House was amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures. Went for a bachelorette party and it was everything we hoped for! Quick and easy communication with the concierge who helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Had a great time! The house was clean and spacious and beautiful. Our host, Giovani, was very responsive and greeted us with chips salsa and margaritas. Gustavo was our main driver taking us everywhere we wanted and always responsive. We didn’t know that the beach was illegal to swim in so please be aware of that. However driver will take you to a different beach. Thanks for everything!

Great house for my family, perfect location and clean pool. Only downside was checking in they were not aware we had early check in which was approved before so we had to wait a couple hours and also they will need to preauthorize twice for incidentals since the hold only lasts a couple days so your funds won’t be available until about 5-7 days after each one they do. The property manager was really nice and helpful, had great communication the entire time, we were grateful for him.

Man what a place!! It was just as advertised, if not better! We had a group of 10 friends come stay here and had the best time! Everything was clean, well stocked, included beach equipment, and just overall couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend booking this place, you won’t be disappointed!

The property lived up to its description and then some. It was very spacious, with very private bedroom spacing. Pool and hot tub were perfect, and the chef service that was recommended exceeded our expectations. The maid service was excellent, just a great overall experience.

As the maid of honor, I had the pleasure of planning this trip along with another bridesmaid for a bachelorette trip and I must say it was BEYOND our expectations. First let me say that Kimberly, our rep was amazing and an absolute joy to work with. The property itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The definition of luxury. The neighborhood was breathtaking. The girls, and I loved everything about our stay from the villa to the beaches as well as the nightlife in Cabo. Ivan, the concierge was the perfect host and was there for us with literally ANYTHING we needed. The bride was so very happy and pleased. I would 100% recommend Cabo San Lucas Villa and I cannot wait to plan another visit!

We had a great stay at this property. After staying at many places in the Pedregal mountains I would consider this a very good family property. The property resides right next to a playground. It is good for adults as well. The general living area is large, but the bedrooms are huge! Master and guests have impressive size including showers and closets. Only issues with this property were the guys at the gate, they were very challenging to deal with at points. I expect this has to do with Spring Break, but was new considering we hadn't had issues before.

Everything was as stated except the rules of the neighborhood. The rules were way more strict than expected.

Very nice property in the gated Pedregal community. The service was excellent too - the folks at Cabo Villas were very helpful on the front end with booking a boat tour and in-house chef and offering all sorts of information, and once we were on-site, our concierge Hector was very attentive and great to work with. The one negative: it rained heavily during our first day/night, and the roof sprung several small leaks, but it wasn't anything a few towels couldn't handle.

Upon arrival we immediately knew our Cabo accommodations were perfect! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and within easy access to the marina. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and each room having a private bath made our large group comfortable. The property management was super accommodating and available. I would recommend this home to anyone seaking a getaway and relaxation.

Spacious and modern Villa in upscale Pedregal neighborhood. Villa looks as good in person as in pics! Centrally located to everything you need! Concierge Hector, was super helpful with anything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

All the rooms are beautiful and the property is quite large. Kids and adults all had a great time. “Surfer suite” should have pictures on website. There was no information about this room. We had one person cancel to go on this vacation and they would not have enjoyed this room.

From start to finish, I was blown away by Cabo Villas. Our house was nicer than what the pictures showed, which I didn't think was possible! It was such a beautiful house with plenty of space. We had a guy dedicated to my group throughout the entire process which made ordering taxis and food so easy. I had such a great experience and if I ever go back I will 100% use Cabo Villas. We loved the house but it was clear the house was also well-loved. I imagine it's hard to keep up with the demands of hundreds of guests renting the space but I would have appreciated if some of the furniture and spaces were in better shape. That said, the house was laid out perfectly for the number of guests. We loved having a pool and hot tub! I was fortunate enough to stay in the room with the en-suite featuring a huge walk in shower and tub -- that was great. The concierge team was helpful and accommodating. We're happy we splurged on having A Matter of Taste cater our dinner on Friday night, they were amazing. Alexandra Koenig the rep I worked with at Cabo Villas was so helpful, so kind and very thourough. I wish she could help organize all my group vacations! We can't wait to come visit Pedregal again !

Our stay at Villa de la Luz two years ago was so phenomenal that we have decided to do it again this year!! The services from booking with cabo villas to the property/vacation concierge are without question the best. They took care of, and even anticipated, everything that we may need regarding our vacation; all we had to do was show up at the airport. We were picked up and driven to the house and was greeted to an amazing reception including margaritas for the adults :). The house is spacious with large rooms and bathrooms. It is a great bonus to have the playground near the pool; the kids who were with us could enjoy the playground and jump in the pool to cool off. i am hoping, but have no doubt, that they can keep the standard of service the same (in fact cabo villas may just raise the bar).

Our stay at Villa de la Luz was wonderful. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the house looks even better in person than in the pictures! The only downside was that the sun never hit the pool during the time of day we would want to use it, so we ended up splashing around the hot tub most of our stay when we weren't at the beach. Everything else was perfect. Spacious rooms, each with their own bathrooms, and great location.

Villa de la luz was a perfect spot for our group of 9! The house is not only beautiful the spacious but ALL the rooms were large, each having a restroom, large closets and plenty of space for all of our belongings. Although this was an adult wedding party, this villa would be perfect for traveling with children as well since it so close the their playground. The area was so peaceful and quiet with incredible views. My experience with our person concierge was absolutely incredible!!!! Hector was great! He seriously made our trip so easy and convenient! The only one complaint I have is with the cellular service in the main guest room. I didn't have an issue anywhere in the house expect when I walked into the main master bedroom. I would still book this villa again in a heartbeat!

This is a great place to stay with a large group of people. We had a bachelor party with 10 people. The place is very spacious and each room had it's own bath/shower in it. The bedrooms are large enough to have 2 people sleep in each room comfortably. The living, dining, kitchen areas were also very spacious and 10 people could move freely and easily throughout the home without very cramped. The pool was wonderful and the spa was the icing on the cake. We BBQ'd every night and hung out around the pool most of the time. The ambiance was fantastic. Overall the home was very well decorated brought together a very appealing feng shui. Our groom loved everything about the home and our party as well. I would note, however, that there were some very minor issues: pool stick had no tips (made playing pool nearly impossible), and the spa wasn't working the first night (they sent someone 1st thing in the morning to fix it). I would defintely recommend this estate to my friends and I am definitely planning on staying here again in the future. We had a group of 10 that had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Villa de la luz. More than enough room and bathrooms for all. Our friend in the surfers quarters was happy without air and enjoyed being secluded to sleep in. The pool was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hottub. We cooked in the kitchen and it had everything you need (including coffee maker!) The walk to the beach isn't far, the climb back up wasn't too bad. Only thing was the amount of money we spent cabbing back in town, about 20-30 each time with that many people. Too far and steep to walk.

We stayed at Villa De La Luz. for a family wedding for 4 nights and there was a total of 6 adults and 2 kids in our party. Everything was as advertised. Full kitchen, great family room to hang out in with a flat screen TV and Pool Table in the adjoining room. The property manager was there waiting for us with margaritas and fresh chips and salsa. The maid came every day (although they listed every other day) and the place was spotless. We also used the washer dryer extensively. There is also a playground so it was fantastic for our 4 year old grandson. One cool thing is that both the kitchen doors and living room doors open up so that you have a true "outdoor" space when the weather is nice and then shut them and crank the AC when it gets hot outside. The best part of the villa (at least for us) is the private beach that is literally about a 2 minute drive. The beach access alone was worth the cost of admission. Stunning views with the rock scapes that Cabo is famous for. I will say that navigating the private community (Pedregal) that the villa in was a little challenging. Make sure you ask for a map from the security gate to the villa the FIRST time you get there. Once you do it a couple of times, its a snap. Or just cab it - it was way cheap and no stress to do it that way. We had a family wedding with multiple parties to attend that were in Cabo "proper." It was literally about a 7 minute drive from the villa to the marina for fishing and all of the "hot spots" we had for rehearsals etc. It was our first time to Cabo but it won't be our last! Check it out, especially if you have kids. The ONLY concern with this property was the pool. The pool and hot-tub were great but had a very dingy look to it. The pool had a swim up bar but there was some rust and age starting to show on it. IF the pool could be 'redone' to look new this would be a fabulous property. Especially for any traveling with children that would enjoy the playground area. It's a 3 star pool. . The villa, location, and staff are all 5 stars. Kurt and Cabo Villas would be 6 stars:) Even on a scale of 5!The worst part about traveling abroad is trying to coordinate everything. But Kurt Jennings and Cabo Villas were extremely helpful and trustworthy.

Overall the place is wonderful. Very spacious inside, with great outdoor space as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and had everything we needed. There is a huge dining room table and the rental company was able to arrange a chef to come cook for the whole group, it was fantastic. Fishing was very close and easy, golf would have been great, but we got rained out. So instead we enjoyed the house and hot tub. The pool was a bit green and there is not a lot of back-yard privacy, but otherwise the grill and outdoor space was great! While there is no ocean view from the house, the neighborhood has some spectacular vantage points and a few hiking trails to the top of the hill. I would strongly recommend this house. It was a great experience. Clean gated community, very close to downtown and the marina. However, do not plan to walk to and from the house. It's $3 per person in a taxi and it's quite an uphill climb.
