Con questo in mente, questa non è la tipica casa in affitto e cerchiamo ospiti che abbiano la stessa sensazione.
Il 22 Filbert Lodge dispone di quattro camere da letto: tre hanno letti king e una con due letti a castello. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno completo di piastrelle / granito e ardesia che lo rende un posto meraviglioso per una o due famiglie. Questa era la casa di un costruttore con otto porte al piano principale, una spaziosa cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito di lastre e pavimenti in legno di assi di hickory.
Questa è una casa di alto livello che sembra nuova di zecca, e lavoriamo per mantenerla in questo modo. Questa non è una casa delle feste: incoraggiamo il divertimento ma non il comportamento da ubriachi.

Wonderful week in Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family and close to everything. Bike rides, walks to the park, day at the SRARC and two great golf courses. Stuff to keep the family busy everyday. We hope to make this trip and location an annual event.

This house was well-organized with very nice upgrades. While a bit out of the way for us with young children (we rented another home on the same street where the kids stayed) it was a trek for their parents on bikes. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood toward the North side. Overall this is a well-kept home and perfect for a family of 6 with kids in bunk beds.

Overall we had a successful family trip, and much of that success hinges on picking the right house, and this one is a winner! The host is very responsive, provided a lot of the things we needed, really went the extra mile. House is laid out beautifully, and the new garage floor upgrade is a great touch. The kids loved the bunk room, lots of giggles were heard and they all loved sleeping in the same room! Would highly recommend, and would definitely consider this a premier house rental in sunriver.

This house never disappoints! Our group has stayed here twice and hope to stay again next year. If this is the size of house you need, by all means rent this home. Everything about it is top notch! Beds all comfy, each bedroom has an en-suite, wonderful roomy kitchen, great location, perfect layout…..I could go on and on! Most rentals do not have adequate space to store the dry food brought from home. This home’s pantry is the best! Look no further. Rent this home (just not the weekend we want it). :o)

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Filbert Lodge! Owner provided great pre-instruction, wonderful communication during stay and helpful tips for inner workings of the house while there. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen appliances, tools, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable and amenities abundant. This was a wonderful home away from home for our family to stay for a great trip to Sunriver!

For the last 7 years the family has been selecting a place to vacation in the Northwest US or Canada. This house has clearly been the best of the group. Large spacious home with every item necessary to make the stay easy and welcoming was provided. The kitchen alone would make a five star chief excited. All the utensils, plates, pans, dishes, serving platters, were provided.
Since we had teenagers with us it was important to us to have entertainment for them. The passes to the swimming pool (which has water slides, tube slides and a lazy river, as well as an indoor pool in case it is needed), enough bicycles for all, a ping pong table, and a fooseball table, as well as a game cabinet with lots of games provided lots of options for at the house time.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean upon arrival and had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens.
Working with Carol, the owner, was very seamless and easy. She provided lots of pre-arrival information and the reservation process was smooth.
As I said this was by far the best location we have seen and if/when we come back to Sunriver this will be our first choice of places to stay.

We spent a week at this house & it was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for a group of 9. I really appreciated that the cabinets and light switches were labeled so you knew where to find stuff. It was great to have an EV charger too. We didn't need any gas for the few trips into Bend. Even the teens enjoyed the bikes, ping pong, games & puzzles. Seeing deer every morning/evening was an extra bonus.

This home is very well equipped and the layout is great. The bunk room works very well for the kiddos and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen dining living room is roomy and conducive for for multiple activities. The patio is comfortable with its large table that accommodates the whole group to eat at the same time. The hot tub was a hot hit also. There are many nice bikes and a Burley cart so even the toddlers can go for a ride. We also appreciate the electric car charger.

Our family of 6 stayed here (children age range is 1-7 years old). The house can accommodate even larger groups, but we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is clean and the beds are so comfy. The location is ideal for biking into town and getting up north to hike in Bend. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are plenty of supplies for cleaning. The bikes were great and there is a trailer for little ones! The house also has a perfectly clean hot tub, tons of board games, outdoor games in the garage. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken!

We stayed with our families (5 boys 9 years and under) and this was the perfect house and location. The host communication was amazing and it’s first time we ever utilizes SHARC passes which we’re all provided. A beautiful home with everything organized and labeled! Thank you!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Sunriver. Great location not too close or too far away from the Village. Perfect for our group of 3 couples but would also accommodate more with the bunk room. Thank you Carol for being an excellent host. We look forward to staying again.

This house fit our needs in every way possible. King beds and private bathroom in 3 bedrooms. Bunk room had its own bathroom as well. Lots of closet space. Convenient pantry. All the kitchen gadgets you would ever need. Fun board games as well as active games in garage. Hot tub clean and clear. Bikes in good shape. May only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

Great house of master bedrooms, clean, and lots of great bikes for family and kids. Cooked all our meals in the amazing kitchen full of everything we needed and more. Back patio was amazing to always have some sun or shade during the hot summer months.

Always a pleasure working with the homeowner. And the house is just perfect for our family. The house us clean and wonderfully stocked. The owner responds to emails promptly, even while we're there and offered to venmo us when the ice machine quit making ice for a while. I'll be emailing her now to reserve for next year.

This house was the best stocked house we’ve rented. It had everything from plenty of beach towels to crockpots. The games in the garage we’re a hit as was the hot tub. The 4 bedrooms were nicely situated for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. The bunk room worked out great for the kids.
The Manager was very nice and responsive, very easy to work with.

We had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home for 6 nights. We ate outside every night and enjoyed the fabulous kitchen with everything you need. Home was spotless and the communication from the owner top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family, 72 to 7 enjoyed the house for a week. Wish it was longer!. The kitchen was better equipped than mine, which was wonderful since we ate in multiple times. We did have pizza delivered also. The ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, hot tub, and bikes were all enjoyed. Deer came by each evening. The beds were very comfortable with a full bathroom for each bedroom. The laundry room had supplies. We did use the sharc passes and found pool not too crowded for 4th of July week. The only negative was the AC didn’t seem to go on upstairs but since it wasn’t hot at night it wasn’t an issue. and there were fans if needed. I would highly recommend this house with its great location and everything that you could need

This was the perfect house for our two families who stayed here over the Memorial weekend. It was clean, the location was perfect, it was spacious, and the host was wonderful to work with. We'd love to come back again for another visit soon!

Highly recommend, communication was incredible, house was furnished well. Only downside was two of the three kings have a very firm mattress, a mattress topper on one or both would’ve made the over all stay outstanding.

The home is fantastic!! Didn't know a main street runs behind it. The rooms are spacious, the interior of the home is laid out well! The appliance garage door fell apart the minute I touched it (which the owner was very understanding about. These types of things make me nervous!!). However, a frig compartment door was cracked, and the freezer door wouldn't stay closed. We found soupy ice cream! For the price, these items should've worked properly. All in all, a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. :)

This vacation home is outstanding....a group of 7 moms whose kids grew up together enjoyed 4 wonderful days here. This home is so clean, beautiful, well organized, comfortable...basically, it's perfect. Carol was wonderful and so helpful! We enjoyed the cruiser bikes and hot tub; it was so convenient to have those available to us. We're already planning our next visit!

All bedrooms had their own bath rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking appliance and equipment we needed. Out door BBQ was clean and worked well. Jacuzzi was clean and ready for use. Extras - bikes, ping pong, fussball and access to pool areas were a real plus.

This home is an amazing place to stay! The owner has thought of everything. Beautifully well cared for, kitchen well equipped, relaxing hot tub and great location. I hope we get a chance to return to the area and will definitely stay in the same lovely home. We loved the hikes in Sun River, the climbing and hikes in Smith Rock and Tumalo Falls, Three Sisters, and some smaller trails. What a fantastic vacation for us all!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Sunriver. The home (22 Filbert) is conveniently located near stores, bike trails, swimming, playgrounds, golf courses, etc. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac so there was no traffic noise and the children could safely ride their scooters and bikes in front of the house. The home is large and includes many amenities. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were great for our family and each group had a nice bedroom. It was unseasonably warm yet the home stayed cool and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and we ate exclusively at home due to COVID. Also, taking small children to restaurants is not fun!! The home also included bikes, foosball, corn hole, games for all ages, books, and ping pong! The washer and dryer were very nice and we did several loads of laundry while we were there. Also, the cabin came with many beach towels and free admission into the swim center for ten people each day. The manager, Carol, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. I highly recommend Sunriver and this home for a fun family vacation.
