Waterfront, movie theater, kayaks, fire pit.
Proprio sulla spiaggia del sole. Questa grande casa ha tutto! Confortevole posizione sul lungomare con vista libera sull'acqua, sul Monte Rainier, a Seattle e sulle Montagne Olimpiche.
C'è un mazzo proprio fuori dalla zona giorno principale. Goditi magnifici tramonti, uccelli, acqua e montagne. Prendi il tuo libro o bevanda preferito e rilassati sulle sedie a sdraio o guarda lo spettacolo della natura di aquile calve, aironi blu e aironi bianchi. C'è anche un'area erbosa situata proprio di fronte al ponte per i più piccoli (e quelli più grandi!) godere.
Rimarrai affascinato dalla marea che si fa strada dentro o fuori. Non c'è assolutamente nulla di simile alla spiaggia e ai nostri ospiti piace esplorare la spiaggia! Durante la bassa marea puoi passeggiare per ore e durante l'alta marea, le opzioni per gli sport acquatici sono infinite ... kayak (ne forniamo 2) e nuoto. Ci sono anche vongole, pesca e crabbing.
Abbiamo arredato la nostra casa pensando al comfort. Il piano principale di concetto aperto ha mobili di ceramica Barn. C'è un salotto fuori dalla cucina, una sala da pranzo, una stanza di polvere e una sala multimediale che ha un grande divano componibile, TV 70 "con Netflix e una sedia reclinabile di grandi dimensioni in pelle.
Accanto alla sala multimediale del piano principale c'è una cameretta / sala giochi in stile "forte" con 3 letti singoli, giocattoli e giochi.
La camera da letto principale e il bagno privato si trovano al piano superiore della casa. È l'unica camera da letto al terzo piano. Dispone di un letto king size con lenzuola di buona qualità e una grande vasca da bagno.
Il piano interrato diurno ha tre camere da letto e due bagni completi.
Camera da letto n. 1: include un letto matrimoniale e un ripostiglio personalizzato con un armadio;
Le camere da letto n. 2 e n. 3 hanno ciascuna due letti singoli e un armadio;
La casa è di circa 3700 piedi quadrati, con 5 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, due camere familiari e un piano piano tutto in una soleggiata esposizione a sud.
La nostra casa è a 90 minuti da Seattle, incluso lo spettacolare giro in traghetto (in auto). Siamo a 12 minuti dal traghetto e 12 minuti da Langley. Whidbey Island è un paradiso bucolico che ha molti negozi interessanti, locali, gallerie d'arte, negozi di antiquariato, giardini e ottimi ristoranti tra cui il ristorante di classe mondiale all'Inn at Langley.
Ci sono escursioni, golf, equitazione e noleggio di biciclette, kayak e barche; un'abbondanza di attività per tutti. Non trascurare i numerosi parchi statali e in particolare la vecchia passeggiata di crescita a South Whidbey State Park. Ci sono molti festival stagionali e due mercati contadini.
Il check in è alle 16:00 e il check out è alle 11:00. Sono ammessi cani con un supplemento per animale domestico. Abbiamo una tariffa di noleggio bassa, quindi famiglie di piccole dimensioni possono soggiornare e addebitare una tariffa aggiuntiva per persona per gruppi più numerosi.

We spent a week on Whidbey in this rental with our daughters and their families including three five-year-old granddaughters. At the end of our stay one of them said, “I want to stay in the Whidbey house for 10,000 days.”
The home is clean and well appointed. We had a brief problem with a fuse that blew but were able to reach the owner and quickly resolved it. Our three granddaughters - without consulting any adult - settled themselves in the room over the garage with the three single beds. It was the perfect space for them. The master bedroom was quite comfortable. The other bedrooms are in the lower level which is basically a basement. They do have the slightly musty smell that seems to be part of every beach property. They worked well for us. When inside we spent most of out time in the open kitchen-dining-sitting space that faced the beach. The beach access was great. Watching the tide come and go was lovely. We saw otters and eagles and bunnies and lots of other wildlife. The paddle board and kayak that go with the house were great. If you have younger children, it would be best to bring your own life jackets.
I have difficulty with stairs so the front entrance was intimidating. However, there is a side door and a much more gentle exit on one side of the house.
I have to agree with my granddaughter, I could stay in the Whidbey house for 10,000 days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great home on Whidbey. The location on the water was amazing! Lots of beach to explore at low tide, and the kayaks were put to good use as well. The home itself was very clean, organized, and spacious for our group of 8. The host was very responsive with communication too.

Great place to build memories. We were a party of 10. Five adults and five kids ages 12 - 3. It was wonderful to let the kids play on the beach as we watched from the deck. Well appointed home with great open kitchen.

The beach here is absolutely incredible. The house is very clean, attractive and comfortable. There are games and a theater room, and of course you’ll want to spend as much time as possible out back on the water!

We had a great time with kids and grandkids. Great open spaces to gather. Well supplied with games, puzzles, books and toys. Very nice upstairs suite for the grandparents. Lots of fun exploring the beach with the grandkids. Thank you.

What we loved about this house was that we could see the beach from the living room so even in a cold day when our kids wanted to play outside we could still easily keep an eye on them. Stunning views and sunlight all day.

Seven women thoroughly enjoyed the gathering space on the main level.. for dining and playing games on the large table, with a perfectly sized kitchen for ALL of the food we brought.... and cabinet area beautifully marked for locating kitchen supplies... and putting them away

We had a wonderful stay with our family here. The kitchen is very well stocked, the living/dining area is comfortable and the views are magnificent. Our family enjoys playing music together and the basement room was perfect. I would happily come back and do it all over again!

This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space to gather comfortably. The location on Useless Bay is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit as we watched the bay activity. The location is also convenient to a grocery store. Thank you for sharing your lovely home😊

Some of our extended family stayed at this home during a visit to Whidbey Island for a cousin's wedding. The house was charming and as described. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning. We took out the kayaks on a lovely paddle (although, it's worth it to mention that kayaks are not really an option until early afternoon and the tide comes back in!)

The property was great and the owner was very flexible and responsive. The VRBO log in process to communicate with owner was not great however direct communication worked far better with the owner. Also vrbo sent unsolicited advertisements for services not asked for.

We had 11 people at the home. The house was more than we expected. The adults and kids loved our stay. The Useless Bay is amazing especially of you have children we could walk out quite a distance during low tide and even when the tide was in the water was still maybe 4 feet. Just perfect. Family loved the availability of the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely look to revisit this one. Thank You - The Ramos Family

We love this place. We play on the beach, go kayaking, go see the tidepools, and have the best time. Cool basement bedrooms and beautiful updates. Great kitchen for big family dinners and a big dining table. We will definitely come back!

The homeowner is very accommodating and easy to work with. My kids and friends had the most incredible stay. Kayaking, swimming, fires, walks, sunsets, sunrises, it was just a magical experience we will always remember. A great way to celebrate the end of the school year! I highly recommend this as your next vacation spot!

The house was really clean and tidy and the views are just incredible. Just a few short steps to Useless Bay. There was a super low tide and we were able to walk a long way out on the mudflats and saw hundreds of sand dollars. When the tide came back in, my husband took out a kayak and had fun interacting with a seal!! We can highly recommend.

Communication with the host was friendly, helpful, prompt, and unobtrusive. The place was clean and well-stocked. The location is breathtaking. Right on the waterfront, where you can watch the tide come in almost to the house and recede back for miles to expose gorgeous vast expanses of fine sand and marine life. We all had a blast!

We were hoping for a water front home with beach access and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids, ages 11, 13, and 16. Kitchen was large, extremely well equipped, allowing several to work at once. 5 bedroom s and 3 1/2 baths were ample. Although one adult was unable to
Join us., the 7 of us never felt crowded. The theater room was a blast, and the cold evenings frequently found us there.
Only downside would be the steeps-into the house, once inside to the 3rd floor and master bedroom, and, to the lower level with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and theater room.
Would definitely stay here again.

We lucked out with beautiful October weather and amazing calm waters for spectacular kayaking. House had lots of rooms and we were able to cook and also check out local restaurants. Beautiful spot. Would stay again.

Fabulous beach house!
The perfect beach house for large groups/families. Lovely, private beach-front and owner provides kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained, wonderful rural landscape. We will be back!!

A beach gem
Spent 4 days with the wife and our so, daughter with her 2 grandkids. Hose is well equipped and has something for everyone. Beach access and view were great. Grandkids had a blast exploring and we enjoyed the big screen theater at the end of the day. Hosts were helpful in assisting with some changes. Will go again!

There was good communication between the guests and the manager. We could not find fault with anything other than the uncontrollable weather, but that’s Washington!

This was a perfect getaway. The kids had a ball on the private beach. Driftwood, shells, sand dollars galore. When the tide went out we could walk the flats. Watched a family of eagles, watched the seagulls dropping clams. Always something to see and do.
The kitchen was much better stocked than the listing shows. Instapot, rice maker etc. all in the kitchen cabinets so not visible in the pictures. Speaking of pictures in the listing, they were very accurate.
Lots of things to do within a 20 minute drive, if you want to, we went to a chocolate “farm” and took a scenic drive along the bay.
Definitely planning to return,

Perfect Get Away
The house was perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked and the house was spotless. At one point we had 6 people staying at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the movie theater! And the view was spectacular! And the homeowners were really quick to respond to our questions. Overall, it was a perfect vacation and we hope to rent it again soon.

Multigenerational vacation
Took my 20 year old and 24 year old kids, along with my 82 year old mother on a last hurrah vacation. Kids are getting older and moving on with their lives and mom's health is declining.
We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. After the sun went down, everyone had their own space to retreat to or we gathered for movies and popcorn in the theater room.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Great family getaway
Great house for a family getaway. Plenty of bed and baths. Three large areas for people to gather, our cavity was the kitchen, living and dining area with a lovely view of the water. Property was clean, well stocked and owner very prompt with her replies.
