Benvenuti nella nostra residenza cittadina con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni. Vogliamo davvero che tu e la tua famiglia viviate una fantastica vacanza all'Hilton Head Island Beach. Hilton Head Beach Villas è una bella e tranquilla comunità recintata di 30 unità. All'arrivo tiri direttamente nel tuo posto auto coperto. Non ci sono ascensori o carrelli per i bagagli da affrontare, in quanto ci si trova a 10 'dalla porta d'ingresso. Questa residenza offre due camere da letto King di livello superiore con bagno privato. Ci sono due camere da letto di livello inferiore che si affacciano sulle dune della spiaggia. Una di queste camere ha un letto matrimoniale e una camera ha due letti singoli. Un bagno completo ben arredato è anche al piano inferiore. Tutte le camere sono dotate di televisori a schermo piatto e prese di corrente per tutte le esigenze elettriche. Foyer ha un bagno e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il livello principale ha una cucina completamente rinnovata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, banconi in granito con isola centrale. Caffettiera, teiera, tostapane e tutti gli altri utensili da cucina necessari per cucinare i tuoi piatti preferiti. Un grande tavolo da pranzo affaccia sull'Oceano Atlantico mentre ti godi un pasto con la famiglia e gli amici. Una caratteristica unica di questa residenza cittadina è un grande ponte laterale che si affaccia sull'oceano. Puoi gustare cibi e bevande su questo grande ponte con posti a sedere sufficienti per tutti. Di nuovo all'interno, l'area soggiorno ha un grande televisore a schermo piatto e nuovi mobili confortevoli per rilassarsi e socializzare. Di fronte al patio al piano terra troverete una griglia a carbone e nuovi mobili da giardino. Ci sono anche 2 box sul ponte pieni di sedie e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini. Hilton Beach Villas ha una nuova passerella sopraelevata privata per la spiaggia. Questo rende più facile per le persone con problemi di mobilità accedere alla famosa South Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza è a pochi isolati di distanza. Ha tutta la vita notturna, lo shopping, i ristoranti e i servizi di cui hai bisogno a breve distanza a piedi o in bicicletta. Everything was exactly as pictured. Nice place and great to work with Property Management. We had to deal with Debbie (tropical storm/Hurricane) but still got to enjoy HH Island for most of our stay.
Plenty of room for 7 adults. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Overall a great place. We’d love to go back next year.

This unit worked well for our family vacation. Although the living space was a little tight for 6 adults and 3 children, the location, new swimming pool, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen were all plusses. The complex itself is old but this unit has had some updates although the flooring and furnishings are a little worn. The only real annoyance was the electronic lock which would not work properly despite multiple attempts. Fortunately the property management company provided multiple physical keys which we used during our stay.

Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

The grounds around the condo were very neat and secure behind an access gate, with private access to the beach.
The condo was as described and clean. Kitchen area was well stocked with dinnerware for cooking all week. Didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything before using.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and nicely organized. We were a family party of 8, and had enough room and bathroom space.
The condo had several locations to hang out outside and be in or out of the sun/wind. The area was quiet and did not feel busy. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful.
Many stores and shops that are close enough to walk to with sidewalks the entire way.
Owner was responsive when texting and answered any questions we had during the week.

There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

Perfect for our family, great weather in February, when cool on the beach had a protected patio, best of all worlds. What a historic trip, tremendous history in Hilton Head and the Low Country. Fun restaurants. Home had everything we needed for a month long stay. Walked the beach every day, found lots of sharks teeth.

The property is great with amazing views and access to the beach! Had most everything we need with the exception of a travel crib for the baby and beach towels. But the home was beautiful and had plenty of space The check in process was not smooth for us - we were not told we would need to visit the rental office or given this contact information until I asked for it the day before. The hours of the office were limited for communication, so plan ahead. Overall, highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The villa was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and a fabulous location! Footsteps to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas,
and an incredible view all add to the beach experience.

Had a wonderful week in this townhouse with our 3 sons and their families. Plenty of room with each family having a bedroom. Nice to have some separation with the 2 floors. So close to beach and pool which awesome with grandkids 5 and under!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Host was very responsive for minor help!!!!

The property location is great. Direct ocean front with easy access to the beach. Walking distance to Coliginy. We had trouble with the keyless entry. I had read in reviews other people have problems and assumed it had been addressed. It worked for 2 days and then we had 1 key to use for 10 people. Not very convenient. We had a little confusion at check in but I will say the property management team is very helpful and friendly. The townhouse itself was as pictured. We would definitely rent again.

Condo was clean and well stocked. You could come to the beach and not bring chairs, cart or toys as all were available. Only issue was keyless entry which did not work and realty office was not able to help other than give us a key that we shared among 2 families. We had all adults in our party try to use the keyless following the directions and code given and it did not work.

We loved staying in BV 5 and the owner, Mark, was very attentive to answering pre-trip questions. The owners have very tastefully decorated this unit and we have already recommended this unit to several other families that love staying in the South Forest Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Villa. The villa was clean, well stocked and was exactly as described as on the website. The location was perfect. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years, and love the Forest Beach area the best. It is walking distance to the beach, bike trails, dining and shopping. The layout worked out well for the small children and their parents using the lower level. Quiet for naptime and the bath tub was conveniently located next to the children's room. The management company was also easily accessable and helpful. Thanks so much!

This 4 bedroom/bathroom townhouse was exactly as described in the posting and perfect for our college friends get together (4 couples)! The end unit was great facing the the water and convenient going to the beach. The owner was patient and responsive in addressing questions. Location was perfect for us to walk to see the St Patrick’s Day parade!

We really loved everything about our stay here! We had 7 in our group, plus a baby, and it was so great to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms! It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view! We also loved being able to walk to the plaza for coffee and shopping! Thanks so much!!
