Having fun in the Sun Beach Villa
La nostra Beach Villa di terza fila si trova all'estremità privata di The Dunes e passa direttamente alla piscina. Questa villa con 2 camere da letto ha un bagno completo nella camera matrimoniale e un bagno completo nel corridoio, proprio accanto alla seconda camera da letto. La camera da letto principale ha un ampio letto king size con un armadio completo e la seconda camera da letto ha un letto singolo, letti a castello e un altro armadio completo.
C'è un divano letto estraibile nel soggiorno che può ospitare 1 adulto o 2 bambini. La nostra TV a schermo piatto ha accesso a Internet per Netflix e Amazon. La cucina è completamente arredata, insieme a una lavatrice / asciugatrice HE. Villa è dotata di connessione WiFi gratuita.

Really enjoyed staying here as it offered a great location close to Coligny Plaza/Beach and also Sea Pines nearby where our family wedding activities were located. Just across the street from the beach, so pricing was a really good value compared to some other locations with direct beach access.

Perfect for us. Clean, quiet, convenient to everything we needed. Had a few minor questions during the stay, and owners were quick and helpful with communication. I have a feeling we'll be back in the future!

property was very close to the beach. Nice walkway down to the beach with showers and access to a nice bar with music. Also only about a quarter mile to Cologny Circle which is a very nice public beach that has restrooms and showers, splash pad, and good shops and restaurants

My sister and I rented this condo with our teenage daughters for spring break.
Lena is a wonderful host! Great communication.
The pictures were true to what you see, except it was actually more spacious than we thought.
Lena is very thoightful in making the stay feel like home. From the convenient kitchen stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils you need to cook for the week, to the books (located in side tables in master bedroom) and it was so nice to have laundry access right there in the condo.
The walk to the beach was perfect, and there is Loggerhead grill on the way, which has drinks, food, fire pits, swings overlooking the beach, and restrooms/showers as well.
The walk to and from Caligny shopping plaza is about 10-15 minutes depending on who is walking- (my sister and our girls are fit for the walk, and no littles to keep in toe.) But we saw many young families walking or riding bikes to Caligny as well.
The pool was clean and had ample space with about 4 families there at the same time each day.
There is even a church that meets on a connected property from the parking lot/bike path. It was Easter Sunday and we caught the tail end of the service.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent from Lena again!

Access to the beach was very easy. We were able to use the handicap spot in the public beach parking at the beginning of the parking lot. The stairway was full of mosquitos, so it was hard to keep all of them out when we opened the door to go in or out...but we only got a couple bites 🙂

This is our first family vacation to Hilton Head Island. It is a very nice area and a great beach for families! The beaches have lifeguards during the day. There are a lot of bicyclists both at the beach and along the pathways. You can rent bikes for the duration of your stay although we did not. The villa that were stayed in was very nice and had everything that we needed and more. We did not eat at the villa but it had a fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to. The location is just a short walk to Forest Beach. It’s also close to shopping areas such as Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines and Shelter Cove. Lena was wonderful and very communicative. The pool at The Dunes was very nice and always clear. We will definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My family recently stayed in Hilton Head and we loved this home! The location can’t be beat, we walked to the beach on the path daily and it was so great with our kids and a wagon. The home was so clean when we walked in. The bunks and extra bed in the second room was perfect for our kids.
But the best part was the communication with the owners. We had to reach out a couple things…things we needed help with, nothing that was wrong with the place, and the owners not only helped but had such quick response time in was incredible. We will stay again when in Hilton Head!!

A couple of blocks away is an uncrowded white sand beach that we relaxed on in the daytime and fished in the evening. We saw dolphins swim by every day and the cherry on top was when a sea turtle came on shore during a bright moon right where we were set up casting and laid eggs in a nest near our chairs then slipped back into the sea! Villa is a short drive to everything you want or need, biking distance to some fun stuff, walking distance to a beach bar and grill aptly named loggerhead landing where we literally watched one do that. Villa was super clean, a bit tight for 5 adults, luckily my son could only stay for a night, recommend this for no more than 4 or a family with 2-3 adults and 2-3 kids. The pool at the Dunes was super warm and refreshing. There is beach wagon to use and it was a lifesaver but make sure you bring your own gear, villa does not provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler or beach/pool towels. Overall loved our stay, Thanks for sharing it with us Lena!

We had everything we needed and more. My son also loved swimming in the pool. The beach was a short walk and restaurants/activities were nearby. This was a great Spring Break trip and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

Had an absolute blast on the island and the condo was great. For those of you who haven't been to Hilton Head access to the beach is a walk. Beaches on the Gulf seem to have more accessible beaches so plan for a short walk. Access is very close to this condo. Condo was spic and span clean and there is plenty of room. Rental is just as described and communication with owner was great. All in all we had a great trip and really enjoyed the island

Not a party place.
Peaceful and quiet, off the beaten path but still close to the beach and Coligney. Walk to the beach that is not at the public beach access and that's a good thing. Less crowded and more user friendly for families with children. 3rd visit to The Dunes for me and my family.

Wonderful location, great place to stay!
Family friendly spot with close proximity to it all! Shopping, dinning, groceries, beach… this location has it all. We comfortably fit 4 kids (7, 5, 3 and 8 months) plus mom & dad. The property had all the things we needed to have a great beach vacation. The owners even helped accommodate our last minute request which help greatly with nap times! There is a pack n play in the unit, a kitchen pretty well stocked for cooking and a washer and dryer to keep up with beach towels and ice cream covered clothes. If the dates work out we will be renting again next summer!

Great location with everything we needed!
Our family of 4 had a great visit to HHI. The condo was clean and cozy and the location was great! We had an easy walk to the beach or bike ride to Celebration park and all the shops. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Summer break
Great distance to the plaza, and right across the road from the beach! Quiet, safe, good for smaller family. Suggestion- well stocked kitchen, but short supply of forks. Also, if there is sleeping for more than 4 and you want to sit all together at the table, maybe a folding chair? I’ve never been to a place that supplied as much as this did. Thank you for letting us stay!

Everything you need!
Great communication before we arrived. Clean, homey condo in quite area. A few block walk to beach access and shopping. Loved the stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast every morning and hit the beach. Walk back to condo to eat lunch quick then go off on another adventure. So close to bike rentals, shops, and great restaurants . My college students loved the heated pool! Will for sure rent this beautiful place again. Thanks Lena !!

Wonderful Vacation
We had the best time at this beach rental! It was immaculately clean, which was my favorite part. My 3 yr old dropped a toy under his bed and my husband crawled under to retrieve it and he even remarked that there was not even 1 dust bug under the bed! Amazing job on cleanliness! The location was absolutely perfect and we had everything we needed right at the rental. Lena was very quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely highly recommend this place and will for sure be coming back soon!

You must walk to the beach but it’s an easy walk. Riding to coliginy is perfect. Good size condo. Everything you need is in the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here! So close to the beach, and the perfect space for our family. Lena was so quick to answer any questions we had and made our family vacation so simple. We will definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach
Property was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, along with some spices.
We would recommend 100% to anyone looking to stay on thr island.

Quiet apartment, clean, kitchen is fully stocked up, comfy bed, short walk to beach. The only thing is we wish there is a balcony. Also the parking space is very small and narrow.

Nice location. Unit as advertised. We had the pool to ourselves. Short walk to beach and less than 1 mi to coligny plaza and park/playground. Would definitely stay again.

The house was represented online exactly as it was in person.
The owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. We were close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The bike paths were awesome. We were able to see most of the island on our bikes.

Great Stay!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Actually, I think it looks better in person! It has everything you need! The washer and dryer unit is super convenient! The location is great! It’s a short walk to the beach and a short distance to Coligny beach and shopping center! We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient
This was not the fanciest place I've ever stayed, but it may be the best. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing, but what doesn't come across without being there in person is just how perfectly comfortable and clean everything was. And the location was great- a short, beautiful walk to a not super crowded, fantastic beach. I really feel like we got a lot for the price with this rental. It had everything we needed- it was a nice place to rest, and a good spot for accessing local adventures. We made plenty of great family memories at this place, and I patted myself on the back several times for choosing this one.

Overall Great Stay /Good Location / Be Ready to Walk or Rent a Bike
The location was nice, quiet and set back. Be ready to walk as it is 1/2 mile walk to the beach (we clocked it) so make sure you have a cart to carry your stuff. Parking at the complex can be challenging due to larger vehicles. The staircase to the unit seemed narrow and steep. The washer and dryer were very difficult to access as they are in sideways and you have to open and close the doors from the side and reach in. Very tight for the average person. We opted not to use. The porch is downstairs and is shared by all 4 units. It was crowded with beach stuff and bikes. I suggest renting a bike for your visit to get around, much easier than driving and parking especially at Caligny Plaza.

Wonderful place
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful property! There were plenty of bath towels and blankets and such. The washer and dryer were so useful for our stay. The short walk to the beach was beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves one afternoon. The beds and couch were comfortable. The place was clean and well stocked but we only cooked once because we wanted to enjoy all the amazing local restaurants which was some of the best food we’ve ever had. Overall it was such a wonderful visit and we hope to be back soon! Thanks again!
