La casa ha anche un divano letto queen size completo di toppers in gel da 3 "che consentono feste fino a 8 persone. Includiamo anche un pacchetto e giochi per famiglie con bambini piccoli e possiamo fornirne di nuovi se le famiglie hanno più di un bambino.
Il piano principale, arioso e aperto, comprende cucina, zona pranzo, soggiorno e ampio patio coperto con cucina esterna. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 8 persone più altre 4 al tavolo esterno lanai o 4 al bancone della cucina espansiva. Rilassati e divertiti guardando la tua squadra sportiva o un film con i bambini dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia sulla grande TV 4K da 65 ". Goditi i film e le selezioni musicali sulla soundbar, guarda la partita o rilassati con un film del nostro NETFLIX o Apple TV gratuito.
Il lanai al piano principale coperto, attrezzato con barbecue, sedie a sdraio e zona pranzo è un luogo perfetto per godersi tutto il giorno. Guarda i golfisti e in molti giorni ascolta i suoni distanti delle onde dell'oceano.

Our family had a wonderful time at this well maintained and provisioned home. We particularly liked having a well-stocked garage with everything we needed for both adults and small kids to enjoy the beach. Loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club where we visited each day.

Paradise in Hawaii,
Not sure, I would recommend this place to anyone. The experience I had was horrible and the results of trying to figure out a solution was painful. This trip was very difficult for me to manage as my mother of age 84 has Terminal Cancer and simply wanted to make one last memory in Hawaii with her granddaughters.
I selected this place because first she can't climb stairs and needed Walkin shower which worked. However, one of my nieces who has special needs required her own room. This left us needing two people to sleep on the pull-out couch which was broken. (See Pictures Below)
As we reported this within 15 minutes of our arrival, I received nothing to change the situation for that first night. My wife and I slept on the floor. It was stated that a roll out bed was going to be delivered but I guess not until the next day. I mentioned we needed the couch fixed or a two-person bed and was told no.
The response I received was that with 6 people staying there, three bedrooms should have been plenty of room. My response was clear that our sleeping arrangements required that we have what was posted as available. Because it was clear I was getting nowhere with the situation I had no other alternative but to book an additional location for sleeping arrangements. This was an additional cost of $1800, which was the least expensive place I could find.
Additionally, I had to travel several times a day back and forth from Waikoloa Village to care for my mom as I am her main care giver. The experience for her was heart breaking and extremely frustrating for me. I asked for some monetary concessions to help offset the extra cost we were forced to incur due to the unexpected situation. Instead, I was told no.
I was your customer and I believe if you place yourself in my situation and review the facts, you will clearly see your company, or the homeowner failed to remedy the situation in a timely manner. The situation with a pull-out bed that clearly is stated in what was available for our stay was not available. I believe this shows negligence on behalf of your organization or the homeowner.

Staff responses to several issues(see summary)very poor.
1. Entry code would not work upon arrival. After 2 text, 2 phone msgs. reply received by text that code had been recoded. The amount of time from concern to reply from property manager almost 1 hr. This all happened in the evening and fortunately we had other family at The Shores at Waikoloa let them come and stay for awhile.
2. My family informed me on day 2 that dishwasher leaked, refrigerator warm, garage door opened with remote, however, had to close manually.
Found all of the above very unacceptable as well as replies to my text msgs. Answer to malfunctioning items: “prior guests never said anything.” I felt that response was inappropriate.
Emailed actual property mgmt. individuals, Jeff & Susanne. Never have received a reply.
Very unprofessional, would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great stay!
Great property, loved all of the garage toys. Very clean and close to the pool. A short drive to the beaches, but not really feasible to bike there if your not packing light. The rooms were tidy, and the basics were all there. Including an arrangement of spices from last renters, we added some salt of our own lol.
Only concerns was there was no mattress for the pull out bed in the living room. We ended up disassembling one of the layers of the king mattress, and using that, which kinda worked, but it didn’t quite fit. Also, there was a baby gate listed, but we couldn’t find it anywhere.

Second visit to this community and same floor plan (different building). Building 11 is an outstanding location: private, quiet, beautiful views of the golf course.
Unit 1102 is way oversold versus other units ending in x 02, within the Fairways. First the management company, did not live up to their marketing statements. Poor attention to details and at times completely non responsive. Missing bath & hand towels, workers showing up within an hour of our arrival, no rice cooker (one was delivered a couple of days later), shower soaps empty, tile floor grout was filthy, sheets with blood stains. I’ll stop, you get the point.
Unit 1102 was not much better. Mismatched furniture, extra firm mattress (yes the type that makes you sore in the morning for all adults), well worn carpets, unpainted plaster patches throughout the unit, upstairs tv not connected to cable (therefore no tv upstairs except for DVD), mismatched dish sets, overall a poorly equipped kitchen. Better plan on eating out or eating off the gas grill. Compared to other units in the community that are similarly priced, 1102 owner/management either needs to reduce their daily rate or completely update and fix the issues.
We will return Mauna Lani, but not to unit 1102 or use Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes LP.

Quiet location, beds were comfortable very easy check in process and responsive management. Good location. Kitchen doesn't have much in the way of good pots and pans, plates etc so if you're into cooking this isn't the place for you.

Great condo in a well maintained development.
The condo is beautiful and located in a quiet spot on the property with nice views from the patio. The house has everything that you could possibly need - cooking equipment is good quality unlike many other places we have rented. Bedrooms are good sized and the beds are comfortable. The pool is warm and not crowded. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The beach at the club is amazing for little children. Highly recommended.

Orchid Villa was exactly what we wanted for our brief stay on the Big Island. Very well appointed and close to everything, it was perfect. We especially loved all the beach gear - even if we didn't get to use it as much as we wanted to! We'll definitely stay again - thank you!

Everything you need!
We loved this place! It felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. It was well equipped, clean, and quiet. They have everything here you could want including snorkel gear, bikes, and other toys. The home itself was stocked with extras other places don't always offer such as handsoap, shampoo, paper towels, spices for cooking, ziplocs, etc. Great beaches and a grocery store nearby. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly home.
We had a great experience. Home was nicely stocked with common household items. Having 3 kids age 5 and under, we didn’t have to lug the many required items with traveling with youngsters. The home had many of the needed items here. From the bikes to snorkel gear to beach toys this place had it all. Very accommodating to last day request. Coming from Alaska and it’s winter, this place with awesome sunsets really recharged us. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Big Island.

Beautiful condo
Very quiet, great sunset view, fully equipped. We used the body boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Spacious unit with well-equipped kitchen
Great place to spend a week. A quick walk to the shopping center with Foodland or to the Fairmont, and bikes make it easy to get further. Kitchen has plenty of equipment including coffee grinder, french press and regular coffee maker. All the kid-related equipment was a nice touch for those traveling with little kids (even outlet protectors!). The master bed and living room furniture were also nice, and everything seemed to be in good shape (barring a non-functional TV upstairs). My only issue with the unit was that for a fairly stiff cleaning fee, the bathroom counter and outdoor furniture were both gritty, some surfaces dusty, and there were minor maintenance issues like burnt out bulbs and dripping faucets. We also had an issue with broken a/c, which was handled quickly, especially given it happened on Iron Man day. Would happily stay here again.

Incredible
Loved everything about our stay. The home was so peaceful, fully loaded with everything we could ever need for cooking, beach play, outside play; our kids loved riding bikes, playing in the front and back yards.
The only thing we wish was better was the AC in the upstairs bedroom across from the bathroom, it got very hot at night while the other rooms would be freezing. But that is minor.
We accidentally forgot my daughters very very special blanket and they called us the next day and mailed it to us, at their expense. Appreciated that more than they could ever know.
Loved our stay and will absolutely stay here again!

Wow, everything you need is here!!!!
Location allows for privacy, yet located close to stores, beaches and parks. Beautiful home, lovely art, and they have provided all of the amenities. There were six of us and plenty of space, cookware, dishes, towels. Would stay here again.🌺�

Another Perfect Vacation at Orchid Villa!
This was our second stay at the Orchid Villa. Once again, Jeff went out of his way to help with the little things. The unit provides everything everything we needed, including bikes. Our son is still using training wheels, but none of the bikes had training wheels. We contacted Jeff and he had one there the next morning! Our stay was during the earthquakes and Kilauea volcano eruption and it had absolutely no impact on the Kohala coast. We had perfect weather and a wonderful trip!

Exceeded expectations
The property was well appointed, stocked and spacious. We are traveling with 6 kids and they had everything you would want for beach activities including plenty of snorkels to go around if you aren’t serious enough to rent and even 6 bikes of varying sizes for the kids. The area is made for holiday with a nice shopping complex a couple blocks down, and quality grocery, petroglyph park just a nice little bike ride away, club access was nice but nearby beaches laid out in the house book were ideal, pool was a treat especially in the evening for the kids. We spent 6 days and never tired of things to do and they thought of every item you could need in the kitchen. Even a high chair and pack and play and baby monitor for those with toddlers.
We had a flat bike tire and contacted the owners who took care of it and had it waiting after we spent a day exploring Mauna Kea.
Thanks for starting our trip off with such a fabulous experience!

Beautiful home, great location, lots of fun stuff
The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor lani made for relaxing dinners with fresh fish bought in Kawaihae. The toys and cooler made for fun endless days. We rode bikes to the hotel beach for perfect sunsets and drove to beach club for great beach conditions even on red flag days. Both are protected beaches and ideal for all ages. We saw some whales from the beach club! The house and furnishings are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The lock was confusing on the first night, as we didn't see the correct one in the dark and tried to use the old combo lock on the side. Otherwise no problems. The rooms are spacious and the master huge. The appliances are high end. We made delicious frozen drinks with the blaster blender to have at the hot tub under starry nights. I can't say enough good things about this location. This is my second trip to the Northern coast. I would rent this house again. Also, security deposit returned in one week of departure. I would use this management company again. And of course, VRBO provided us with all the info to make this selection. The toys, bikes and beach stuff were the deciding factors.

Lovely, welcoming, attentive.
Amazing attention to details by the hosts that goes beyond what you can expect from a rental. Also, the location of the villa offers privacy and tremendous views of the sunset.

Paradise Revisited
Aloha. For the fourth time we enjoyed our stay in "The Fairways" at Mauna Lana Resort. "Orchid Villa" is an outstanding property and the nicest we have stayed in this area so far. Absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay was provided. Could not have been better in any regard. Thank you all so much for arranging this fantastic vacation stay for us.

Beautiful home!
This house was incredibly well-equipped and comfortable and the owners were super responsive to our questions. It would have been five stars except for three things - and two of them were out of control of the owners. The advertised community hot tub and surrey bike were both out of commission, and this was disappointing to the teenagers in our party. Also, many times during our stay, I wished I had a map of the resort and general area of the island. There were great pointers to the best local beaches around, but no map or directions pointing us to their locations. We had to go ask people where the resort beach club was! A map would have been handy - and no, we couldn't find any good ones online. That said, I need to reiterate how lovely the house was! Great beds with lovely sheets, fun decor, all the kitchen supplies we've ever need, a great supply of spices and starter cooking essentials... I'd definitely go back.
