Remodeled for 2024, Ski and stay at the BEST ! Private Hot Tub, 100yds to ski!
Rimodellare appena completato e tutto pronto per la stagione sciistica 2014-2015! Situato nel Bldg A di Powder Run, siamo la struttura dell'armadio per l'accesso alla Deer Valley, situata proprio accanto alla funicolare e 150 dal condominio allo sci!
Bellissimo condominio 1500sf con 2 ponti con vista sul Deer Valley Resort. Entrambe le camere sono grandi Master Suite. Abbiamo eliminato le vecchie vasche idromassaggio che si trovavano nel mezzo di entrambe le camere da letto, e invece abbiamo riprogettato il bagno principale per includere sia una cabina doccia e un centro benessere privato come vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi al chiuso e nella privacy della vasca dopo una buona giornata sulle piste.
2nd Master ha sia un letto matrimoniale che un set aggiuntivo di letti a castello per bambini !.
Entrambe le camere da letto, alomg con la camera familiare, dispongono di TV a schermo piatto per offrire a tutti anche le loro aree temporali.
Ho appena acquistato un immobile nell'aprile 2013 e fatto COMPLETE rimodellare l'autunno 2013. È come una nuovissima casa modello. Nuova cucina, elettrodomestici, pavimenti, vernici, mobili, bagni, tutto funziona! Persino la nuova Jacuzzi Spa su uno dei 2 ponti che si affacciano sulle Deer Valley Mountains!
Il condominio include WiFi e via cavo, tutta la biancheria da letto, la biancheria, completamente arredata per una fantastica vacanza in famiglia o in gruppo.
Siamo situati a Bldg 'A', che è il più vicino, a soli 50 metri dal resort! Siamo più vicini al parcheggio del resort!
Abbiamo anche un parcheggio sotterraneo custodito e un armadio per gli sci personale per il vostro uso.
Il servizio di autobus gratuito di Park City per altre località, Park City e The Canyons, parte ogni 30 minuti, e anche a Park City per l'intrattenimento notturno.

Great location in Deer Valley. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer. All the listing details were accurate. Loved the balconies for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Indoor parking was great, especially in Park City where parking is scarce.

Good size, well appointed condo close to some of Deer Valley ski lifts. The outside patios of the condo were not cleaned during our stay. The inside was clean. Instructions for the condo and communication with the owner were good. We were a bit disappointed by Deer Valley as there is no shop or store. Everything happens in Park City which is not walking distance but is easily accessible by free buses. The ski area is nice and does not allow snowboarders (a plus for us) but lift tickets are expensive ($249 for one day) as well as private ski instructors ($1470 for a day).

Great location. Nice clean and spacious condo. Hot tub was great and worked perfectly. Worked in tandum with a grocery company so that my order for groceries was there when we checked in. Owner/operator was SUPER responsive

Can't use ship sticks or accept any deliveries
They don't supply soap and shampoo (a little weird for such a beautiful property)

Perfect place to stay if you want a property close to deer valley with the easiest access to the lifts. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and Steve was prompt with his communication. Everything was seamless and will definitely be staying here again next year.

We had a great stay at this property. We love the location - close to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis - making getting to and from the slopes every day really easy and near restaurants that we could walk to. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing.

Our family of four had an outstanding ski vacation at this powder run condo. It was close enough to the slopes so that we were able to sneak away each day for a quick lunch in our condo. The new renovations were outstanding, and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 and Grandma. We will definitely be back.

The location is ideal. You can’t get closer the the lifts and so convenient to restaurants and shops.

We ski in DV every year and this was our first stay in Steve’s rental. He was super responsive and accommodating. The rental is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment and more, and the hot tub was spacious. It’s conveniently located to the lifts and the views are stunning. The bathrooms have heaters and wood was provided for the fireplace in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in this rental again next year. I highly recommend this rental if you want convenience to the lifts, nice accommodations, and are particular about cleanliness.

We had an amazing week in Deer Valley and thoroughly enjoyed Steve’s Powder Run condo. We stayed at this condo eight years ago and selected it again for our return trip to Deer Valley. During our recent stay, it snowed non-stop and this condo was ideal for easily getting to the lifts…we just walked next door! Skiers who were off-site had difficulty with transportation due to road congestion and heavy snow on several days while we were there. Other things we love…the condo is well-provisioned with new appliances, a beautiful wood burning fire place, covered patio with grill and hot tub. We like to cook most of our meals at home and this condo has everything you need to do that. We enjoyed grilling out - steaks and hamburgers. We also enjoyed cooking meals on the gas range and even cooked chili in the crock pot. Anything we needed was there. A hot tub is a requirement for us and this condo has a great hot tub that is sheltered which was a plus with the constant snow fall and wind…we enjoyed Apres Ski every afternoon! Overall, this is a great place and we feel very much at home there. Steve is an awesome host and great communicator. He was in touch multiple times before and during our stay. Love this condo!

Perfect condo with convenient walk to deer valley base
We truly enjoyed our stay!!! The kids ages were 3,7,8 and the guest room was perfect for them. It was spacious condo, easy walk to the base, enjoyed the hot tub. Truly enjoyed and hope to visit again!!

Perfect family vacation!
The property is perfect for a family of 5, very spacious, well equipped, clean and conveniently located next to Deer Valley Resort base camp. The heated jacuzzi is a plus and is very well maintained! Will definitely want to stay here again! Also, Steve responded very quickly when we had doubts.

Above expectations
Super nice property adjacent to St Regis and ski lift / summer concert area. Town shuttles and St Regis elevator no problem.. Two porches, grill and hot tub bonus. Plenty of room. Over all, if your wedding is at St Regis or Skiing or Summer concert. Look no further. Garage parking a plus!

Deer Valley Spring Ski Trip
For the most part the property was described accurately. It is not a ski-in-ski out property, but we were able to walk in and walk out with ease. The ski locker was helpful. Host was prompt to answer our questions and concerns.

First time in Deer Valley and takes awhile to figure out best way to go to Park City.

Comfortable stay close to lifts
Property was larger than it looked on pictures. It was well stocked and great amenities (hot tub on balcony, wood burning fire place, tub in master).. Location was amazing. We could see a ski run from the living room.

Walkable distance to Deer Valley Resort
Great location. Very close for skiing. Nice wood fireplace. Overall good layout for 2 couples (4 people). Hot tub needed to be cleaned and was small for 4 people (for a place that sleeps 7). Felt like a 3 man hot tub. Fortunately we were good friends and squeezed in. Owner was responsive to our inquiries. Was able to get hot tub serviced. Thank you Steve for very helping us with that. Was one of the main reasons why we rented the unit. Private hot tub with ski in and ski out available.

Great location... Awesome stay!
The location can't be beat at the base of the mountain. Less than 5 min walk to ski school and lifts. The building is older typical and the hallways outside the units are cold (not heated), however the condo has been updated nicely, was very clean, and we had no problems getting in, parking, etc. Parking was actually a coveted commodity at the end of our stay as the international freestyle competition brought a lot of traffic in those days. We enjoyed the festivities and not having the hassle of shuttling, parking, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked, even had a crock pot, blender, Keurig. We enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub and outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes.
A few minor things to consider for improvement: The living area is rather drafty as the fireplace flue is stuck open. Not sure if that is intentional or not, but it needs to be maintenance and made functional for heat conservation. We made several fires in the evenings as the temps were in single digits some nights, which kept us toasty. I would also recommend replacing the carpeted areas with same/similar hard surface flooring like the rest of the house, as it's getting some age on it. I think there should also be some extra bath towels added. A mat or something should be placed under the hot tub steps as they slide very easily and are potentially dangerous for exiting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and another fantastic stay in deer valley! We would stay here again, especially for the awesome location, and highly recommend it!

Great stay at Powder Run
We found the condo to be extremely convenient to the Snowpark Lodge, which was the drop off location for all of our ski school activities. The space was great. We traveled with 3 children and all were very comfortable in the one second bedroom due to the full size bunk beds and the separate full size bed. The hot tub was in perfect order as well, making for perfect apres-ski relaxation! Would definitely rent here again.

We really enjoyed the property, the hot tub, access to Snow Park and the children’s center, the fireplace, kitchen and bunk beds. The owner is super responsive, would highly recommend! The showers have good pressure too.

Great location and unit - poorly maintained
This condo is beautiful and well-located next to the St. Regis and Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. Poor maintenance greatly detracted from the overall experience. Apparently, maintenance was not able to work on the condo because they were busy with other properties after the Sundance Film Festival. I think Steve, the condo owner, is just as frustrated as we were that his maintenance company did not address these issues. Three out of five lights in the side bathroom and two out of five lights in the master bathroom do not work. We did not use the master bathroom WC during our week's stay. The fireplace flue was stuck in the open position, letting in a cold draft in the living room/TV area. The humidifiers have not been cleaned in months and are growing mold on the filters. The maintenance person eventually came one evening before dinner, but did not bring any tools to open the light fixtures. He only brought spare light bulbs, and was unable to fix the lights. The maintenance staff said they would be able to return only very early in the morning between 7am - 8am which is not compatible with our idea of a relaxing vacation.
Once maintenance is up to date, this condo will be wonderful and well worth a visit. However I do not recommend this condo until maintenance has done its job.

Great condo in walking distance to Deer Valley Ski Base!
We were very impressed with the property. The pictures don't do the condo justice.Very clean and much larger than I would have thought. Loved the large living room, full kitchen and wood burning fireplace (with a gas starter). Best part was how close it is to the bottom of Deer Valley Ski area. We left our gear overnight at the ski valley because we have 2 young kids but it would be an easy walk even in ski boots. Highly recommended!

Location Location Location
If you are skiing Deer Valley, it is hard to beat this location. The place is fine. Pictures are accurate. You are about 100yards from the lower Deer Valley lodge, and about 50 yards to the funicular (tram) that goes up the mountain to St Regis. It worked great with kids to get to ski school was a short walk with all of their jackets etc on.
