Stunning detached villa, home from home!
Situata con vista fantastica su Montana Roja, Villa Bellota è una moderna villa con 3 camere da letto situata in una tranquilla zona residenziale a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia locale e dai bar e ristoranti di Playa Blanca. Il mare e la vicina Fuerteventura possono anche essere visti dalla terrazza.
L'elegante villa è stata recentemente rinnovata e dispone di 3 camere da letto di buone dimensioni, 2 con letti super king size e porte francesi da ciascuna che porta alla terrazza, la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Tutte le camere sono dotate di armadi a muro. Ci sono 2 bagni moderni, uno con cabina doccia, l'altro con doccia e vasca.
L'aria condizionata è disponibile nel salone e nelle due camere matrimoniali.
La zona giorno è open space per la zona pranzo e cucina moderna di nuova installazione, che è completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero americano. La villa ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole self-catering.
Il salone ha un grande e comodo divano, Smart TV, lettore DVD, radio con porta USB e WiFi gratuito. È disponibile anche una gamma di canali TV del Regno Unito. Dalle porte del salotto bi-fold vi porta attraverso la terrazza esterna.
Lo spazio esterno vanta una splendida piscina privata di 13 metri riscaldata in inverno, un ampio patio che circonda la piscina e lo spazio esterno immediato dalla villa e un barbecue in muratura. Comodi lettini si trovano sulla terrazza intorno alla piscina e una pergola in legno offre ombra sulla zona pranzo esterna che è perfetta per cenare all'aperto.

We are regulars to Lanzarote and love the island.
The villa was everything we could have hoped for! Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed, set in a lovely location.
The booking process was very easy and Jane was very helpful.

From the start of the booking process the owner was quick to reply to any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family of four, it had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The heated 13x4m pool was a real bonus as the temperature was cooler in May, the cover was easy to remove and replace. The Villa is a little away from the centre in a quiet area a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car to the resort centre where there is ample free parking.

Amazing property in a great location- nice quiet neighbourhood but still only a 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Wonderful outside space with fabulous pool. We ate in most of the time and the kitchen was really well equipped. Bring one and two euro coins if you want the AC though as it’s operated by a coin meter.

The villa is spacious and was very clean on arrival.
We really liked all the outside space, particularly the covered outside sofa area which was a great place to read a book and relax.
The pool was fantastic and at 13m was great for swimming as well as playing in with our 3 year old.
The villa is in a quiet area which was perfect for us and made it easy to relax in the day and evenings.
We really enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again in future.

Lovely villa with large outside area and brilliant pool that you have space to swim some lengths in. The location is good, very quiet and just a few minutes drive into the town. Had a very relaxing holiday!

We had a great stay in Villa Bellota! The villa was immaculate & the outside space was perfect, plenty of sun loungers and areas of shade when it got too hot. The pool was lovely and warm and much bigger than any other pool we’ve had at other villas. The location is handy for the local beach, a 15 minute walk away and the taxi rank round the corner is ideal if it’s too hot to walk slightly further into town. We did have a hire car but could have done without it. We will definitely be back!

One of the very best outdoor spaces that we’ve ever had the pleasure to holiday at - the garden, patio and pool area are truly beautiful. The villa itself is immaculate, very spacious & well equipped. We will definitely look into returning very soon.

Super séjour. Une location au top!
La villa est conforme aux photos. Grande belle et très propre. La piscine chauffée est un régal pour se baigner au mois de mai. Jane, notre hôte a multiplié les délicates attentions et est très réactive pour répondre aux questions ou autres problématiques rencontrées. Elle est en outre fort sympathique ;-)
La terrasse est grande, bien pensée et accueillante. La végétation typique des Canaries tout autour est très agréable. La vue sur le volcan depuis la piscine est une belle expérience
On s’est sentis comme à la maison. C’était chouette!
Même si nous ne sommes pas adeptes du fait de revenir aux mêmes endroits plusieurs fois de suite, nous pourrions relouer cette villa une prochaine fois à plusieurs couples tant la prestation était satisfaisante.

Great villa. Very spacious/ clean/ modern. Very responsive owner answering questions within minutes. Outside space is great and pool must be one of the largest and best laid out private pools in playa Blanca. Will definitely book here again if available.

Super!
Wir, eine Familie (54, 47, 20 und 16 Jahre alt) können die Villa Bellota ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Es hat uns allen super gefallen. Die Villa liegt in einem schönen, ruhigen Wohngebiet von Playa Blanca in der Nähe eines Vulkans, den man zu Fuß besteigen kann (toller Blick!!! Aber mit festen Schuhen!!!). Der Kontakt zu Jane, aber auch zum Elite Management, die das Haus vor Ort betreuen, war jederzeit super. Die Größe des Hauses ist toll, der 13 Meter lange Pool der absolute Traum. Die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Selbst eine Kuchenform war vorhanden. Umliegend sind sehr viele gute Restaurants. Beim Hotel Lanzasur gibt es eine E-Bike Vermietung (3 €/ Stunde). Aber vorher!!! unbedingt probieren ob sich der Sattel verstellen lässt. Ansonsten sind die Bikes top. Für uns war die Villa Bellota von Anfang an immer wie "nach Hause" kommen. Danke, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften!
Ein Leihwagen ist unserer Meinung nach unbedingt erforderlich.

Excellent Villa
We had a great family holiday at Villa Bellota. The Villa was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could wish for along with a lovely pool.
It is in a lovely quiet location but only a 3 minute walk to the nearest cab rank and 15 minutes from the nearest beach.
I would highly recommend this property and the owners are friendly and responsive.

Magnifique Villa, très accueillante et reposante, très bien meublée. Piscine chauffée et ès grande.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa y a beaucoup contribué de part ses prestations. Les propriétaires sont très à l écoute et tout comme la personne qui se charge de l entretien de la maison, sont très arrangeants. A recommander.

Great holiday in June 2019
We really enjoyed our stay at villa Bellota in June 2019. The property is very spacious both inside and out. We were a party of 4 adults and one child and the accommodation was perfect for us as there was a double bedroom and bathroom off one side of the lounge and a further double, twin and second bathroom off the other side. The lounge and open plan kitchen are fitted to a high standard. We have stayed in a number of villas in Playa Blanca and this is one of the best we have stayed in. If you can drag yourself away from the large heated pool then there are a wide selection of tv channels to keep you entertained.
Like most villas in the area, villa Bellota is set back from the sea front. It is a steady 20 min walk to the family friendly Flamingo beach, and a further 10 mins to the main town where you can find a wide range of bars and restaurants. We found a car useful to get around but taxis are reasonably priced at around 4€ ea way. There are ample small and large supermarkets in the area.
The owner Jane was very professional and attentive during the booking process. She was extremely prompt in replying to correspondence and warm & friendly throughout.
I would not hesitate returning to villa Bellota next year.
