La ubicación es excelente. A 2 cuadras del metro. Restaurantes y supermercados y panaderías. Excelente para poder desayunar y hasta hacer alguna cena en el departamento. Muy bien decorado. La cocina es chica pero sirve. La ducha y el baño perfecto. Muy linda la terraza. Gran vista. Aunque era invierno no la usamos mucho.

Se escucha un poco los ruidos de los otros departamentos. Cuando salen o entran o si hay ruidos en el pasillo. Pero nada grave.

No geral o apartamento era bom, o atendimento também.

O apartamento precisava de uma manutenção. O banheiro é muito pequeno.

Deur was te openen met een app. Dat werkte goed. Appartement was compact, maar voldoende ruim voor 3 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. We zaten op de 6e verdieping wat boven een aardig balkonnetje had en een uitzicht over de hoge gebouwen in Barcelona. Het is wat oud, maar verder prima en schoon. Wat fijn was, was dat er al voldoende toiletpapier was en vuilniszakken en koffiepads.

We kregen pas om 10.45 de melding dat we om 10u de kamer in konden (hadden vervroegde check-in gevraagd). Beetje laat dus. Dat leverde behoorlijk wat stress bij ons op, want we moesten eigenlijk gelijk door en wisten ons niet echt raad. Aangezien we voor een dichte deur waren komen te staan, zijn we naar het kantoor van Sweet Inn gegaan, waar we dan de bagage konden droppen. Daar hoorden we ook dat we er in konden, maar ja we moesten door naar de Sagrada Familia (kaartjes op tijdslot). We zijn wel uitstekend opgevangen, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en ze hebben ons uit zichzelf ter compensatie een taxi aangeboden van het kantoor naar het appartement op het moment dat we dat wilden. Prima opgelost. Bereikbaarheid van het lokale kantoor (via WhatsApp) is prima. Een ander support nummer, meer generiek volgens mij vanuit de app, is een absoluut drama. Ik kreeg alleen maar gescripte standaard antwoorden in de chat die niet helpen en bovendien niet klopten met de werkelijkheid. Beter dus om het lokale kantoor te benaderen, althans vanuit onze ervaring. Overigens waren er maar 4 eettafel stoelen, terwijl er drie slaapkamers zijn en je dus meer mensen kunt verwachten. Wij waren met 5 personen.

Very good location. Big space, we need two rooms but we had four. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy contact with the host by phone and then what's app They have s luggage storage but you need to go to their main office which is ,4 stops by train and 9 minutes walk.. access to the flat was confusing at first but then no problems.

The pictures are completely different from what we get. There was no balcony. Apartment was outdated but clean. Double rooms was very small, one with the window to the sitting area. Air con was only on the sitting room. Was ok for us because the weather at the end of August was not to hot but I will not recommend for full season.

There's no AC in the rooms, we couldn't sleep there, stay away! Especially in the summer ☀️

The location was really good.

The air conditioning didn’t work well. The room temperature never went below 28 degree even if the air conditioner temperature was set to 16 degree. The light of the second bathroom didn’t work which was a bit annoying.

The property is in a quiet and central location. There were only 3 of us, but the flat can accommodate 7 people max. There were more beds and rooms than we needed. They provided slippers and cooking essential, which was a nice touch. The team was responsible and tried to address the concerns we had. There were 2 bathrooms but, unfortunately, the light was not working in one of them.

The flat is a bit dated, and the bathrooms were quite small. There's also poor air circulation. There is only one aircon in the flat and it is located in the living room. It was quite hot and humid during our stay. There were table lamps, but there weren't any wall sockets nearby, so they weren't useable.

The location and neighborhood were lovely. It is a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. It had a good range of cafes and shops nearby that you would not have to go far.

Provide daily cleaning options for guests who are staying there for longer. Advise them on where to dispose of garbage. The place has to provide basic manuals or contact numbers as well in case of emergency.

Nothing - this was the worst apartment/hotel I've ever stayed at.

- I didn't like ANYTHING about this apartment. - We left as soon as we could find an alternative hotel which wasn't easy at 11pm. - Front door code app doesn't work consistently. We're not the only ones with this problem as the front door was rigged to allow easy break in to turn the lock from the inside in at least 2 different ways - The site says there were 2 rooms with double beds and 2 with twins. There were actually 3 twins and only 1 double - Photos are clearly retouched - the photos look great. The reality is much different. - The apartment felt dingy and old. - There were warped floors near kitchen - There were multiple alive and dead horse flies inside. - The shower door was broken and fell off it's track easily. The metal on the shower and track was rusted - The apartment and the building were loud. It was right next to the stairs and lifts. Other tenants were loud. - We couldn't reach anyone for help - we tried to contact via booking.com, WhatsApp, and phone calls. - booking.com was ZERO help, they also couldn't locate the owners and wouldn't attempt to help us find another place. They kept telling me their policy was to allow owners 24 hours to return contact but this was ridiculous when the problem is that we couldn't reach them when we needed them. - Wi-Fi doesn't work - The locks on the front door and apartment door were dizzingly complex. - There was supposed to be a way to open the apartment door with a code and that didn't work. - One of the bathrooms is so small, there's literally no place for a hand towel, no place for toiletries bag. - The bathroom door/frame was so warped, the door couldn't close completely - The AC didn't work in one of the rooms.

You need to use an app, but the whole setup is very agreeable and easy to use. I absolutely loved the space and it was AMAZING value for dollar. Very easy to get around the city and tons of cafes and restaurants around the area

I have no complaints. This was the most spacious and well thought out place i stayed on the entirety of my trip!

a lot of noise in the building during the night. to many drank people that were disturbing and making mess in the elevator, so we have to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. the apartment was ok but some rooms were very small and not to many wardrobe to put our staff.

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower had good water pressure and hot water at will. The localization of the place is good, you can walk to a number of places. The main upside is the price but clearly this listing is an option to choose if you intend to mainly be outside and only go there to sleep.

It's a professional listing, the whole building is the same company and all flats are dedicated to short stays. The building is very noisy, and the flat was noisy. The noise insulation is bad (the lift stopped working one night and we could hear a constant beep from inside the flat during a long time...regular noise of some sort of machinery outside the building was also nearly constant... doors from the corridor...). The system of electronic keys is great...until it stops working in the middle of the night and you have to contact assistance and lose time and lose patience waiting at your flat's door. The place is your typical medium/low budget joint...nothing is really terrible but everything is worn out (aircon leaking on the floor, stains on the walls...all sorts of wear and tear ). I don't think I would book there again, even for the price.

The host and the fact that there weren’t enough beds. And the host argued with me telling me I didn’t pay deposit when I did. The front door lock wasn’t working and the host made us spend a whole night with the front door open, putting everyone at risk. We booked 8 single beds and only got 4. This is the worse experience I’ve had, absolutely shocking.
