GREAT LOCATION, VERY COMFORTABLE

Our stay was great! Quaint and cute area to stay in. Telluride is amazing and this was a walkable distance to everything. The only issue we had was finding the place it’s a bit confusing but we got the hang of it.

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved that it was close to the golden goose bus stop. The parking garage was great to keep our car out of the elements. Kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. Bathroom toiletries were great. Beds were comfortable too! My kids loved sleeping in the loft.

Experience the best of Telluride in this charming condo in a perfect location. A short walk to the ski lift. Quick stroll to Clark's Market for groceries. The rest of the town and its amenities are a bit longer (5-10 minutes walk) but very accessible. No need for a car at all.
High marks for cleanliness, comfort, and conveniences (kitchen well stocked). Looks just like the pictures. Great shared pool and hot tub, too.
A special shout out to the property manager who helped me with a (non-property related) issue big time and was extremely responsive to my text messages.
Can't go wrong here if you are bringing a group of 5+ to Telluride.

Walkable to ski lift!
Very cute, well decorated property that is a short walk to lift 7. It’s also an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you’d need. The loft upstairs is cute and fun for kids. Downstairs are the two bedrooms. One has a bathroom in the bedroom, so if you’re in the second bedroom you either have to walk up a steep set of stairs to use a bathroom at night, or go into the second bedroom. We saw that the hot tub was closed due to Covid mandates, which is understanding. But those mandates were lifted 2 weeks before we arrived so we were looking forward to using the hot tub. No luck, as it was being repaired and seemed out of use indefinitely. It would have been nice to get a note from the host about that. They also didn’t respond to a question about parking that we had, so they don’t seem very responsive. But otherwise a great stay.

Perfect fit for family with kids
Great location on edge of Telluride with quick access to Galloping Goose stops. Was a perfect location for our family plus Grammy, as we visited for a busy mountaintop wedding weekend. Kids loved that the loft was set up perfectly for them with bunk beds and, BONUS, a Play Station!!! Kitchen was one of the best appointed rentals we’ve ever had! Note: allotted parking spot is for a compact car (but easily found street parking).

Great location, beautiful space
This place is in a perfect location, really close to lift 7. Exceptionally clean and well decorated condo. Property manager was very communicative, the checkin/checkout was super smooth. 10/10.

Could have stayed there forever :)
We loved our stay in Telluride. The property has everything you need to cook, great towels and toiletries, and an awesome location to explore Telluride. My daughter and I found lift 7 to be a great place to start and end our ski day. The rest of the family typically started from the Gondola since they didn’t feel comfortable skiing down the mountain. Would return to this property anytime.

A great space in a great location for a week long ski trip. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was key as restaurants were only doing curbside pick-up during our visit. Quick walk to the lift and a manageable walk into town.

Great Telluride condo!
We stayed here for three nights in September and had the best time. Kids (4 and 9) loved the bunk beds and loft upstairs. Kitchen was spotless and very well stocked. Lists of local eateries, hikes, etc. we’re left for us and very useful. Walkable to any location in town, but also close to the bus that makes loops every twenty minutes. Only area I see for improvement is that the inside door have a lock or deadbolt. We felt safe and secure inside since you enter via a long code, but our toddler was able to open the door from the inside on his own and walk out which made us nervous. Overall, fantastic place and hope to return!

Something for Everyone
Well stocked updated kitchen, updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds. TVs in the bedrooms. Upstairs loft perfect for our grand daughter. She loved the pool too. Close enough to town for a 10 minute walk. Nearby creek. I reported a couple issues that need to be improved; Lily was responsive. The family all enjoyed the games. Thanks!

Clean and suitable for the group we brought. Parking was a bit of a pain, but was stated that only a single car was allowed. We parked on the road which worked out ok. Staff was responsive when issues arose and otherwise a fine stay right at the Coonskin lift.

Wonderful stay at Lulu City 6F
Our first time staying at Lulu City and it was great. Condo is top notch with all new appliances and numerous extra amenities to make our stay wonderful. Some extra amenities were: humidifiers to put in bedrooms, portable heater that we used in the bathroom, boot drier/warmer that we used every day and a coffee grinder that we could use for our coffee needs! A shuttle stop very close by to handle all of our travel needs in town was great. Clark’s grocery store a very short walk away was a bit pricey but had everything we needed.
Private assigned parking was nice to have (a bit tight but our Durango fit fine). Wi-Fi was weak, didn’t have very good coverage throughout the condo. TV would turn off by itself constantly (never figured out a fix for that). Community spa was covered and didn’t look like it was running at all, never tried it.
Overall a wonderful stay. Will definitely try to stay here in the spring if the snow sticks around!

Thanksgiving getaway
This home is located at the edge of town. Such a nice and relaxing home. Very comfortably slept 4 adults, and 2 children, with room to spare. We were there the week of Thanksgiving, the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing a Thanksgiving meal. Humidifiers available in each bedroom, blow dryer, toiletries, extra towels, tp, etc... The beds were comfortable. Everything in town was within walking distance, and having covered parking for our rental was awesome so it wasn't covered in snow.

Great little place
The place was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, and in a great location. We were impressed with some of the amenities offered in the home as well, especially the welcome amenity of wine and local coffee. It did get quite warm in the loft, but there was a fan in the downstairs closet that helped a little. The lower level bathroom was also located in the queen bedded room rather than in the hall for both bedrooms downstairs to access. The floorplan is intimate, but great for a close group of friends or family. There was no "pantry" in which to place food items, but we found some space in the bar/cabinet under the spiral staircase.
Overall we were very impressed and happy with the space, and would definitely consider a return visit.

Great space with a quick easy walk to lift
Really liked the size of the house. Overall the building was a little older, but the inside space was updated and refreshed. The Casper beds were comfortable. The house was two levels with a loft. This made it a little noisy at times when people were awake above. It’s a 4 minute walk to the lift one way and 4 minutes the other way to the grocery store. It’s 1 mile to the heart of downtown. It’s closer to the restaurant there. The walk isn’t bad though even in the snow as it’s a charming place to walk.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN GREAT LOCATION
We loved staying here. I was very appreciative of the consistent and informative communication with the rental company. They were also extremely reponsive to our every need including a coffee grinder and help with the internet connection. Great location, beautiful views, very clean condo, expertly stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and ski time! We will be back!!

Great place walking distance to everything.
The chalet was spacious and well maintained. The kids loved the loft. My wife and I liked the private and cool downstairs bed rooms. The kitchen was a perfect size. We walked or biked around town to everything. With the condo being on the edge of town it was nice and quiet.

Great Stay
We booked Lulu City 6F last minute for Spring Break 2018. The updates that have been made are very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The furnishings are very nice and the beds downstairs are SO comfortable. It was nice to be greeted with coffee, wine & candy for the kiddos. The location makes it easy to grab lift 7 from town or to ride the shuttle to the gondola/town center. Only suggestion I can make is that it would have been helpful to have a larger frying pan. Thank you, we will be back!

Week in Telluride
This property is ideally located, near the lifts and an easy walk into the main town. It has been recently renovated and everything is high-end, from the kitchen equipment to the comfy beds. There is a boot dryer by the door and ski locker on the ground floor for added convenience. It is a cosy, luxury apartment in a great ski resort. Could not recommend more highly.
