First, the good...Recently upgraded. The countertops in bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful as was the flooring. The air worked great and kept the place cool. (not necessarily the upstairs although it was not bad). We have stayed at the Ledges in different condos many times. This one was not too bad but for the money we expected a little more..
Now the bad...not super clean...there was sand and hair in the hallway bathroom tub. There were lots of ants in the house by the sofa. When I went to move the end table to clean them out, it was filthy. Also, not nearly enough silverware and the pots and pans were few...no nice large skillet or medium size pots and no bowls for mixing (we had to go to Walmart to buy some). Also, we knew we were getting a condo that faced west in the afternoon so it was hot on the deck but they told us we could NOT use their retractable awning which made it difficult to enjoy the deck. Also told to NOT use the icemaker in the refrige so we had to go out numerous times to buy ice.
I will say this...if the awning was usable and there were plenty of silverware and pots and pans, and maybe a little cleaner, I would give this probably a 4.5 star.

We had a great family vacation with a few hiccups. When we arrived, I went to use the kitchen faucet and the handle fell off. Thank goodness there was a tool set in the laundry area and we were able to fix it. There was also a door stop that had to be fixed as well. The sliding glass doors in the living room area do not fully shut because the latch is broken. The sliding glass doors off of the master bedroom are not functionable. This condo sleeps 12 and has a very limited amount of bath towels for use. The kitchen was not fully stocked; very few pans and skillets for cooking.

We had a great time staying here over the weekend!
The place was very very clean. All of the furniture seemed new and just had a very modern feel about it. The view was great. We had a perfect view over the lake and were able to see all the boats coming and going. There were plenty of kitchenware and utensils for us to use. We would have liked a grill, but we understand they are not allowed because of the law.
A few of the other reviewers noted that the patio doors do not lock properly. That wasn’t a huge issue for us but it could be for some people. Parking may be an issue if you have more than two cars and they are all coming and going multiple times throughout the day. The walk to the overflow parking lot was not far, but if you had to use your car a lot, it could become frustrating.
Overall, we had a great time. All 10 of us slept very comfortably and had plenty of space to hide out if we wanted some privacy. The price for three nights in the middle of summer was very very reasonable for us.

The property was clean and had a nice swim beach and small pool. There was plenty of room within the condo for a multifamily trip which was awesome!
We did have several annoying things with this property- the sliding glass doors don’t close properly going onto the decks, the kitchen sink faucet kept falling off when turning on or off the water, the dishwasher didn’t work properly and there was no tv remote in bear bedroom. The top bedroom and loft were really hot and likely needed an additional fan to help cool it especially at night when trying to sleep.

Clean, but not worth what we paid. Good location to pool. Too many rules checking out. Upstairs was hot. Bugs and webs all over deck. Canopy didn’t work, so couldn’t enjoy deck in the afternoon. Sliding glass door didn’t shut all the way. Could barely cook a meal with what was provided. There was nothing to the pillows. Shower heads were terrible.

Pros: The condo was spacious, clean, and modern with beautiful decor. The kitchen appliances were all modern, clean and in great working condition. The area was amazing, safe, and a short distance to everything. The pool was very clean and the views from the patio were spectacular.
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable; some of the worst I have ever slept in. The kitchen was small and had a very poor selection of pans to cook in; fry pans were only big enough to fry one egg. The handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off. The tub in the bathroom in the hallway doesn’t hold water which is essential when you have little kids and need to bathe them. Both sliding glass doors are broken and do not close; the one off the master bedroom was so bad that you couldn’t open it or get it closed all the way after you opened it so the ants came in and we were infested; thank God my son had ant and roach spray in his car because my husband and I had to sleep with ants crawling on us for one night.
The listing does not mention that this is on the top floor with no elevator so if you have small children, elderly, or people that have a hard time navigating stairs I would not book this condo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges over Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were spacious and we had a great view of the Lake. We had fun at the two pools and the beach area. We will stay here again.

Excellent view from balcony of marina and lake. Nice weekend fireworks show. Less than 10 minute drive to state park with clean Sandy beach hiking trails convenient parking and restrooms. Close to shopping and movie theater. Complex had two pools and small sand beach area. Excellent communication with property management

The property itself is beautiful. Loved being able to see the lake and pool from the deck. The view was spectacular. Only negative about the deck is the heat in the middle of the day, to sit outside without shade. There is a gas grill which was nice in the evening to bbq. The inside was very spacious with all the bedrooms we slept 10 people very comfortably. Couches had nice recliners on the ends which were very comfortable. Was recently remodeled so everything looked great. Hot water was a little disappointing we had 7 girls and hot water lasted for one shower then had to heat back up. Kitchen though was great a good assortment of pots and pans and silverware. Coffee pot is a drip pot and had paper filters available. TP and paper towels were plentiful Outside in the complex it was quiet and friendly neighbors throughout. Stairs were definitely a challenge parking is on the 2nd floor as well as the trash bins. and this condo is on the 4th floor pretty tiring

Came down for Ozark Bike Rally had a good time. The boat poker run was same weekend loved watching the boats from the deck.
I will say upstairs bathroom needs some tlc and the bed is uncomfortable but overall nice place.

We had a great time. Spent most evenings at the pool or on the balcony. Kitchen appliances need updated. Had to purchase pots, pans and mixing bowls so I could cook.

Overall great stay
We had stayed at the Ledges before but not this particular condo. We enjoyed the space itself very much. There was lots of storage, good size rooms and the bathroom upstairs was perfect. The location is great for families going to the pool, the beach is a walk but it was fine.
One hour after arrival my 1 year old son's feet were black. This was very disturbing to us, I texted the property manager and she blew it off. That was a little disappointing.

Great view and had plenty of bedrooms for our extended family stay! Only thing I could add as a recommendation would be maybe some updated pots and pans. We cooked in a few times and what was there was not great to work with. Otherwise, great stay!

Great week at the lake!
We were traveling for a business conference. We had 11 people in our party and there was plenty of room! The owners provided so many extra amenities- cooking supplies, toiletries, you name it!!
The location is perfect!! The views of the main channel from the deck are wonderful. Picture perfect sunsets!!
There are two pools in the complex, and one sits directly under the condo.
Comfortable beds were perfect after a day of adventure.
We had an amazing week and cannot say enough good things! We will definitely return, the first chance we get!!

Property was just like pictures! Amazing views! Location on the lake was great! Condo amenities were awesome with two pools and beach area. Condo is a bit dated but overall satisfactory.

Nice condo
Great condo overlooking the pool and lake. Rented a boat across the cove and spent the day on the water with easy access back and forth to the condo. Would stay again.

Not clean and in need of maintenance.
The floors were so dirty my grandson’s feet were black after walking around without shoes. The kitchen table had not been wiped from the previous guest. The one bathroom toilet ran non-stop. The throw runs were so dirty we washed them ourselves.

Girls' Weekend Get Away
Everything was as described in the listing. I stayed there with my daughters and granddaughters. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. There is a nice view of the main channel from the balcony. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, lots of room, plenty of beds. Location was excellent. Pool was wonderful. Only issue was that two of the bed sheets were dirty. And we had an ant issue when it started to rain. But otherwise would recommend staying here again.

Great stay
We had a group of nine and the property fit ya well! It was clean and a perfect location to the pool. We cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen and were able to do so with all the pots/pans supplied. Would stay again.

Great Clean Condo with Beautiful View!
Nice condo that can accommodate a large family. Very clean, gorgeous view. Only cons: No Elevator, no ice maker. Would absolutely stay there again and we had a great time! Fabulous location on lake to get to many restaurants by water.

My 60th Birthday Celebration Dinner 🎂
The Road trip was wonderful...........the wide open land with Landscaping, Cows, Sheep's. Goats and Chickens, Awesome. We bought different houses and vehicle for fun. The Condo was Awesome in size and location on the Lake and shopping distance. We plan for 12 and only nine was able to attend. The Condo was clean and in order, all we had to do was crash and sleep. I will be going back again.

Nice condo
Great location and spacious! Everything was great. The only drawbacks we had were the WiFi and towels. We could connect to the WiFi but not the internet. The only way I could get service was to turn off the WiFi in my settings on my phone. The twins bedroom cable would quit working, we had to keep rebooting the router.
The issue we had with the towels was the lint when drying off. Even after washing the towels thinking they were just new didn’t solve the lint problem.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a wonderful weekend at the Magic Dragon.
