Great location on the beach. Large house in nice condition. Beautiful view. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and Rosemary beach/PCB. Would recommend for a big gathering!
Only issue we had was with stray cats on the deck furniture every morning and down on the main floor outside. Not sure what can be done about that though.

Family Summer Vacation
We loved the property, location, cleanliness and communication!! Only complaint is that there is only one small charcoal grill. For that size of home, there should be a larger grill. It took a couple hours anytime we needed to put something on the grill. Other than that, it was great!

Great family trip house
This house has plenty of room and uses all the space possible. The outdoor patios were great and all had an amazing view. The beds could have been more comfortable but other than that we have no complaints.

Amazing summer vacation
This place was great, clean, well designed and well decorated. Just 10 mins from Rosemary and 15 from Panama City Beach, so you can go check those places out if you want, but also have basically your own private beach. We will definitely be back!

Family Beach Getaway
Great house for a week long family trip. Clean and inviting. Plenty of space indoors and out. Having the heated pool was critical as the Gulf was still a tad on the cold side. Loved grilling on the Kamado Joe all week! Would definitely recommend the property
and stay there again.
Only feedback would be better communication about when the beach chairs/umbrella will and will not be set out given wind/weather. Dryer takes a while to dry. Neither can opener was functional. And definitely reiterate to folks that they'll need to hit the nearby Publix for essentials (trash bags, hand soap, TP, paper towels, etc. by day 2.

Great property!
Our family enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and spacious. The property manager was friendly and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the property. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our large family and the beachfront location made it very convenient with little kids.

Amazing beach house
Beautiful, spacious beach house right on the edge of Panama City Beach. We had 11 people with more than enough room. We actually 1 bedroom that wasn't even used. Ease of access to the beach, as well as the private pool were so nice. House was clean and well furnished. No one wanted to leave after our week was up. Would definitely go back.

The property is amazing - perfect for multiple couples, as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We paid for the heated pool, which at first felt like a lot of money but was well worth it. Great space, and the management was extremely responsive to all questions. We will definitely be back.

Wow!
This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean and couldn’t feel any sand anywhere (until my own family started dragging it in)! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was so amazing with 11 people staying there. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner with no problems and there were even Tupperware dishes there we could use for putting away leftovers.
The only negatives if we are going to be honest and picky, is that we found 2 roaches one night in a bathroom and another 3 roaches in the kitchen the morning we left. As long as they get this under control, there shouldn’t be a single reason not to stay here—it was amazing!

Ideal Beachfront Escape
This property was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The shaded pool felt so refreshing after being in the sun. The house is directly on the beach and it is in a low traffic area, even on a holiday weekend. We appreciated the decor and toiletries provided. We used the chair rental service and had some trouble with them, but it was resolved in a satisfactory way. I recommend this house and area!

Great house for my big family!
This beachfront home was an amazing place for my big family. Everyone had their own space and we loved being able to walk right out to the beach! The pool was a great place to cool off, and relax. Would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious House Right on Beach
Gorgeous oceanfront views, big house with good layout, comfortable beds, plenty of space for all, extra fridge downstairs. Good location between Panama City Beach and 30A, a few minutes from Publix (supermarket), CVS and more.
We paid for heated pool (in Aug). Was way too hot at first, then too cold, then just right. Paid for beach chairs and umbrellas to be set out daily, which was nice, although the timing varied. Also a couple people said they didn't have clothes storage in their room.
In all, the house was perfect for our multi-generaltional family get together and we really enjoyed our beachfront week in the Panhandle.

Family Vacation -2019
We gave our children the gift of vacation for Christmas 2018. Also invited a close family friend and their children to join us. We scheduled the Sun Daze for our beach visit in May 2019. Communication from HBR was great. We arrived and the home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The home provided plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy public areas and private areas for quiet. We had 8 adults and 9 children from ages 2 to 13. The pool was very nice. We paid to have it heated. The home is private and beach access is PERFECT. Home has 2 Refrigerators and an ice maker, 1 on the bottom floor which is great for waters/drink items to take to the beach. Restaurants/Grocery stores are just 10 minutes or so away. 2 Bedrooms have beach views, the other 4 bedrooms are very nice with nice bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk areas and we thought the beds above the beds were soo nice ! We are picky on decor. The decor was perfect for our taste. If there was one improvement suggestion, it would be that the chair rental company provide chairs that are full length. So that you can lay down and suntan. They only allow for sitting up, they do recline a tad. So if you want a tan on your back, make plans for beach blanket/towels. Such a minor thing, only mentioned to help someone plan. Our favorites times were watching the pelicans dive for fish into the ocean and taking flash lights and watching the little crabs on the beach at night. The dining table accommodates a large number, so we were able to play cards and trivial pursuit comfortably. We made a picture of us on the beach the last night.
We said a prayer of blessing and thanksgiving for the owner of the home for sharing their amazing property. It was a family trip we will always cherish.

Too bad
This is a beautiful home. Unfortunately as previous reviewers have stated the dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes and the walls are way too thin. We had neighbors that enjoyed loud music and talking (yelling) well after midnight. Considering one of the master bedrooms is right above their pool area we had to go find another bedroom across the home and in the front in order to sleep. On the main level their pool is directly opposite this home’s living room so at times their singing completed with our movie. If you are lucky enough to have more considerate neighbors, you will enjoy the home very much. It’s beautifully decorated and has room for all your groceries.

Great location and value!
Beach front is perfect. House location is perfect- 5 minutes to grocery store. The pool, hot tub and the Big Egg grill are great as well. Only issue we had was the dryer didn’t dry clothes well at all. Took 3-4 times to get a load of clothes to dry. We had maintenance take a look but it didn’t help. The house just needs a new dryer.
