The property was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The house was the perfect size and location for what we needed. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, and some cleaning that did not appear to have been done after the previous renter. There was a bad storm early in the week which left leaves and debris in the pool. However, our overall experience was great, and I would recommend this property to others.

Looking forward to staying there again. Air quality in the home was amazing. The view from the 3rd floor bedroom for sunrises was unbelievable. Everything we needed in a vacation except too short a time there.

It was a wonderful week. The house was beautiful with plenty of space and great views. The pool was an added luxury. We loved it. In addition the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Our stay at Sea Breeze in July 2024 was perfect. We were traveling with 2 families, a total of 4 adults and 5 kids ages 10 and under. The location is just one house away from the public beach access, which made the walk very easy for our families. The house is well laid out to accommodate 2 families. It was a perfect amount of space to allow for some separation, if desired. The house included a number of things that we have not had provided in the past, including a couple bikes, beach towels for all guests, good beach chairs, a propane grill (our prior houses only had a beach-style charcoal grill), and even laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property listing on VRBO includes a LOT of details that we found to be up to date. I would encourage you to read them all. Finally, the property manager, Jody, was SUPER responsive which made even the few questions that I had quick and easy. Thanks for another great year on SGI!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was as described in the listing. Jody was very responsive and easy to communicate with for the few questions we had. The pool was an added bonus and much enjoyed. Only downside was need for additional wash clothes for the quantity only allowed us to get through one round of showers before washing.

The house was clean and well stocked. The beach chairs were awesome. The manager was quick to reply and helpful when I had to change my dates. The beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the porch. Pool was nice. Did not feel too comfortable with the camera set up inside the home, it says they are not on but it felt invasive, it was perfect other than that.

My family and my parents had an amazing stay here! We loved the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. The Aloha room was so adorable and provided amazing views of the beach and the island. We enjoyed all the board games available on one rainy day. The pool bathroom and outdoor shower were a convenient bonus we didn’t even know we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

It was amazing!! The beach, the pool, the house, the LOCATION. This was the best place I have ever stayed at on St. George Island. I went to Anna Maria Island last year and came back to St. George Island this year. There is no comparison. There were some shark fishermen staying close by. At dinner time they would set up for the night of fishing. Twice we got to see there catches. An 8 foot Bull Shark one night and about a 6 foot Bull Shark the next day. I would love to come back next year. I hope my schedule permits it!!!

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful vacation home. Eight of us stayed a week and had plenty of room to separate or be together. The beach is as beautiful as we imagined, clean and not crowded at all. Beds were comfortable, decor was very warm and filled with beach motif. Pool was fantastic! We used it daily. The island itself is small yet with lots of things to do. Great restaurants such as Blue Parrot and coffee at Bayside Coffee was amazing. Lighthouse and gift shop was worth the time.
The Piggly Wiggly on island was small but had everything we needed.
One thing you should remember is host supplies 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person. I found out that is standard in the southern areas . So just bring what your family needs. Hope to stay again .

This house has EVERYTHING! The house has perfect sleeping arrangements of our family. Mama and Papa, daughter, husband and 3 kids! The kitchen is well appointed. We love the downstairs room with fridge and toilet so that no drippy , from the pool, trips upstairs to use the restroom or get drinks. The top small bedroom has perfect views of sunrises or sunsets. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys, beach towels, and plenty of start up paper and cleaning supplies. Just bring yourself! We have visited St George for many years and this is the best house we have ever stayed in. Thanks for a great week Seabreeze!

We enjoyed our time here, we lost a good pool day because the pool heater didn’t work, they promptly fixed it, but we did loose our best weather day at pool, the house has everything you need and the beds we’re comfortable

This property is everything that you need for the perfect vacation! Beautiful on the inside, easy access to the beach, good views, cozy furniture, kitchen is well-stocked, the pool is great, and the owner providing chairs, bikes, and beach towels is a fantastic plus. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice for our stay had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook. Very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets and views from the front porch. Nice Pool area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We spent a wonderful week with family in this relaxing retreat. We spent mornings in the easily accessible beach and spent afternoons in the refreshing pool. We also enjoyed touring the streets of St. George Island in the golf cart we brought. Advice, buy groceries before you reach the island.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze!! The house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room with extra space to spare for our group of 5. The house was super clean upon arrival which is very important to us! The pool was fantastic and the ocean views from the multi level balconies were amazing! The 360 degree view from the widows watch/sunroom/bedroom is really neat!! The house is stocked with everything you need and more! We cooked lots of meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the open layout of the main floor. Sea Breeze was perfect for us! I would recommend to anyone and we hope to return soon🥰

This beautiful home had the best layout for our two families. Parents stayed in main level bedrooms and kids loved their sleeping quarters upstairs. We will be back and hope this home is available for us when we are able to return!

This home was amazing! Whenever you stay in someone else's home you never know how stocked it is..but this home! Omg she had everything you could think of in the kitchen! It was perfect!!
The main floor is a complete circle with living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, laundry, and kitchen ( don't forget coffee bar!! ) 2nd floor is a bunk room with dresser no TV and King Master with walk out balcony. And those rooms share a bathroom. Master had baby items for use and 2 big closets and a vanity area! Top floor is the Aloha room with kitchenette and a trundle bed and tv and walk out balcony.
This home was absolutely beautiful and cozy! The owner was amazing!! I reached out to her a few time before and during our stay and she responded within the hour!
There is little framed notes around the house letting you know dos and don't and items they left for you to use. They also labeled the ligh switches around the house so you knew what controlled which room instead of guessing!
We usually don't stay at the same home twice on the island but this is one we would definitely repeat stay!

Excellent beach get a way
Jody was SUPER w communication and accommodations! She left no stones unturned- covered everything us beach lovers needed for an fun vacation w our big family. My teenagers enjoyed having their own rooms (w private TVs) and the little kiddos had so many options for bunk beds and the delightful Alhoa room.
The beach was just feet away and so easy to access. The front porch afforded a direct, unobstructed view of the gulf .
Plenty of space for all 8 of us! Kitchen was fully stocked - service for 10+!!
The bedrooms were great sizes! Plenty of room To relax and enjoy!
THE POOL was our favorite this trip!
Plenty of chairs, privacy, fountain was a nice feature, and lots of room for all of us!
Under the house was ample parking, bathroom and shower- was SUPER convenient to the pool deck. A full refrigerator, grill, bar, and tons of beach/pool toys!

Family Vacation 2021
We had such a great time staying at Sea Breeze. The house is beautiful and perfect for a busy family. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The house is well equipped and very clean. The pool was our favorite place, the little kids loved having floats to use, and the older kids enjoyed chillin out on the lounge chairs. The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach made it easy for early morning walks and late evening strolls. I can’t say enough about this place. Jody was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would come back to Sea Breeze and SGI in a heartbeat! Great place to vacation!

We could not of had a better beach house to stay at this summer. Our family grew from 6 to 10 in a matter of months and your home was perfect in every way, for the ages from 6 months to 92! Very spacious, beautiful views from the Aloha room and wonderful time sitting on the front porch we’re had by all! Very well equipped kitchen made preparing meals very easy! The pool was a wonderful treat especially after a long day at the beach!

This property was a wonderful place for a week-long Florida getaway. The owner supported our family fun with a sparkling-clean house, detailed instructions for using appliances and TV viewing, and "extras" such as pool noodles and floats. We were very happy here.

Great Beach House
Sea Breeze is a great place to relax with family. It is spacious and well stocked. Loved having the extra refrigerator. My grandkids loved the pool and there is plenty of seating for watching them swim. The two teens loved the aloha room. They also enjoyed riding the bikes around the island. Jody is absolutely the nicest owner. She was quick to respond to any concerns we had. I give her five stars. Until next year. Can’t wait!

Now we are spoiled. We absolutely loved this house. It was so perfect for us. We trailered our golf carts and didn’t use our vehicles but once to go over to Apalachicola. The pool was great as well. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxation, Peace and Natural Beauty
This property has the perfect layout. There is sufficient areas for gathering or privacy. The kitchen is well appointed with a fantastic blender for frozen drinks! The pool out back is perfect and placement provides privacy. The owner, Jody, was helpful and extremely accommodating regarding our pets. The one thing that is missing is a half bath by the pool. The king mattress is a bit too soft. A sweet home on SGI!
