was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a family of 6 older adults. Simone was a wonderful host. We were informed when we arrived that the washer was not working but a new system was replaced within a couple days of days. The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. I am so thankful there was an elevator since during the latter part of my stay I had a fall and sprained my foot while we were walking at Beach Street. The communication with Simone was excellent.

This is our third time staying in this building and we very much enjoyed this stay. The layout is perfect for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well-appointed. The location is great--close to the beach (with 2 parking spots!) and across the street from a grocery store. It's also on the side of the building with a ramp and elevator. I highly recommend this condo--you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed for the month of March and were very happy with the condo. The owner was great to deal with, he was responsive to any question I asked before and during our stay. Upon arrival, it was super easy to enter the building and unit. The unit was clean and just what we expected. We will definitely return and rent from this owner again.

Went to use washer and it still had dirty linen in it. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Virginia beach

Keyless entry with personalizable PIN was convenient and covid-friendly. Just some minor items to consider: the main living room sofa is somewhat low and a bit soft; the main TV's position in the corner of the living room makes it a little awkward to watch; the dishwasher requires some fiddling with the buttons to get it to work (at least for us); and the corkscrew lacks the cross-piece to provide leverage. However, these are but minor issues that detract little from a renter's enjoyment of the condo.

Property was very spacious and had everything we needed. Location was convenient. Impressed with area overall. Would have liked a larger deck (too tiny to all fit), and a table by the grill to better utilize the nice pool area. Very safe location. Would come again.
