Spectacular Townhouse Deer Valley
Questa è una residenza da non perdere nella Lower Deer Valley, a pochi passi dallo Snow Park Lodge ea meno di un miglio da Park City Main Street. Goditi lo sci meraviglioso e torna a casa da casa per terminare la giornata.
Questa meravigliosa residenza si sviluppa su 3 piani. Questa casa è perfetta per un gruppo più grande di adulti, due famiglie o una famiglia numerosa. La vicinanza a Deer Valley è incredibile. Nel raggio di un paio di centinaia di metri, sei allo Snowpark Lodge, e se anche quello sembra troppo lontano per camminare, c'è una navetta gratuita per portarti lì. Anche la vicinanza a Park City è eccezionale. Il condominio si trova a meno di un miglio dalla strada principale di Park City e 5-10 minuti in autobus dal resort di Park City. This rental is everything we wanted and hoped it would be. Comfortable, convenient to Snow Park Lodge, and accommodating for a fairly large group. It’s super clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The wood burning fireplace is a great feature. The private hot tub was nice to have as well after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

We come to Deer Valley every year for a guys annual ski trip. The house was perfect for us! It is walking distance to Deer Valley and fully equipped. The rooms are very large and had plenty of room for 5 of us. The hot tub on the side of the mountain out back was amazing! we also loved the large two car garage to pull in and have room for all our ski stuff and easy into the house. We will be back for sure! The communication was great and had no issues during our stay. Thank you for an awesome week!

Our group of 7 or 8 has stayed in this unit four times during the winter for skiing. The location is perfect, and the size of the unit works well for our group. Management has been very responsive. We would highly recommend this place.

Susie made the process very easy and we ordered groceries in advance. The unit was perfect for families and the bedrooms are well laid out and each with the own bathroom. We walked to the mountain (9 min walk to Snowpark Lodge), used the shuttle or bus. We left skis and boots at the base overnight. We took Uber to town and did not rent a car for our visit. Would consider again in the future.

This is about the fifth time we have rented 46 Potter Lane. The write-up calls it Spectacular, and it truly is. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. Five of us stayed there and had plenty of room to relax, take conference calls, do work, and just chill after skiing. The management is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return next year and thereafter.

This is our second year at this lovely property. It’s secluded and quiet but very close to Park City. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Susie was there quickly to completely resolve it. The hot tub worked great and was especially welcomed due to the snap of cool weather. We’ll be back.

For the second time we stayed at this lovely house for multiple weeks , location is great, house very comfortable.
Zero negatives.
Not to mention Susie, the mgr, is incredibly easy to deal with and available if you need anything.
Would not hesitate booking again.

We had 4 adult couples in this property and it was perfect! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. Susie was always quick to respond to our questions as well!

This house is fantastic. Everything is as advertised in the listing. We had no issues of any kind. Furnishings are nice and kitchen is stocked. Would stay again any time.

My family of five stayed here for five nights, and it was a truly fantastic vacation! The townhome is exceptional - clean from top to bottom, and a well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for our entire stay making dinners and breakfasts daily. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, board games to play, extra blankets for watching tv in the evenings, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of days of skiing. The proximity to both deer valley and park city is amazing, with a shuttle stop so close to the home we never had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back!

This is the 3rd or 4th year we have stayed at this house. It is truly spectacular. Very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The host, Susie Townsend is very accommodating. We couldn't ask for more. We'll be back.

This house is close to the Deer Valley base and was perfect for our group of 4 couples. This is a rare property that has en suite bathrooms with each of the four bedrooms. We are repeat customers, having stayed here twice before. The kitchen is well-supplied for people who like to cook. It was nice to be able to wash clothes as needed, and return home with everything clean instead of dirty. Susie, the Manager, was very responsive to everything we asked of her. We hope to return next year.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, lovely and beautifully decorated. It seemed out of the way and quiet but so convenient to everything we like about Park City. There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 more in the driveway, possibly more if the cars are small. We had visits from a squirrel in the pine tree in the front and a chipmunk by the side door. The hot tub worked great. Everything was in perfect working order. We tried the Deer Valley Cafe across the street and were so happy we did. The food was good and the view from the deck heavenly.

We stayed 5 weeks, and best described as we stayed very comfortably “ living in deer valley”.
The house matches the pictures well and there were no surprises in that respect.
Also the location could not be better.
The mgr Susie, was incredibly responsive both before and thruout the stay.
Our stay was just the two of us but clearly there is plenty of space for a larger group.
Kitchen is incredibly well equipped compared to other places we have stayed, for other things :- we lacked for nothing from cooking, to towels, to washer dryer, WiFi, cell, and tv entertainment. Like living in our own house.
Best indication of our satisfaction is our rebooking another extended stay in 2023

Perfect location
We had an awesome week at 46 Potter! The house has plenty of room and we loved all the bathrooms. The downstairs mud room worked so well for all the ski stuff storage. The location of the house is ideal and we loved using the DV shuttle every day going to and from the mountain.

Relaxing well appointed home - great location
2 families enjoyed a beautiful relaxing well appointed and nicely decorated town home on 3 levels .
The location is fantastic - walking distance to snow park lodge at Deer Valley base.
Home has a very nice modern kitchen with all amenities and cooking untensils.
Management company was easy to work with.

A five day oasis!!
Just turning onto Potter Lane always makes our group deliriously happy! And #46 was a continued delight. The four BRs are big and the beds are all so comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets abound, if you so desire. After a day at the slopes, it was lovely to sink into the steamy hot tub. A large basket of extra-large towels is at the ready as you step out. In the morning, the birds are twittering as you make a cup of hot coffee - lots of beans or K-cups were ready to go. The place is decorated w/a nod to cabins and deer and all of the chairs and couches made you just want to get cozy and play cards/games. Of course, there is ample room for all of the boasting and bragging rights regarding the day's runs. Using Deer Valley Direct makes getting there super easy. This place is so close that we walked to and from the hill on several days. From Susie's initial email to her closing one at check-out allows you to feel the care she has for each and every guest, and the care she entrusts in you as you enjoy her lovely, well-appointed place. What a treasure!

Excellent!
Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and made up with good linens. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped which was particularly important as we had our Thanksgiving dinner there and we love to cook. The table is not the same one shown on the listing but is a much better, square one that accommodates 8-10 people comfortably. This is a great place for larger groups and families.

Perfect location
Absolute gem of a place. Loved the hot tub and the ease of walking into Main Street or Deer Valley mountain. Super close to the St.Regis and hiking trails. Will be back soon

Mini-family reunion
This townhome was perfect for our family members. Three couple rooms and a great bunkroom for the kids. The layout was just right for gathering in living room or large balcony. Overall a great stay (except for the smoke) and great time. Thanks to Susie for being a great landlady!

What an amazing place!
We had a wonderful stay mid-May, 2021! The house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Susie endured a year of delay in our visit and was so accommodating in every way. The location is lovely and quiet, everything in the home so nice. Susie went above and beyond to round up a pop-up crib with sheets for our 2-year old granddaughter traveling with us. Thank you!!!! I would return here in a heartbeat. We were 3 couples and one baby--plenty of room for all and everyone more than comfortable.

Spring break getaway
Susie was just wonderful with the booking and details. The home was in a very convenient location to ski lifts/base lodge- definitely walkable. The accommodations were very comfortable, and we really loved the privacy of the hot tub after a long day skiing. We also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with all essentials! We would definitely stay here again.

Deer valley ski trip
Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The property was clean and well appointed, would definitely stay here again. I was skeptical about not having a car, but this property’s proximity to the bus stop made a car truly unnecessary. The DV shuttle made to and from the slopes a cinch, we came home from skiing everyday for lunch. Park City busses made getting to town convenient as well. We did Uber twice just to save some time. Overall we had another great trip to Park City and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect cabin
This cabin is nicely appointed, close to dear valley and the shuttle bus stop. Jacuzzi was awesome and the check in process was great. Great for multiple families. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had room to spare. Definitely recommend.

Felt like home!
We stayed 6 weeks here at 46 Potters Lane and felt very at home! Susie had the unit spotless and well furnished with absolutely anything anyone would ever need! She was available when we had a question early on and always said she would be available! This is by far the best rental we have stayed in during our 7 summers here in Park City. We will most definitely stay here again! Or we would stay in any of Susie’s units! Her management skills surpasses any.

Wonderful week at Deer Valley
Eight of us from the east coast, staying our 2nd year in a row. Wonderful house. Fits our needs perfectly. Easy access to the mountain and to Park City via public transportation. It was a bit crazy on the mountain when the avalanches closed nearby resorts and everyone came to D.V., but that was unusual. Even so, the skiing was great. Had a wonderful time. The house is super convenient, and very well arranged. Kitchen is well-stocked with all tools, appliances, and conveniences. Would love to return.

Centrally Located Luxury Townhome
Centrally located townhome close to DeerValley/Park City on shuttle route. 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths,hot tub, large gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, mud room at garage entry with boot benches for ease of off loading ski equipment. We had a group of 8 guests and found this luxury town home extremely comfortable and well equipped. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the management. We would rent this property again.

Great place, made for a relaxing ski vacation!
Nice and relaxing home. We were always happy heading straight to the unit to unwind after a day of skiing. We were 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is clean and well maintained. Also, location is very convenient for both Deer Valley and Park City.

Perfection in Deer Valley
My best girlfriends and I had the most extraordinary time in Park City/Deer Valley this winter - and much of the credit goes to this beautiful & cozy townhouse nestled walking distance from both Deer Valley mountain and downtown Park City. Six of us had the trip of a lifetime - skiing, watching films at Sundance and much of our time was spent cooking and relaxing at this phenomenal home - with views, hot tub, fire place, amazing kitchen and cozy beds - who could ask for more?? We didn't feel crowded and with four bathrooms and six women - it was out of a dream! Susie was extremely helpful with tips for things to do, shopping, etc....and when we urbanites from New York City & LA could not figure out how to work the fire place or hot tub - she came to our rescue! Highly reccomend and will book here again in the future.
